0:00:10Welcome, welcome everyone. Thank you so much for joining us. We want to let everybody into the room. And then I'm going to share a little video with you all to get us launched off on the right foot. So I see us coming through this. So let's have a little welcome to the day video. So if we could get that rolling. And here we go. We're literally and figuratively looking at about 1,000 plus industries today. Industries not businesses. This is going to show you a series of principles. Then he and I are going to have you stand up and tell us your biggest challenge or your biggest opportunity of not executing. And together, we're going to give you feedback about ways to look at it. But I want you to be thinking advanced based on the principles he's giving it. And when you look at that many different businesses, you see a very broader perspective of ways of strategic thinking, business models, access vehicles, competitive advantages, value creation, and salary revenue streams. If you're the only company in your field to understand these and integrate them together, you have great advantage. Stand up and get bigger hand to Jay Abraham. I adore him. And he's got such a rapid mind that I have to work very, very hard to keep up.
0:01:42I'm not even slightly. That's true. So to be in this room, we're assuming that you have abilities beyond those of mortal men and women. Jay, I've implemented your three ways to grow business. And that's huge. I run a sales training company. So I'm a yoga teacher. Marketing SaaS company. I'm the queen of hedge funds. I started a nonprofit. Conference calling. I have a number of franchises. Patterned technology. Private equity company. I work with large beauty influencers. Corporate food service. The LED lighting. 30-year-old insurance agency in New York. First of all, I love you. Thank you. I've been listening to you every day for a month. Thank you for all the wisdom and the personal advice this is insane. How much have you grown your business by implementing this? We've grown our business year over year, 25%. $1.5 million. From $80,000 a month to $500,000 a month in one year. We're at a $12 million annual program. Oh, give me a hand, beautiful. And then the top 5,000 hospitals in the world partnered with us. It'd be so damn successful that you can put $10, $20 million in a foundation and challenge matching funds. And I have them analyze which of the six needs did they meet for that individual? Cool. If you need five or six, you're
0:02:54going to have a love slave, a raving fan. Furitate him enough. They're probably going to, first of all, try to buy you. Yeah, overservice, underservice markets, you can make $1 billion. You ought to take a look away. That might relate to you. You can't help but go home and do something different. Do something different. So welcome to an amazing, amazing day. You are all in for an incredible treat. So our vision for today is to transfer knowledge from Jay Abraham's mind into your business, into your activities so that when you act on this information and this knowledge, it creates huge advantages, massive profits, and insights that will truly leverage and grow your business. And it may have the secondary effect of improving your life. So to maximize and get the most out of today, not only do you need to show up and congratulations to all of you for making the choice to put this into your schedule or clicking the button and showing up. This differentiates you from the maddening crowd out there that lets life pass them by. Now we put out in our email that if you sign up, you show up. So you are keeping a commitment. So I want to honor you for keeping that commitment. And you are on track to keeping even more commitments.
0:04:29And the next commitment we ask you to make is if you show up, we want you to stay. That means stay to the end, stay engaged, eliminate distractions so that you can remain focused. Now research shows that people usually retain about 9% of linear information. Now with Jay and his non-linear elevated insights and cross industry integrations, it can be even less. So we've done research to find ways for you to maximize your attention, your focus, and get more insights and notes that will lead you to what matters, which is taking action. Now this is going to seem a little counterintuitive, but we won't have an active chat. We won't be sharing a recording of this. We won't be doing a transcript. The video isn't absolutely perfect. We're aware of that. Sometimes the sound goes up, sometimes it goes down. You may hear an airplane at one point in the background. We know. But what we want you to focus on is the content. And here's the thing is if you come across an insight, we want you to capture it and make it your prisoner so that you can take massive action on that insight and grow your business from it. This is not love. This is not something that we just want to share with you so that you get on a mailing list. We want you to take action on what we're
0:05:57sharing with you today so you really grow your business. We don't want to leave you on the lurch, though. If you get so excited and you want a little bit more, we are going to share with you a way that you can stay with us and be with us on the inside and get access to more of J's mind and how to apply all this to your business. However, what we're sharing today, you will be able to take action on. You will be able to use it to grow your business. And we will be rewarding the top action-taker who captures an insight and shares it with us, your hosts, on the chat. Now, this chat is only going to come to us after all of you get to kind of do your welcomes. Hi, glad to see you. And we will be looking out for the insights and the commitments to taking action that will grow your business. And the top one will receive with Scott and myself a accelerator 30-minute section to really strategize on how you can take an action from this. We do want to honor those of you who are really engaged, so we will be sharing a special collage from J to thank you for really engaging and capturing insights and leading by example that you will be taking action from this information. So before I bring J Abraham back on here to get us launched in the right way,
0:07:17let's share a highlight reel of what J does for business. A month? They've all been influenced by J Abraham. I probably wouldn't be here without my mentor, J Abraham. Through his teachings and what he's done for me, he's taught me how to position myself in very unique positions, what is my unique offering, as well as the ability to communicate. J Abraham has significantly increased the bottom line of over 10,000 clients and over 400 industries worldwide. J has had a tremendous influence on my business, not just my business, but really the deep ways in which I think about my students, my readers, my clients, my customers. His books have profoundly influenced my ability to grow a bulletproof and his personal mentorship and his one-on-one sessions with me have absolutely changed the game for me and for bulletproof and for our mission to change the world. Forbes Magazine called him the real thing, and Liz J is one of the top five executive coaches in the country. He's also a best-selling author and has been featured in USA Today, The New York Times, Inc. and Success, among many others. Life as a series of mentors in J Abraham is absolutely the best in that area. And with that, I'd like to welcome my mentor, my inspiration,
0:08:49J Abraham. So we are so excited to be here a day, day four hours of impact. Welcome. Here I am. Can you see me? Looking great, J. Good. Thank you, everyone. I'm into my office and I will be coming on intermittently. And I do have an office squarely in the middle of a really beautiful private airport in Torrance, California, where we are based. And there are jets coming in and out all the time and we have the largest private helicopter manufacturer down the street and they're testing. So if there is noise and some of the noise will carry forward on what you're going to experience, I apologize. I got a couple of quick notes and it's really very fast. First of all, I appreciate you all being here and it's fascinating to see the representation from around the world. Some of you are up early, so you're staying late. Thank you. So I want to tell you what we're doing. I have a belief system that is different from a lot of my colleagues. I think you have to respect the intelligence of the audience you are serving and the best way to respect them is to share with them what's gone on, the method to your madness. So quickly, if you don't know this, what you probably do, I grow businesses for living around the world, been doing it everywhere. The numbers are off.
0:10:10We use that really cool sizzle reel because somebody did it as a service. But we're over a thousand industries now and I've done it in five continents, just a piece of factoid. But the way I do it is by growing entrepreneurs and professionals, teaching them and hopefully you today to think differently, to act differently, to understand marketing differently, selling differently, competing differently, differentiating differently, being more strategic, not tactical, utilizing OPR, other people's resources, incredible ways to leverage your reach and your access and your capabilities. And we decided I don't do these kind of things often. I do them experimentally. This is an experiment. You are hopefully going to be a well-rewarded guinea pig. And I do them for two reasons. One, most of my work today, I've been doing this for a long time and I've either evolved or devolved, we'll see what happens. But I work with private clients around the world, high-performing companies. But I recognize and I always have when we used to do huge seminars, there are so many entrepreneurs that are working so much harder than they have. And they've got in Aitley within them the desire to be much higher performers. They just don't know
0:11:27how to do it with the limited seeming resources. See, there's a jet taking off, limited resources and knowledge base they have. So what I do is, once or twice a year, we do something like this that is a mind blow. It's totally different than what anyone else you may have ever experienced doing a webinar has done because I try to create a true, profound knowledge transfer, not a superficial information, a dissemination that has no depth to it. Today, what we're going to do is something very, very rare. And those of you who stay engaged, I can promise the person that leaves this at the end of the approximate fourth hour will be a forever change, transform, and a much more mighty and powerful and profitable entrepreneur, professional or startup. So what I'm going to share with you is what's going to happen. I decided that I could help smaller deserving entrepreneurs in a different way than anyone else. I do very expensive keynotes. I'm not going to bore you, but I get paid sometimes six figures to do them. And I do them on very specific topics for very high performing groups. I did one a year or so ago for Tony Robbins, $85,000 and $150,000 members. And I shared very, very powerfully a distinction and a distillation of my latest thinking, which is called taking your
0:13:06business profit performance beyond exponential with no extra risk or investment. And I walked them through the whole way to do it. It's a very powerful, very private confidential, detailed, but foundational explanation. I've taken that keynote. We have cleaned it up, tightened it up, and focused strictly on getting you mentally open to the to understand and appreciate the spectrum of higher performance that has been is and will always be available to you. That's part one. It's about probably an hour and a half. And it's no nonsense. I had it tightly edited for you. It's very it's a confidential broadcast that you are privy to. Then we're going to have a small intermission during which my vice president of client growth opportunities will share with you a few of the products, programs and services. We offer to people that are wanting to have a deeper relationship. It's not a hard sell. It's going to basically be, here's what we do and how uniquely it is because we grow the old business. We're not trying to teach people one took pony tactic. Then when we continue, I have taken a very private keynote I did for a very large group that paid me actually $200,000 to share this. And it's nothing more than hardcore, very real world,
0:14:44specific case studies of about 20 or 25 different companies, half of which are very famous, half of which you don't know, who created millions. And in two cases, billions of dollars of success for no investment or risk using nonlinear thinking. And I actually walk you through in this segment, all the different success stories. I break down the case studies. I tell you the driving principle. And you can see through this easy ways to adapt and adopt a smaller version to whatever your business does. Then a small intermission where we'll share with you some more things about us. And then we're going to come back and I'm going to take what I shared with you in the beginning, which is the overview. Then I want to take the 10 or 15 most universally applicable elements that get your rock your boat. And I'm going to take you deeper into exactly specifically how to apply them detailed application examples. When it's done, you will have a context and understanding of all the different higher performing, no investment, no risk ways you can take whatever business you currently own run, any business you acquire, any business you start, and you will understand more ways to outthink, outmarket, out position, out advertise, outsell, out achieve, out earn,
0:16:30and out succeed than anyone else you know. And it sounds like an arrogant statement, but I have more to gain by that statement being true than you do because I'm hoping that a few of you will really get turned on by the way we can work with small intimate groups and the reasonable offer we make and want to take advantage. But you won't if we don't really show you beyond a shadow of a doubt how much more is possible. The one thing I want to say before we start, I grow businesses by growing entrepreneurs. I don't give you short term little tentative, non enduring ways to make a little bit more money. It's a very different mindset than the people nothing wrong with the people selling you a funnel concept or this. And I don't usually do groups. So this is a very rare privilege. But what you're going to see is very confidential broadcast that I've had edited. Now one final thing, I kept changing my instruction and the editor is a very quality man, but he may or may not have gotten it totally right. So it may have a few flaws. You're going to be privy to three separate high, high, high level keynotes. One I was paid seven figures for. One I was paid $200,000 for the other, I think was 180. So these are not these are not the typical kind of webinar. I will
0:18:04keep coming back at intervals. If you don't stay, I'm sorry for you because I think of all the things and this is not me trying to sell you on staying is me trying to sell you on yourself. People don't share this level of integrated expertise at the level that I think we are trying to today. So if you can't stay, we're not doing a re broadcast. We don't want idle discussion back and forth that is just superficial pattern is we want you squarely focused because one idea, I've shared a number of ways that separately, not together, you can take your bottom line much, much faster, easier, safer than your top line to double redouble, redouble again, if you're if you're willing, the income your business produces. So let's get started. And I will be back. And I hope I'll have all of you at the conclusion. And if I do, we get a couple of really fun surprises. And if I don't, thank you for whatever time you spend, I hope it has a profound and a very, very life changing impact, even if you're only on for a few minutes. Okay, let's do it. Most of the marketing consultants that you probably don't have the name of, they've all been influenced by Jay, including myself. Life is a series of mentors and Jay Abraham is absolutely
0:19:46the best in that area. Introduced to today is cutting edge. Most of you know this, but the ones that don't I've dedicated my whole career to traveling around the world. I've actually been involved in over a thousand industries at this point. I've discovered some of the most spectacular and powerful ways to grow businesses to multiply profits, to expand competitive advantage, to double redouble the profit you could realistically and ethically generate from a buy or a transaction to make ads produce many times more to make leads convert more. I came up with a breakthrough methodology, taking your business profits literally beyond exponential explosive, growing your bottom line so much greater than your top line safely with no investment virtually no risk. I'm going to explain clearly completely, illustratively, the better part of 50 key ways that you can take whatever size, type, scope of business you own or run or profession and dramatically multiply the profit performance starting literally tomorrow morning throughout there going to be concepts and different concepts will be more or less valuable depending on the kind of business you are in and you can combine certain ones, certain ones you can apply instantly depending on how you market,
0:21:22whether you're online, offline sales people, distributors, products, services, this should be the most transformative day of your business life if you're a serious business owner no matter the size, scope or or level of business that you write. I prepared at great contemplation, a distillation which is the quintessension, everything that I'm all about. I'm going to challenge you as I go through it to take the time to reflect. Please pay attention and I'm a fanatic about challenging you to go deep on issues that most people see as platitudes, words, qualitative, provocative value, service. It doesn't mean much to many people if it means a lot more to you that gives you enormous advantage. This is a quote by me and you can read it, I'm not going to read it to you, but it just says you got all these solutions, you just don't see them. I'm able to see correlations, implications, quantifications meaning projections that correlate analytically and anomalies, unusual variations that almost no one else including your competition doesn't see and I'm going to instill and install in you the lens to see it. I call what we're going to go through the bucket list bonanza because it's all based on my latest work of taking your business profits
0:23:06beyond exponential and the premise is all of you out there I presume are basically carrying your equivalent of a business bucket list. Some days somehow I want to whatever make a million dollars or $10 million or sell my business for a million dollars or be the number one company or have a third home or a second home or whatever it is. Once you have experienced the rest of this session, you're going to want to throw away your current business bucket list and replace it with one far more audacious, far more bold and daring because you're going to see how much more is possible. So now going beyond exponential with your business. I have my own quote. I'd say that a business where you don't constantly examine and measure all the impact points of that business and keep doing it is a business not worth owning. The only problem is you don't even know all the points to measure, all the elements to examine, all the implications, all the correlations, all the quantifications but you will soon. Okay, so there's a mission critical point. Either you work harder and harder for your business or you switch the game and get your business working harder and harder for you. It's simple philosophically understood, transactionally not so
0:24:33easy. The best way to get your business working harder and smarter for you is to work on the geometry on the business. I've been helping businesses for 40 years, long time. I've done over a thousand industries, not businesses, across all kinds of domains and continents. I had an early on epiphany and you should too. Each one of you does things differently than the other, not good or bad, but differently. And what I found was people in one industry don't have a clue how people in another industry think strategically marketing, business model, access vehicles, positioning, value creation, lead generating, conversion, distribution channels. Most people just follow the herd. If you follow the herd, all you can possibly be is incrementally plus or minus 20, 30, 40 percent better. If you defy following the herd and you borrow success approaches from multiple elements outside your business and you combine them into hybrids that nobody else in your business has ever had, guess what? It's the equivalent of the one-eyed man in the land of the blind. You have advantage over everyone else, particularly if it's driven by value creation, preeminence and integrity. I created long ago concept, funnel vision, verse tunnel vision, funnel vision. I created long before
0:26:10best practices and best practices frankly has some flaws because often they are best practices from a vertical industry. So all you're going to learn is the best things other people in your industry do. It is very rare that any one industry has uncovered the highest and best ways to do everything. They just have the best ways to do it within the realm of how everyone does it in that limited environment. I developed through exposure to higher thinking people. My feelings on optimization, optimization is committing yourself to always get the highest and best use of everything you do. Action, investment, opportunity cost, exposure, access, capital deployment, human capital deployment, intellectual capital deployment, relational capital deployment, but you can't get the highest and best use without knowing a broader scope of the options, the possibilities, the alternatives that are available in lieu in spite or in addition or in combination to what you are doing right now. You need to know the options available, the alternatives available, the combinations available, the possibilities available, the risk, the reward, the investment, the effort, the probability and outcome of each. And I've been blessed. It was forced upon me by all the industries. I had
0:27:41Opelas curiosity. I traveled figuratively and literally around the world in all kinds of industries, and this was thrust on me. Most of you don't really have or have not yet had the ability or the willingness to stretch. I hope I will drive and inspire that by what we're going to cover. So, a truth, everything we do in business has the capacity to grow or perform exponentially. We just very, very rarely understand how to actuate. You can get maximum result from minimum time, effort, risk and expense once you understand alternative realities. Everything you do in your business should be done when you understand this in the exponential zone, not the incremental zone. Most people don't think about normal activities. They expend in the course of a business and how it can be done in the exponential or the incremental zone. I would bring someone up from the audience to do it with you all. And I'd have them shake my hand in the normal default as you reach your hand out vertical and you shake it. And that's it. And I'd turn to the audience you all and I'd say, is that meaningful? And they'd say, it's okay. Then I'd have them do it again and they would extend their hand. And I would very gently take it and turn it and cup it. And for one minute,
0:29:09look at them not lovingly and weirdly, but just sincerely and authentically and then slowly release and go to the audience and say, is that more impactful? Would that have more residual value? And they said, yes. I then said, how many in the audience have any kind of a business that utilizes telephone interaction to either close, advance, preserve sales, revenue, transactions in about three quarters. And I said, think about this. Most people who call to talk to somebody seem honestly shocked when they get voicemail or a gatekeeper. Whereas predictably, theoretically, probability and outcome, 95% time you're going to get voicemail or gatekeepers. Tony, this is Jay Abraham. Call me back at 12544. If you assume you're going to get voicemail and you have prepared a strategic message that is both provocative, meaning it stimulates the mind and evocative, meaning it promotes them to reference something that they want to respond to, you have about a 10 or 20 time higher probability of evoking a response. If you do not get a response, if you do it right, you can relatively accurately assume you are being heard. And then you have progressive continuations of that process. And it's only usually a matter of time before you win.
0:30:44I've done tests of about every kind of variable combination scenario you can imagine. And everything we are going to cover from this point forward separately, not combined separately, has the ability to increase performance up to 21 times. Rarely is it 21 times, but frequently, it's 100%, 300%, 50%. Every one of the categories I talk about has within it between 10 and 60 different impact points, levers that you can actuate, you can implement. I've been involved in three, I've done two under the top clients in the country and businesses. Three of them transform me. One of them was the Deming Organization, the father of process improvement. He was able to see that variability in processes could be altered. And that's the one that gave the 10, 10, 10 to me. The next was a company called Qualpro, the largest world testing organization. They test different ways of putting cans on aisles, different skews, different places, different ways of calling and following up, different ways of saying things, all kinds of things. And it produces different results. We as an example have changed a headline or the equivalent, and the equivalent of a headline is the first word you say. It's the subject line in an email. It's the landing page headline. It's
0:32:24Twitter words. You change that and you can produce variation of up to 21 times. When what you do has the ability of producing 2100% more impact, and that's each one, and you have 30 or 40 categories, and each one has within it eight to 60 different levers. That's pretty exciting if you understand it and you prioritize. I over the course of my life, because I'm a mad scientist, I'll come up with new distinctions, categories of geometric growth, not linear, but geometric growth. People say I am like a conceptual jigolo. I'll come up with a great concept. I'll take it to my intellectual room and have my way with it overnight, and then I'll throw it out in the morning and forget about it. I have 30 plus categories each one has within it five, eight, 10 different levers. When you understand the power, you are going to go crazy because 80% apply to all of the year, no matter the businesses. Once you start understanding them and combining them, that's when you can go beyond exponential. This is where it gets really cool. After doing all this, I was tormented. I kept saying, well, geez, I got 30 plus categories each one of which can produce geometric profit growth. It's easier, and this is liberating. It is so much easier to increase bottom line than
0:34:01top line. You don't have to have an equivalent top line to multiply the bottom line many times over when you understand it. I used to say, well, if I've got 30 ways to grow businesses geometrically separately, mathematically, it's a given that there are five or more gradients above exponentiality. It's called hyper operationalizing, and I'm probably ahead of myself, hyper operational to sequence of operations to compound, compound beyond comprehension. These are what they are, tetration, pentation, hexation, heptation, octation. The point, if it's mathematically proven that you can take performance far and away, and I had that it's wild, it keeps going to this power and this power times this power and it gets so off the chart that your mind gets daunted. But with this being a given, and you can do this mathematically, accepting mediocrity, accepting linear performance, accepting the norm are a little bit better than everybody else in your industry, except from now on, is shameful. No shame in doing it before if you didn't know it, but as Jay Abraham reveals it to you, then you just have to grasp the application and the implication and you'll see a lot of illustration by the interactions we have today with the problem
0:35:22solving the question, the issue resolving, etc. Okay, so beyond exponential profit performance, it's not only possible, it is very probable when you understand it. It's all about levers and fulcrums. Think about levers. That's what leverage is all about. But a lever makes work easier. It allows you to do more with less. Your business levers make growth easier. Your business levers make your profits multiply even more. It's easier to leverage profit strategies on the bottom line than the top. Most people don't get that. They don't themselves. They think they have to have parity. You do not. You can make the bottom line explode. When you grow those numbers, you don't have to grow the front end. You just basically get a lot more profit for the same effort, the same buyers, the same dollars. Here's what some levers are in your big in your world life. Door handle, ordinary light switch, shovel, screwdriver, pop-top can, triggers on guns, electric tools, parking brake, hood opening, latches, hinges, turntable, buttons, crowbar, carjack, catches latches, locking devices, knife switch, ratchet devices, winding handles on windows. A business example of leverager thinks like improving the headlines and getting three,
0:36:55five, ten times more yield, improving the way you present when somebody calls you or you call them or come into your store and doubling your tripling result using referral strategies to make every buyer worth three or four or ten and ongoing. So incremental is occurring, especially small steps that put most people except linniers where you add the same amount over and over again, exponential where you multiply the amount value over and over and it compounds where the rate of growth keeps compounding and compounding. Which of the two do you think you really want from today forward? All of you are human hedge funds, but you don't know it. You are investing in this portfolio called your life, your business, your career. You are allocating asset classes. You don't even know what they are. It can be risk, can be reward, can be fulfillment, can be yield, can be capital, can be human capital, can be all kinds of things. You have no idea what each asset class allocation is in terms of a percentage of your hedge fund. You don't know what kind of yield you're getting. One might be 40% risk and 3% yield and the other might be 3% risk and 40 and you don't even know it, but worse than that, if you are a human hedge fund, you're trying to hit alpha, which is
0:38:26exceeding norm, but you don't even know what norm is versus how you are performing. I just want to set the stage so you will judge yourself and look at how you are investing or misinvesting or underinvesting your life. So you will challenge yourself to maybe adjust your allocations and your yield and your risk. Anyone can produce a geometric increase. When we do it for clients, we start at the beginning and we work all the way through it. It's not how I used to do it. Anyone that work with me in the past, I would do log jam where I just figure out what the big log jam was, take that away, let more flow the next and the next. Very, very sophisticated, but it's hard for people to embrace. This is basically designed for all of you to grasp so that you know that every month, if you progress through it, you're going to get multiple result in profit exceeding your effort every month if you do this right and it's going to layer and then you go to the end and you start over again and you iterate. So it's a whole new world of scaling up and you can crisscross pollinate and combine. But the strategy of preeminence is what I live by, what I teach, what I think Tony teaches. It's predicated on you or your business being seen as the only viable solution, the most
0:39:46trusted advisor in the life of the client relationships. It's based on you being able to tell people what you really believe and what's in their best interest, irrespective of whether it's what everybody else tells them. So the power part on is the next extension. If you know it or don't, my concept is most people build their whole business like a diving board and I didn't bring the slides, but a diving board with the board being the revenue, the support being being the one driver, the one revenue source that they depend on for 80, 90, 100%. If anything happens to compromise that, you're screwed. We build all our clients power Parthenons, which have as many as nine sources of penetrating a market. It goes at the client above beyond it uses force multiplier, which is multiple impact vectors to reach the market, reach different segments of the market concurrently, and it has another level of geometric growth. If one pillar is generating all your revenue and you add eight more and each of the each of the eight only adds 10 or 15%. It's another dimension of the 10, 10, 10, only it's 10, 10, 10, 10, 5, 7, 15 in addition to the three ways. And I could get esoteric because you can have a power. You can have a pillar for each additive like a referral
0:41:16system. And then under it, you can have another pillar that could be as many as 150 referral systems. We have come up with 150 different ways to generate no cost, no risk referrals, everything from at the point of engagement at the point of sale after the sale for inactive buyers, for people that don't even buy. And then we've got a method for getting a thousand influence network outside your business, all referring to you constantly, all for no cost and no effort. When those are available and you're not aware of them or when they're available and you're aware and you don't exercise them and you limit your business to one activity, it's shameful. Force multiplier is the driver of these methods. It's a militaristic concept. If you and I were at war and I wanted to win, I would do the following. First, I'd probably knock out your infrastructure, your telephone, internet, airports, ports, railroad, roads. Then I'd probably maybe surface to air, missiles, then bombs, then attack drones, then maybe tanks, and then maybe infantry. But the key would be that ultimately, I didn't care which of these delivered the final salvo. I just want to win. That should be yours too. But when you do multiple impact points, you reach people from different hot buttons,
0:42:44you reach people different ways, you move people forward who weren't ready at the time, you impact them from different sources that have different credibility. There's all these wonderful dynamics working for you that mostly all self liquidate or fun and there's very little downside if you understand and you can experiment with them very, very safely. Early in my career as I progress through these categories, one of the early ones was I wanted to come up with elements in any business that were so powerful that if you just adjusted them, not perfectly, they would perform massively better even if you mis-executed as long as you got them better. You change your marketing, you change your results and the marketing could be message media, positioning, proposition, credibility, call to action, risk reversal, bonus, testimonials, experimental ways to start the relationship. I can go through a litany in each one of these, but every one of those has a different impact and when you start testing these, it blows your mind. I had two friends many years ago who were in the direct response business. One was a world-class copywriter, one was a world-class strategist. Copywriter one who was brilliant decided he wanted to get
0:44:22in when they first discovered simulated diamonds called cubic zirconium. These are incredible. They look just like a real diamond. They were very inexpensive. They sparkled. They were alive. So friend one who was a copywriter but tactical created this company called the Beverly Hills Diamond Company. He created a full-page ad for the Beverly Hills Diamond. He sold a loose one-carat simulated diamond for $39.95, ran a full-page ad on the front of the Los Angeles Times, cost $25,000. This is 30 years ago, long time, brought in $43,000 or $5,000 and he made $7,000. But he was used to making huge multiples up front. So he got very depressed, took his company, closed it down and left with a $7,000 profit. Friend two was not as good a copywriter, but he was a brilliant strategist. He came up with a hilarious company, Van Pliss and Tissany, which was an hilarious denomination of Van Cleef and Arpele in Tiffany's. He came up with the Van Tiss Diamond, which was a similar one-carat loose cubic zirconium for $39.95 and he wrote a full-page ad which was nowhere as powerful as the tactical copywriter. His ad cost $25,000, but it lost for granted. However, instead of closing up shop, he did the following. Friend one, by the way,
0:45:51didn't care at all about delivery. He took his loose stone through it in a crappy little corrugated box with a little note and just sent it out. The strategist put his in a velvet jeweler's bag, put that in a simulated wood box, put that in a very, very lovely padded large envelope with two documents. The first document was a letter from him as the CEO, acknowledging and thanking the recipient for having had the faith and the trust to purchase the one-carat stone. The next part of that first document explained that before they took the stone out of the jeweler's bag, they were going to have to prepare for seeing something more beautiful, more electric, more shiny, bright, fiery, brilliant than they even imagined. But then there was an admonishment. When you take it out, you might for a fleeting moment think we have taken advantage because it might seem a little smaller than you think. It is not that we took advantage. It is rather that in order to get that kind of brilliance, you put more weight in the volume so the density is heavier, whatever that means. Accompanying is a catalog where we've taken the liberty to set some of our most beautiful larger stones and necklaces, rings, etc. And because we are manufacturing jewelers, we can offer
0:47:14them to you at prices close to half of what we believe your local jeweler will ask. And if you see anything you like and you would like to try it out at our risk, we would be very happy to send it to you with the understanding that you have two months to wear it. And if you first don't get a doring comments from everybody you wear it around, be dazzling and thinking it's real. And secondly, if you take it to a local credible jeweler and he or she doesn't quote you double what you paid to set another one for you, we don't believe we deserve to keep your money. So we will return it if you want to send it back. And oh yes, in grateful appreciation for your trust and blind faith, we want to offer you double credit back if you want to return the loose stone against any purchase and oh yes, to help make it easy. We have included a prepaid UPS envelope. You can put it in along with your order. Friend one who was the tactical copywriter made seven grand and quit. Friend two who was the sub quality copywriter but the brilliant strategist lost four or five grand and made 25 million his first year because he was a strategist. I hope that shows you the difference between strategy and tactics. Change your business model you change your result. Your business model is we're just going
0:48:48to sell direct and start instead of selling something or making it easy to start. We're only going to basically sell and they're not going to get a chance to try it out. We're not going to give them risk. We've got all kinds of different modifications. Anyone will change the outcome. Combinations can boost it up many, many times. Change the use of your capital. You can use your capital differently. You can turn fixed expense into variable where you pay for results. You can put fixed expenses and get terms. You can trade and barter the equivalent of sunk cost expenses you've got in capital and product or services with high margins. You can create and trade it for other things. You can use intellectual capital differently. You can use human capital differently. You can use intellectual capital differently. Change your relationship. Change your relationship can be everything from the distribution channels. How many other things you can put through it that don't have to be yours that you can profit from. It can be vendors. You can get different vendors who can give you access to technology, to different products or services, new ones who want your business with fund marketing, sales forces, penetrating new markets. I go on and on. There's
0:50:04about 10 categories. Change your distribution channels in your markets. Most people have one distribution channel. If you have one, the question is, can you put other things through it? Not just things of yours. Anything you get control of. If it's limited, can you find other ones? Can you partner with other people? Change your products or services. I just said, you add new products to the front end. You can make it easier for people to start a relationship. You can pack in and make each sale two or three times as profitable. You can have upsell afterwards, postsell, downsell if they're not ready to buy that. You can have additions that you offer when you have nothing else to sell. They don't have to be things you own or you create. All you have to do is gain access and control and control the multitude of profitability. I can go into that when we do some scenarios with people. But any one of those changes, your results. Each one is separate. Change your ideology. You change your results. This is not arrogant. It is not meant to be egotistical. But I do have 20 or 30 billion dollars correlated to this kind of nonlinear thinking. I believe very strongly that it works. The market believes it works. Tony believes it works. Damon John believes it works. I see
0:51:27out believes it works. Bulletproof coffee believes it works. Entrepreneur magazine believes it works. The question is, what are your belief systems? Because if you don't believe in nonlinear thinking, then you're right. If you do, you change everything that flows from that. Assumptions, if they are wrong or limited, everything that flows from them are going to be wrong or limited. Very powerful distinctions. Any one of these is very, very result altering. I want you to look very quickly. I'm not going to get into these. But these are some of the pivots that you have always had the ability to do. But you can do right now. Business model pivot, product or service portfolio pivot, R&D and R&D can be things you do, things you acquire from other people, things you get vendors to do, manufacturers to do, distributors to do, complimentary people to do. We've gotten deals where we take 10 different professional service people, put them all together, come up with all kinds of experiments. We'd be the idea of people they'd have to pay. We'd get a piece of all their sales. They'd get none of our sales and we'd create breakthroughs all day long, supply chain pivot, preeminence pivot. When you see preeminence, it applies to all, it's a macro way, but you can
0:52:54be preeminent in the way you sell, preeminent in the way you negotiate, preeminent in the way you manage, preeminent in the way you vent, preeminent in the way you market, all kinds of things. Target market refocusing. A lot of people waste a lot of opportunity costs going after massive markets when you can be much more targeted and that can be totally different. But a lot of people don't know that access to much more desirable target audience is available. You just have to do the research. Positioning pivot, a lot of companies don't have a definitive or a superior or preeminent positioning. Marketing pivot, again, there's probably 12 ways you can do that. Branding messaging pivot, what your message and your brand statement is to the market. SEO pivot, social media pivot, competitive intelligence, pity pivot. I'm going to get into all the cool ways you can have. Intelligence provide you with marketing opportunities, copy opportunities, felt need opportunities, gap opportunities, lead generating pivots. If you're not generating leads and you're going right to a sale, you can experiment with one more prefacing step that makes it easier to initiate a relationship. They say and I believe the faster you get the first
0:54:08sale, the faster you get the second, third and fourth. And if you only have one product, it does not mean that you can't acquire other products or services that that target audience will buy before, during, after instead that you can control and double or redouble the profit with no capital investment whatsoever and the sunk cost that you've already laid into the buyer partner joint venture. I've done billions of dollars. We have 43 ways to do strategic alliances, joint ventures, endorsements, power partnering, which are very powerful. Lifetime value expansions, you can double triple quadruple your LTV. When you do that, it doubles or triples, your allowable marketing. You have the ability to massively expand that by just doing Rubik's Cube and kaleidoscope. You can only have one product. But if you know that the buyer you have the relationship with buys other products related or any other product and they trust you, you can source and get control functionally of other things and put it through your distribution. And sometimes a back end can be the tail that wags the dog. The next area of geometric growth or what I call performance gaps, that's going through everything you do on the performance side of your business, knowing that
0:55:30you very unlikely understand how to take it to its ultimate level of performance. Then yield gaps, once you get in the front door, most people don't know how to optimize all the yield that that asset, that relationship, that buyer, that prospect, that distribution source, that distribution channel, that vendor has the capability of being worth them. When I look at a client company that I privately consult with, we divide it into two realms and you should do the same. The first thing we do is maximize what they are already doing, even if what they are doing is not the optimal because that is driving their business, assuming it is profitable. And the very serious and sincere probability is that it is not being optimized. So if you're running ads, you change headlines, you can double or triple results, you add credibility, you double or triple results on top, you can put a risk reversal in that's stronger and get 50% more results, you can put a bonus in and get another 30, 40% results. You can do all kinds of things and get all kinds of results. So we go through everything you're doing and we look at how it's doing and we improve all those first because when you do that, it throws off incremental windfall profits that can then be used to fund the
0:57:20multiplied activities, the new activities, the expanded activities that cost a little bit of seed money. I have another concept that I'm just going to introduce it to and we can get into it some other time, but I call it Access Tonight. And I want you to think for a moment, if you are not achieving with whatever you are doing and whatever facets of your business you are doing it, you are experiencing access tonight. It may be access to people's attention, access to their interest, access to their trust, access to their awareness, access to their willingness to engage or be vulnerable, access to their commitment, but you are not getting access and unless you realize why and that, you're never going to change it. So I'm trying to slow you down to look at this wonderful, wonderful nuclear aspect of the thing called a business and see not just dozens, but hundreds of more facets, each one of which can add not just incremental, but geometric on top and that's where you literally can over time on the profit side, definitely take your profits beyond exponential. There are two types of thinkers. There are incremental thinkers and exponential thinkers, but here's what they do differently. A 2D thinker looks at a business in terms of revenue less expense equal profit. A three-dimensional
0:59:05thinker looks at it more like a private equity firm. They look at it as yield. I bring this person in. What is the yield? Let me tell you a story that denominates this and also goes into the three ways of owning a business. I had a client that was in the high, the fluid transmission business and what that means are plastic pipe that are used in manufacturing to carry chemicals, in bottling syrup, in agriculture for water. This company sold these pipes and they were all over Western United States and they came to me for a breakthrough, but they had very limited resources. The first thing I asked them was to quantify some of the lifetime values and performance metrics they experienced. They had never done it. I gave them the formula. They went back, turns out that every time they got a brand new buyer, worst case, not best, the buyer was worth $200 profit the first sale. Every time they got a brand new buyer, worst case, that buyer would buy five times a year at $200 profit. Every time they got a new buyer, worst case on average, not everybody, but on average, they would last three years. So, first sale is worth $200, averages five more transactions a year, three years, 200 times five times three,
1:00:32$3,000. So, then I asked them what they were paying their salespeople. Turns out the salespeople got 10% of profit. I would say to them, I bet anything that these people are not very motivated at opening new accounts and they said they're not. I said, I wouldn't be either if it was just worth $20, 10% of 200. I said, do this for me. Go back and tell your salespeople that if they keep their current territory performance at or above norm, whatever norm was, 100,000 a month, 500,000 a quarter, whatever, you will give them 100% of the profit from every first time brand new buyer they bring in. There were two brothers. They went, why would we want to give away? $180 of our profit. And I said, you're not. You are investing $180 you never would have had for the 90% of the $2800 you absolutely will get. And they did it and they applied it and sales went up five times. But no one looks at it that way. And I think you need to look at three things. One, when you put money into commissions, marketing allocation, you're usually spending too little or too much. Why? Because most people just arbitrarily put an amount out or percentage. And all categories of buyers, all sources of buyers, all types of buyers are not worth the same relative amount.
1:02:09And until you reverse engineer and you regressively analyze and you quantify what different sources of buyers, different types of buyers, different media buyers, different proposition based buyers are worth initially. Verse ongoing, you're either spending too much or too little and it shouldn't be spend. It should be investment where you're getting a yield. When you're getting a yield, you're not looking at what you're getting static. You're looking at what the return on the investment is ongoing over time. Verse also what the asset value you are creating. And if you're not looking at that that way, you are diminishing and restricting and constraining the result and the yield, the effort, time, opportunity, capital, human capital. And market should be worth to you. I have done more work in relational capital. And it started out with my awareness of a story. It's told three ways. One about Baron Rothschild. One about Bernard Baruch, those older like me know that he was a financier in the 30s. What about Joseph Kennedy, the senior Kennedy? Supposedly somebody wanted to borrow $100,000 from whichever those you want to insert in the story. And that man said, I will not lend you a penny, but I'll do something far, far more
1:03:44valuable. I will walk back and forth twice up and down the stock market floor. And when we're done, everybody there will be willing to lend you all the money you want. That's the power of endorsement. That's the power of referrals. That's the power of strategic alliances. That's the power of aligning your brand or your product to somebody else that has the trust, the credibility, the unlimited checkbook. It's a variation of it. I'll tell another story. No business, no matter what you think your circumstances are, should ever feel resource impaired or constrained ever again, because someone else out there has the resources you need. And all you have to do is figure a collaborative way to get them to provide them in exchange for some kind of a participation in the outcome. I used to for 15 years go to China and I did very expensive and extensive trainings. And I appealed to a very high performance qualitative entrepreneur amongst the not so qualitative entrepreneurs there. And the first time I went 15 years ago, a young man came to the mic and was almost crying. He said through translation, Jay, what do you do if you're too small and the banks won't lend you money to grow? And I said, well, tell me more. And he said, I'm a small local motorcycle manufacturer.
1:05:19Now only in China, can you be a local motorcycle manufacturer where you have 100 million people in a city? And he said, if I could get the money, I'd like to go all over Asia for that open up a factory, hire workers, get salespeople, get offices, get retail dealers all over everywhere. And I said, okay, so what's the problem? And he was very frustrated. I just told you, I don't know the money. I said, you don't need the money. All you have to do is figure out the fact that your problem is always going to be the solution to someone else's bigger problem. Just need to figure out what it is and who it is. I said, go around Asia and find somebody that's in not a competitive at a complimentary field that does something similar, but not the same, who has manufacturing, distribution, retail, etc. And partner with them. That took me about a minute. Left about a year later, I come back and here, this guy comes again and he looks like the Cheshire cat and he's smiling year to year and through translation. He says, Jay, I did what you said. And I went to Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. I found Asia's largest lawnmower manufacturer. He basically had a huge factory was underutilized. We made a deal where I brought the tool and dies, which are the materials that forged the metal.
1:06:45He had the workers, all the equipment. I trained them. He had salespeople. He had offices. He had thousands of dealers in our first year together. Net, net, we both made $10 million. You can all do that when you realize that whatever you think your resource impairment is, somebody else has the equivalent. These are the nine typical problems that most entrepreneurs struggle with in a down market. Stuck losing out to competition, stuck not selling enough, stuck with erratic business volume, stuck failing to strategize, stuck with cost eating up profits, stuck still doing what's not working, stuck being marginalized by the marketplace, stuck with mediocre marketing, stuck trying to do it all yourself. There are easy solutions to each of these. And again, every solution frees up more performance. There's 30 plus categories of geometric profit improvement. Everyone has five to 60 elements in it. Each one of those elements frees up more performance for the same time or less, same effort or less, same capital or less, same opportunity or less, same people or less, same distribution or less. I realized that almost everybody that's not massively integratively trained in marketing makes marketing mistakes.
1:08:13And if you stop making a mistake, it is the equivalent of multiplying performance. And the analogy I will make, which may not be exactly scientifically accurate, but it'll give you the essence, let's say we were leaving to go from Palm Beach to Los Angeles. Let's say our plane takes off. And one of the flaps won't go all the way down, but it's not dangerous to fly. It's just very, very troubling because it's going to make guiding it very difficult. You're going to go off course. It's going to make resistance worse. So it's going to be slower. It's going to make fuel costs higher. It's going to make the ride bumpier. It's going to make the process for the pilot much worse. The moment you get it down, you're going to go faster. You're going to go smoother. You're going to use less food fuel. You're going to go straighter. Well, you're making right now about 20 major marketing mistakes. If you just stop making them, even you don't do them better, just stop not making them, you're going to go faster, further, higher, get more yield. And there's this kind of thinking which I found liberating early in my career and you should find liberating now because it's cool. Now, multiplier versus diminisher. One of my colleagues who's one of the top executive coaches in the world
1:09:35gave birth to this. It's not original. He says, and it sort of starts with physics. Physics are you. There's nothing that stays constant. You expand or you contract. You grow or you die. So you're either a multiplier or a diminisher. You either make, you create more value constantly. You make people's lives better. You make your team better off. You make whatever the category your product or service addresses a better experience, better value or you go the opposite way. The more you do the former, the more you multiply, the more asymmetric the result. And each of these are categories and each one has about 10 elements that you pass through and you challenge yourself. You do basically a reality check. And when you do a reality check, at first you're disheartened even depressed. But then you're liberating because you go, geez, I'm not doing 8 out of 10 or 9 out of 10 or 10 out of 10. If you only start by doing 3 out of 10, you're not doing, do that with 30 categories starting with A and going through Z, you kill it even in a terrible market because everything you do multiplies and compounds and it multiplies and compounds profit far faster and higher than revenue. Go fillers of strategic growth. This is
1:11:02another category of distinction and I listed them not to explain but a couple of these I wanted you to see that each one has these 8 or 10. This one every month you're supposed to continuously identify and discover hidden assets, overlooked opportunities should be expanded underperforming revenue activities, underutilized assets, undervalued relationships in and outside your business that you can harness. Every month you want to mind cash, windfalls that exist. In the beginning there's tons of them and you have to work a little harder after you cycle through it. Every month you want to make sure that you engineer success into every action you take your decision. You make that sounds axiomatic but surprisingly the vast majority of things people do because they do not have an expanded context of what's possible, performance, probability, outcome. They do a lot of things theoretically without really knowing that there is more weight on that activity towards negative than success. It's a function of it. You have to be exposed to more options and possibilities but you can't. Why do anything with a higher probability of failure if the same effort or less can be weighted towards success? It sounds self-evident but most people, if I sat here and did it and
1:12:32probably do a tactful version of addressing that with enormous diplomacy when we do the Q&A because most people, they do things that don't make any sense but it's not that they're purposely trying to shoot themselves. They just don't see it because they don't have the experiential to see the illogic or the moderate viability in what they're doing but you want to basically weight it in your behalf. You want to build your business on multiple profit sources. That's a power parthenon. You want to be decisively different, special, more advantageous in the eyes of your market. That's preeminent. Some of these overlap. You want to create real value and this is really interesting. If I had the ability to interact with every one of you that I'm pointing to on the screen right now and I went back and I had a transcript of everything I said and I picked randomly 20 different phrases or words and in a vacuum where you couldn't hear one another, I asked 10 of you to share your definition, what you heard, what it meant, the rest of you watching would be incredulous because no two people have the same definition, the same perspective, the same vision, the same understanding because they don't have the same reference example. The more you understand
1:13:55how many different ways people see life, the more powerful it is. I don't think there are many of you here that go back to the 90s when I started. I would literally do 90 minutes and then I would stop and I had people sitting at tables like this angled it at me and they were all around. I'd make them go around at every 90 minute and share the biggest distinction each person separately got out of that session and what they were going to do with it. Then they'd vote and they would find the most universal that anybody could learn from and they would have a chairman. Then we would have 10 or 15 of the tables share their idea. Then we'd do another round. It was called fractal learning. People thought it was crazy but in the course of five days and 86 hours you got to understand how all kinds of different interpretive ways people saw things, their applications they were going to use, the different distinctions they had uncovered, the different understandings and definitions and it just exploded people. Here you're stuck with only what you know or have experienced your definitions or your perceptions and the more you can expand and travel outside your comfort zone, the more powerful you are going to be. But you need to travel outside your industry if you want to have advantage
1:15:22that your competitors don't. Make growth thinking a natural part of your everyday philosophy but most people don't know what that means. It means forcing yourself to grow in as many different ways that are beyond what you normally do. Most people don't read more than a few books a year. Most people don't try to understand any businesses outside theirs. Most people don't go when we, I mean when we used to have the ability on a Saturday or Sunday to have all these seminars and conferences going out on hotels, I would challenge people to go visit as many as they can and ask if they could sit in and watch all these different realities going on and try to learn about it and ask questions of the people in the back of what that meant. I would ask them to go to all their friends, colleagues, neighbors, coworkers, office neighbors and ask them what's the essence of your business model, how do you sell, how do you market, what is your approach, how do you metric it and listen and then evaluate because that's where breakthroughs come from. Breakthroughs do not come usually from inside an industry. When I used to do seminars we would say okay so fiber optics which for years was the big breakthrough. Telecommunication didn't come from telecommunication. It came from aerospace
1:16:51and was borrowed. Federal Express borrowed the hub and spoke clearing system that the Federal Reserve Bank used for chicks overnight. Viagra was for I think heart, Rogaine was for pimples, the ballpoint pen or the roll on deodorant came from one another but breakthroughs are not going to come from inside. They can but it's a slow archer as you can shorten the cycle and multiply dramatically your options if you start traveling outside your industry. Reversing the risk. Risk reversal is this too really over lying themes you should indelibly embed in your brain. Reason why risk reversal. Anytime any two people come together for any kind of a transaction. Commerce, business, employment, love, sex, friendship, fraternity, whatever you want to call it. One side is always being asked by the other either consciously or subconsciously verbally or non-verbally, knowingly or unknowingly implicitly or explicitly to take on all most more than all the risk. And some of your businesses is much more risk than just the transaction. If you use somebody's cloud solution and the cloud blows up your whole business is screwed. If you marry the wrong person and you have children it could be a nightmare for the kids. It could be a nightmare for your
1:18:24finances. If you take the wrong job and when risk is evident know what it is. If the other side is afraid of risk there's many ways to mitigate it in marketing, in management, in transactions. We have a book any of you can have I never published it but it's called How to Get the Money for Your Great Idea Startup and What to Do If You Can't. And it's all about how to get money or the equivalent from people for a startup or a business and it's designed to help people see how to take risk away from an investor too if you're going to try to get money. And then investors are worried first of all about losing their money, second about getting it back, third about the upside, fourth about maybe not in that order, the viability of the of the other side. And then if you can reduce their risk and make it progressive and twanches that are tied to performance and you can show them you understand these things better than somebody trying to get all the money you'll probably win in the other a lose and the whole game of life is you win ethically and the other loses. I've got something called leverage marketing and it's about getting maximum leverage out of everything you do and in this one category there's 61 potential leverage points
1:19:41or levers that you could use and I don't expect anybody just like we have 150 referral strategies. Well any of you've ever watched me I say to everybody tell me if 20 to 100% of your business comes from referrals a word of mouth and if you've ever watched me half the audience stands up then I ask them to remain standing if at least you have at least one formal system sophisticated strategic referral system that you apply constantly 90% sit down then I say to 90% of the 10% sit down then I say three and everybody sits down we have 150 different referral generating strategies that are invoked at all kinds of different points we have a way to go into the community and get a thousand influencers loving you and referring you all the time in six months or less anybody in this you can have in your city or in your industry or in your market a thousand network of influenced sources referring to you constantly lovingly costing you nothing and exploding your business here's the essence those small medium business owners entrepreneurs and professionals they never saw anything out they still don't seek it out they're trying to figure it out themselves if you go to bunches of them a few at a time or send somebody to do it in your stead and you say look you are
1:21:13a quality factor in our community and you deserve to be successful and have your business keep going and ultimately grow and I want to do everything I can to contribute so we're going to share with you knowledge expertise education skills that you don't normally know that we have access to that gonna help you make whatever you do more profitable make whatever you're going to do more profitable make you be able to sell more people more things and you just teach them the things you're learning from me in a very low level because they don't do anything and then you say and and I don't want anything from it we hope that over time you'll get to know us as we keep contributing and you interact with us and you'll see the values the character the ethos and the level of contribution that we we think we singularly bring to the market and it's such time we hope you'll refer people when appropriate to us but right now it's all about you and you do that and every week you can put 10 of them in you can get do it yourself you can hire someone to do it you can get content galore but think about that at the end of six months you have a thousand network sourcing referral network that loves you because you're helping grow their business
1:22:31you're helping protect their business you're teaching people that have never sought any expertise anybody that has any interface with any of their buyers prospects clients patients that it has any kind of an impact that can increase or decrease the result if you train your entire staff not just the salespeople the the people on the phones the the technical people delivery people accounts payable people accounts receivable people consultative selling everybody will boost their integrative ability it's a no-brainer i don't teach it but it's cheap you can get a book you can get a little course you can get an expert in your community you haven't teach it you bring people for lunch or it is an immediate 10 to 20 boost that sustains and it's no-brainer almost everything in your life and business flows from a foundational font of relevance but we don't recognize it and the relevance is very dynamic and very nuanced there are eight or ten elements and they have to do with networks not networking but different networks that you have developed and are developing through your relationships and how you manage them and how you nourish them and if you don't understand it you diminish your relevancy and you can tell that you're irrelevant when somebody doesn't return your phone call when somebody
1:24:11doesn't acknowledge you when somebody says hey let's talk this weekend instead of today absolute advantage everything you do has okay start with neutral you can do it neutral and just maybe the luck of the draw you can do it disadvantageous and get a very low outcome a low predictable outcome you can understand all the elements the factors the forces that impact you harness them and get absolute advantage in everything you do when you have those choices admittedly it does take some effort but can you start to see how much more powerful you can be if you just mastered some of these elements I want to think through if I do this what is the probable outcome what are the alternatives what are the forks in the road I have the benefit of having experienced on the front lines of capitalism in over a thousand industry scenarios all these things if you don't have that benefit you're going to predicate your assumptions and your decisions on limited beliefs limited experiences such as why you want to travel outside your comfort zone and go to industries and go to scenarios and study all kinds of things or plug into people who can accelerate and transfer you or transfer their knowledge to you because the more of a consequential thinker you are going
1:25:43in before you pull the trigger the more you can think in if I do this this is probably going to happen but if it doesn't what is also possibly going to happen if either of these happen what am I going to do and you'll be you win because you've got advantage there's that adage if you have 99 ways to say no and I have a hundred ways to get you to say yes and we stay in the conversation long enough who's going to win and today's Tuesday probably irrelevant there's lots of things but all of these are power positions when you harness them testing is the biggest overlooked power you have most people decide they're going to do something they're just going to run out and do it by trying things different ways you can get different outcomes we have tested headline changes in ads and quadrupled the number of investment responders and buyers we have tested ways of greeting people in the front of a furniture store very large one and tripled the conversion we have tested sending two different mailings out back to back that were totally different and it quintuple the aggregate sale we have tested I worked for the largest litigation consulting firm and they tested different ways of presenting to juries different ways of presenting pain and
1:27:11suffering or minimizing it graphically you have all this power but nobody's ever taught you it's available or showed you how to safely comparatively try this against this and when you do try different variations you're going to see broad spectrums of differences one approach same space same ad same salesperson same market same email might pull x totally different one different headline different subject line different positioning might pull eight x or certain ones might pull a certain front end sale but have them not buy anything else a different approach maybe less initial sales but they buy ten times over with the kind of upside variation that is readily not just available but but realistic from everything you do in every way and everywhere you do it revenue wise you need to master testing pq optimization deming who was in i think he influenced tony it was the father of process improvement he changed uh japan's might by getting them very disciplined he realized that if you have a factory and you have a hundred people in that factory doing the same thing they're not all doing the same thing even though it looks like they're all making theoretically the same part within that process there may be ten sub-processes throughput downtime uh variants compliance tight variants broad variants
1:28:56scrap how quickly you do pm uh all kinds of things he would first try to figure the 80 20 role in each of those separate areas 20% are going to be far above everyone else he wanted the 20% in every process and he wanted to do what they did differently and then he would take and he would teach the aggregation of their enhanced understandings or strategies or methodologies over to everybody in each category so it was 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 in five or eight different elements of production and would make everybody literally hundreds of percent better and that's how the toyotas and the sunny sony's in the and the nissan's all happened now in revenue generation it's even more exciting if you have a lot of salespeople doing the same thing they're really not you break them into some sub-performance let's take people in the field there is a uh a laughable almost dilution that sales organizations seem to impute omnipotence to their sales reps they have a territory they're assuming that rep is great at opening any kind of account holding margin selling any kind of industry selling any kind of product uh conserving the relationship holding margin bs it's not true when you analyze you will find that different salespeople are stronger or weaker at different
1:30:33things some are great at opening certain accounts some are great at holding margin some are great at conservation some are great at certain industries and then the question is how much greater are they if they're 20 percent greater you want to see what 10 of the people who are 20 percent greater in a category do differently and combine them and teach it to everybody but if i'm five times different maybe if i have one uh manufacturing company in my territory but i'm five times better at closing manufacturing companies you want to send me all over the country or the world to open up manufacturing and then flip it to the person that's better at conserving but when you do that the bottom line is geometry you are multiplying performance without multiplying cost time expense just by reallocating and utilizing and optimizing and maximizing and leveraging up performance sunk cost marketing there are so many things that you have already sunk money in prospects inactive buyers training ads you don't run anymore uh processes that you use limited that you could repurpose multiple ways we've licensed other people we've we've monetized inactive buyers prospects who didn't buy all kinds of things and there's a list of about 20
1:32:00elements of sunk cost you've already you've already spent the time the risk the capital the human capital now it's a matter of reclaiming it of re-monetizing it one of the elements in being preeminent is being able to communicate to your target audience in words and phrases that they have never heard before that clearly resonate and and personify and articulate exactly what they want or don't want and why what they're trying to get closer to or further away from and why and most of you you try your best at from your intuitive interactive experiences are you higher ad company or marketing company and yeah they try to do it for you and they sit down maybe they do some focus groups but there's an infallible way all of you can be great at you can use this for marketing research product uh service development competitive superiority you take whatever your business does and if there are any books in that realm or related you go to amazon and you go over the last three years and you find the top 25 in every category or related category and the first thing you do is look at the titles and the subtitles because most books sadly are sold by the promise not by the content and the title and subtitle are going to be the benefit base or the outcome base
1:33:36or the or the protection base then you look at the chapter titles because they tend to be similar then and this is the sleeper you go to reviews i think amazon is zero to five the zeros are terrible the fives are great people don't realize when people are passionate positive passionate negative passionate other than when they say vulgarities they're subconscious overrides they're conscious you'll see you'll hear people say amazingly exquisite dimensional very sinuivy very powerful statements that grip you because they're so clear and powerful you get all the good on the fives all the bad on the zeros you scrape them and you put them into two categories and now for your sales people for your copy for your advertising for your landing page for your emails for your follow-up communication you can tell people exactly that you know what they want and you deliver it you know what they don't want and why and you don't do it you can also do it with review sites and that gives you power because you'll have better copy you'll have headlines sub-adlines bullets uh... positionings and it's no brainer i do it for all my clients peter drucker is deceased but the great great management guru said there's two kinds of business owners
1:35:02proprietor and an entrepreneur true entrepreneur most people are not entrepreneurs they're for priders a proprietor basically opens a deli in peter drucker's uh manner and they they they try to put it in a place where they can siphon business out of just the flow that's theirs taking oxygen out of commerce there's nothing unique about it's clean they got decent food decent people uh you know it's a okay value but there's nothing memorable nothing experiential nothing profound about it a true entrepreneur is focused on the creation of experiential value here she designs their business to produce an outcome and experience that is so differentiated amongst the maddening crowd it visually auditory observationally sensory uh taste bud wise the way that they maybe name things the way they stack things the way they uh they interact at the tables everything is designed so that the experience is so captivating and haunting in the most positive way that it it fills a need above just hunger and that's in using a deli most of you should do some soul searching and say am i a true entrepreneur who's creating an experiential value that resonates with the definition of value to my audience or am i basically just taking oxygen
1:36:41out of the air and in pretty much a commodity and nothing unique and i'll stop there i could go on and on but i'm sure tony's here and probably he's been very gracious and welcome back everyone so jay let's bring you back so that you can uh take a little bit of those insights that everyone was shared he had some yes yeah thank you thank you okay i i have a lot of very um um i don't know if they're provocative but very insightful comments every time i watch myself i cringe because i don't like looking at myself but i make notes of things that i should have said so let me make a couple of points first of all there's a number of you that probably started a few minutes late so just so you know this i'm going to remind everyone of two things number one this is a three part process number two i grow businesses by growing entrepreneur's ability to think act transact totally differently than anyone else they compete against to understand how to mark itself advertise position differentiate invest their opportunity cost create unique selling advantage preemptibility preeminence and do it in an integrative way that absolutely outperforms the competition what i'm doing today is uh i mean it's it's my attempt to contribute to smaller businesses i could never normally privately
1:38:23work with we do this a couple of times so i've got some notes that i want to share and then we're going to get on first of all i don't think any of you are prescient you're not psychics unless maybe one of you is and who's so let us know and i apologize but i think if i again i don't believe in um in uh any form of uh non collaboration i believe you let your audience in on the method of your madness what's going on you respect their intelligence so i learned my skill set from people that knew how to train the first thing they would do is teach me the macro concepts rapidly just to get a context of awareness understanding and humbly respect for how much more you could get out of time opportunity access to the market capital advertising leads prospects opt-in salespeople distribution channels referrals anything then they would give me a ton of actual real life case study examples to demonstrate how different companies people entrepreneurs professionals had applied them then after i had this sweeping macro understanding that was out of periphery then i saw example after example after example they would then share with me the actual drivers behind the most consistent techniques concepts approaches or strategies i had just
1:40:04learned about that's what trained me to be who i am and that's what in a very compressed manner i'm trying to do in the four hours we have together those of you who can't stay i i'm sorry because this was like a bullet train the first thing is a little daunting might have given you a headache and i wasn't trying to make this everything this was only the beginning and i was laughing because i was thinking most webinars were they're trying to sell you a bunch of stuff and we have some services we're going to tell you about and those of you that's appropriate we hope you will strongly considering avail yourself of it but this is designed to transfer true actionable knowledge all the first segment you just watched was designed to do with set the stage the next segment which will start neither five or ten or twenty or thirty minutes rob about my vice president's going to talk for a few minutes and i'm going to watch and see how many stay on and respect us enough to you know to stay in the moment but we're going to then walk you through about an hour and change of non-stop totally unique real life well explained detailed case studies of how companies ranging from carnival crews to to collodial pen to a man that bought a sports car
1:41:22dealership with no investment no debt no dilution of that to how individuals built million dollar businesses all without any upfront investment or risk but they will show applications implications and and translations of some of the macro concepts you just saw and then we'll take a little break and then we're going to get into deep explanation of how those concepts that you just saw working really work the methodology the implications the applications each time we will ask your respectful permission to tell you a little bit about our products or services knowing the majority of you i won't want them in the ones we're going to tell you about our ones that i try to offer for smaller what i'll call SMBs i was very impacted many years ago i helped all kinds of people in the investment market and what was most interesting was the wealthy always had wealth advisors asset managers risk managers you know they had all these experts that that would guide them in their their decisions and their their building their their portfolios the poor had the government but the beleaguered middle class had no one and one of my clients was the the investment advisor to the beleaguered middle class and he was a wonderful man who started out
1:42:50being an advocate of people that had no one else to really help them and in endeavors like today i'm trying to be the contributor to the beleaguered smaller SMB companies that deserve to grow but don't really know how and get confused because there are far too many tactical salesmen and women who teach you a tactic but they're not trying to teach you that tactic they're trying to teach a million of you that tactic and in the beginning if you learn it you got a little advantage but they're going to teach a million so it either becomes marginalized or standard operating procedure your cat you have to keep learning the next and the next and it's not anything related to building a sustaining enduring ever multiplying business that works harder for you for years to come and ends up having asset value that's what i'm all about so the final things i want to say in what you just saw when i sat down to do that keynote to tony's people a year or so ago i had 30 distinctions that i was really clear about after i did that it was so well received and i was paid a lot to do it i thought i probably should sit down and do some soul searching we actually identified almost 90 that i have so 60 more and what Rob's going to talk to you about teaches you some of the other ones as well but
1:44:13you're going to get at least an hour of no nonsense case studies you're going to get at least an hour a very detailed explanation of the key elements you just learned about how they work how to apply them in in the next couple of hours they did that quote of me and it's a great quote but he edited out an equally as great quote it's a quote that inspired me it's from Socrates Socrates said a life unexamined is a life not worth living you should think about that but a business that's not constantly examined from every performance element is a business not worth owning but the problem is no one's ever taught you all these higher performing but i call upside leverage points that can give you double redouble redouble again profit without any risk but you got to be able to start looking at them i believe that everything that happens in our lives business and otherwise with very little exceptions acts of god we can't control are the result of decisions we make or don't make quality the quantity and the accuracy and the foresight of actions we take or don't take of of elements factors forces that are immutable that we either learn to harness or we allow to whip saw us and that's what i'm trying to teach you so i'm going to introduce a
1:45:35man i very respect rob kalisande he's our vice president he deals most of his time with high level clients but about twice a year we do something like this where we create something very very modest that is specifically designed to make a monumental contribution for a meager amount to help what i call that you know the beleaguered smb the people that are working very hard and maybe making a nice living but are successfully stuck and don't know it or unsuccessfully stuck and don't know how to extricate themselves so rob are you there yes jay i am here i am going to benevolently pass baton rob's going to share with you for a short while it would be meaningful some of the things we do to help people like you outside of my normal activity and then i'm going to get back we're going to do very very rat-tat-tat case studies and this is really going to be exciting and then we're going to get back to the what you just learned and explain how the key tenor 12 really work and how you can apply them specifically to whatever business you got so rob bye thanks for the intro j all right everybody as jay said my name is rob colesanti i am jay's vice president of strategic partnerships and i'm going to talk to you today about two very special offers that we
1:47:01have let me go ahead and see if i can get the powerpoint up here and there it is okay so to set the stage here there are two offers that are going to be made here today one of them is going to apply to maybe about one or two percent of you and the other one will apply to every single one of you so i am going to spend very little time on the first one and get that out of the way carless let's see the next slide okay so next slide please so the first offer here is going to be what we call a profit partnership and this is an amazing opportunity for the right company basically what we're talking about here is drafting jay onto your team for a minimum of three years to help you grow your business his goal will be to help you to significantly increase that business we're talking at seven maybe eight figures to your bottom line during that minimum three-year period of time this offer is mostly for larger businesses typically we like to see you doing about fifteen million dollars a year or more jay thrives in situations that are complex that have lots of moving parts and he gets involved and he's actually compensated almost entirely on performance let me explain what this means there's a one-time retainer up front to get jay involved to get him into the game with you and to
1:48:25show him that you're serious that one-time retainer is a hundred and fifty grand if you pay it out monthly but if you do one installment up front just a hundred and twenty thousand dollars and you've got jay abraham on your team for three years or more working almost entirely on performance what jay is going to be looking for is a negotiated percentage of the new found profits that he generates for your business he's looking for somewhere between 10 and 20 percent we use whatever makes sense actually as our north star and this is an amazing deal because if you think about it jay doesn't get any of the current profits he doesn't get any profits from anything you do around him or without him but if he brings new business to your company he's going to get maybe let's say 15 percent of the profits and you're going to keep the other 85 percent of the profits so if this is something that you think might apply to you and you're big enough to afford it and you've got a blue ocean in front of you and you think that jay can help you to grow this business faster farther quicker better safer than drop me a line the team will put my calendly in the chat and we'll have an exploratory discussion to see if we're a match or not okay next slide carless so this one is a
1:49:45much more suitable option for smaller businesses on tighter budgets next slide please this should be applicable to virtually everybody on today's webinar if you're interested in growing your business and growing your entrepreneurial skill set through j Abraham's genius this is a can't miss opportunity and i'm truly very excited to tell you about it it's probably the best value of any offering that i've ever seen come through the Abraham group so it's called taking your business profits beyond exponential and creating profits without risk next slide please so in a nutshell it is three powerhouse phases that are designed to assure absolute profit success combined with i would tell you the probably the most over the top bonus package that you've ever seen next slide so here's where it begins we're going to start with a two-day rapid result virtual master course conducted entirely by j as j said earlier he grows businesses by growing entrepreneurs and this is an opportunity for you to literally adapt and adopt j's entire business system literally something that's taken him a lifetime to create to adapt it and use it within your business to grow your profits this master's course is going to cover more than 50 of j's geometric growth categories
1:51:08each of those categories has anywhere from five to 25 sub categories there are things like the strategy of preeminence and sunk cost marketing and the profit pinata and relational capital deal structuring barter triangulation referral systems and on and on and on he's going to show you exactly where the weak spots in your business are he's going to send you out of there with a custom action game plan so that you can hit the ground running after this master's course and take immediate action to start generating immediate profits now here's a little secret so yes j has 50 60 geometric growth categories but the truth is is that when we look at our private clients and we see them get these profit explosions and revenue windfalls really this usually comes from just one or two of the categories isn't that amazing so don't think that just because he's going to show you all this stuff that you actually have to use every last bit of it that's not the case and that's impractical but if you come out of there with just one or two good ideas it can make a profound difference in your profits guaranteed now this event is happening March 17th and 18th j will probably do six to eight intense hours per day and again you're going to leave there with a custom action game plan so you know exactly what to
1:52:27do and how to do it when you walk out the door on that final day next slide please so the next phase of this program is going to be a six week group mastermind with our Abraham accelerators Scott and Brian so how many of you have always wanted to be part of a mastermind group go ahead and type it in the chat for me let me see say yes if you're one of them have you ever been wanting to be part of a mastermind and maybe perhaps you couldn't find the right one or maybe it was unaffordable to you well I'm telling you from experience mastermind groups are absolutely phenomenal they can be so so insightful and profitable for you this mastermind group will run for six weeks it's going to be one hour per week and we've specifically designed it to be just one hour per week because we know that all of you are very busy and we are too and we know that if we keep it short it'll be to the point and very potent okay the mastermind group is going to be run by the Abraham accelerators and it will focus you on exactly what you got from the two day master course with Jay so remember you're going to leave there with a custom action game plan this mastermind group is where we help you implement it does that make sense so you know exactly what to do this group is going to support you on the implementation
1:53:53phase of it okay now think of a mastermind group like this let's say that I have an apple and you have an apple and we exchange apples now we still only each have one apple but if I have an idea and you have an idea and we exchange ideas now we each have two ideas and this is the power of a mastermind group I can tell you from personal experience many years ago I was part of one of the top and most prestigious mastermind groups in the entrepreneurial world I went on to host my own mastermind groups for years where I was the host and the draw I've managed mastermind groups for very famous people and I've been actually populating and managing J's for years and years and years and I if I had more time I could tell you about all the incredible breakthroughs I've seen be achieved through mastermind groups just one good idea from a mastermind group can make all the difference in your business I've seen it over and over and over again and this is your chance to get into one of J's mastermind groups as part of this program okay let's go ahead and move to the next slide so once the mastermind group six week program is complete J is going to come back in and do a grand finale session it's going to be a masterful thinking session and he's going to basically tie
1:55:08it all together for you he's going to do hot seats and interventions and find out how you've done and the progress that you've made and anything that might still be a hurdle or a stumbling block he's going to help you overcome that so you're definitely going to want to be part of that grand finale session next slide now to help you prepare for the two-day master course that J is going to deliver we are going to give you some grounding materials and the content is called how to get from where you are to where you want to be this program as it says is is a program that was created to help you simplify your life multiply your profits and have more fun growing your business or profession I would say it's the finest rendition you'll ever find of J's foundational profit exploding strategies concepts tactics and techniques the idea here is to get you grounded in all of the basics that J Abraham teaches so that when we jump into that two-day masterclass with J that he can then focus on all of the advanced content so this how to get program was originally created by Nightingale Conant they spent over a quarter of a million dollars producing it it comes complete with I think there's 12 12 audio programs consisting of about 18 hours of material there's a workbook and you also
1:56:35get the transcripts okay this program was originally positioned to where you're actually getting 12 private 90-minute sessions with J Abraham and J as you can imagine charges of fortune for his time in fact I'm booking him out right now at 18,500 dollars for up to a 90 minute or up to a two-hour session okay up to two hours this how to program is going to give you 12 private sessions with J that's going to focus on the basics and get you grounded for that two-day workshop and master course that he'll be delivering on the 17th and 18th of March okay next slide please so we're also going to help you prepare for this master's course by giving you J's private client business profile questionnaire this is a proprietary document that J created and it serves a couple of different purposes but the main thing I want you to know right now is that we give this this questionnaire to our private clients who are paying 150,000 dollars as a profit partner and we're going to treat you the exact same way we're going to give you the exact same questionnaire it is very very extensive but I can tell you that it'll be worth the effort over the years I can't tell you how many people have said to me and this is the absolute truth they've said that this questionnaire was a
1:58:03beast to get through but it was worth the price of admission and these are people that are paying literally six figures to engage with J so we're going to give you the questionnaire it'll actually be going out tomorrow and we're going to give you a deadline for completing it when you turn it into us we're going to have the Abraham accelerators review each one of them so they understand who you are what you do what your obstacles are what you're not doing but probably should be doing where the opportunities are and then J is going to debrief them before he does the master's course so he understands the framework or the basically the dynamic of the group that we're dealing with and this will help the coaches and J to put together the very best possible blend of content for the group okay next slide so here's a brief recap of what you're going to receive so far you're going to get the two-day rapid result fast-track master course with J and I want to add that this master course is not going to consist of any superficial content which as you may know is very common out there people promote these quote-unquote master courses but the content doesn't go very deep it's over promised under deliver I can tell you that J is master course was going to go very very deep
1:59:20it's going to be a transference of knowledge literally taking his body of work the body of work that has over 30 billion dollars attributed to it 30 billion in profit growth and he's going to transfer that knowledge to you so you're going to get that they've got a five thousand dollar value on it here I think it's actually worth a lot more than that you're going to get the mastermind group six weeks with Scott and Brian our accelerators you're going to get the grand finale masterful thinking session with J the how to program which again is the equivalent of about 12 private sessions with J you're going to get our proprietary business profile questionnaire which alone will be worth the price of admission I promise you that and you're also going to get a Facebook group it's the profit explosion brain trust and it's a community and I know that that's very important to many of you you like to network and collaborate and interact and exchange ideas and share concepts and get feedback we've put together a a private Facebook group for this purpose and it'll launch at the beginning and it'll endure even past when the group concludes okay total value on this is about 11,500 dollars actually a lot more than that but you're only going to invest a fraction of it with this offer
2:00:36today next slide please so the total investment for the profit explosion brain trust is just 2,997 tax deductible dollars it's a very very small investment to making yourself your future your business your career I mean literally jay's taking his body of work something that has created billions of dollars for people the same kind of material ideas concept strategies that people all over the world have paid millions and millions of dollars to access it's now your chance to get a glimpse into this world and to get real powerful not surface deep but serious tangible information that's implementable and actionable and you can get it all for just 29,97 if you do one installment next slide please now some of you we realize may not be able to do the full 29,97 in one installment on your credit card and if so we get it you probably need this more than anybody if you're in that category but nonetheless we will give you the option to participate and then make the payment out over three months at just $1,200 per month and if you choose option number two you got to have integrity you got to be committed to the program and you got to be willing to honor your end of the bargain and go through with it okay next slide please all right now if you enroll before midnight
2:02:11tonight we're going to add in some really really phenomenal rapid action bonuses and we're doing this because we like to work with people that are decisive we like to work with people who are action takers because action takers are money makers by the comparison what we're not looking for is to work with people who equivocate or are ambivalent about this or you just can't make up your mind if you can't recognize a really really solid opportunity like this when you see it then maybe this is not for you but if you do take quick action on this we've got some incredible bonuses for you next slide all right so the first rapid action bonus is going to be Jay's referral mastery home study course okay this is Jay's magnum opus work on the subject of referral systems referral strategies concepts techniques tactics he actually spent about 12 hours on video just downloading everything that he knows about this subject he gives you more than 125 ways to generate referrals in your business and i'm telling you if you're not currently using referral systems if you don't have automatic referral systems that are on autopilot where you're working 24 7 right now then you are leaving a ton of money on the table and that's got to stop right now
2:03:35and here's your chance to fix the problem Jay is going to give you his entire referral mastery program as bonus number one if you take action today on the brain trust program or alternatively you can go to our website at aperham.com and purchase it from the pro shop and you'll find it there for two thousand dollars but it's a much better value if you get it here gratis okay next slide so the second bonus item you're going to get for taking action is the relational capital mastery home study course so relational capital is one of Jay's geometric growth categories he has many of them but i would say that this relational capital category is probably right at the very top of the list it's like Jay's ace card strategy if you think about it it goes hand in hand with what he stands for Jay likes to grow businesses very rapidly but very safely he likes to do it by leveraging the assets of other people he likes to take no risk if he can possibly do it that way he likes to only pay for results he likes to grow businesses geometrically by working on the geometry of the business and he likes to catalyze exponential growth and this is really one of the things that makes Jay famous i mean that's how he grew icy hot he grew it by over 20 000 in about a year
2:05:01that's how he grew entrepreneur magazine by over 900 in about seven months we've got a client named Chuck Jay grew his business from about 40 million to about 120 million in about a year this is what we mean by exponential growth and that's Jay's approach this relational capital category is an integral factor in being able to do that so Jay spent once again about 12 hours on video going through the entire relational capital deal structuring methodology which is a hybrid it's a blend of power partnerships joint ventures strategic alliances barter triangulation endorsement deals co-branding deals and more he gives you case study after case study example after example he then deconstructs them then re-engineers them and picks out the high points in each one so that you can understand it get the mindset and really get how this works and i'm telling you from personal experience if you do just one successful relational capital deal it could be worth millions to you it could literally 10x your business and that's not blow and smoke that's the truth and i think in the next segment you're going to see some examples of that bottom line you come into this profit explosion brain trust and we're going to give you this relational capital mastery program gratis as one of the bonus
2:06:24or you can go to abrham.com and order it from the pro shop it's up there every day for three thousand bucks next slide please all right next bonus for taking immediate action here today is that we're going to give you what we call a go forward loyalty credit okay now let me explain what this means sometimes when we do a program we'll take the client's investment and we'll say you know what if you want to buy up maybe do some private consulting with jay now that you've dipped your toe in the water and seen how amazing it would be to work with jay we'll go ahead and give you a credit for your investment which you can apply towards the private consulting so before we did this program i said to jay i said jay do you want to give everybody a go forward credit it's three thousand dollars that's the offer he said sure go ahead and do it and he said but make it five thousand and i said what's a three thousand dollar offer and he said that's okay let's over deliver they're investing three give them a five thousand dollar credit i said okay i said do you want to do the typical you know let them you know have the credit available for like three months and jay said no yes let's let him do it for a year so he must have been feeling extra generous that day bottom line is
2:07:41you're going to get a five thousand dollar go forward credit good for up to one year so if you come back to us and you say yes i want to do a a 90 minute or two hour zoom session with jay privately or get involved with an actual formal mastermind group we're offering or maybe become a profit partner whatever it is as long as it's private or semi-private consulting you're going to get a five thousand dollar credit for it good up to one year okay next slide all right so next we're got the piece de resistance here this is a prepaid ticket to a fifteen thousand dollar event that will be hosting later this year let me give you the the context here we normally do an event a couple times a year and it's called breakthroughs in fact we have one coming up next month breakthrough sells out every time the one for next month completely sold out with a waiting list that's a twenty five thousand dollar per ticket event that's what the participation cost you want to come to it it's 25 grand okay we're going to start doing these ultimate beyond exponential events and that's going to be a different type of event it's going to have a larger audience there'll be more guest speakers and it'll just be a different dynamic but this will be a fifteen thousand dollar per ticket event okay if you come
2:09:11into the profit explosion brain trust we are going to give you a prepaid ticket just one one prepaid ticket to come to the ultimate beyond exponential event it'll be a multi-day event that is run by j and if you've never been to one of j's events before maybe you didn't know about it you was unaffordable because they are pricey this is your chance this is your opportunity to get in on one and you come as j's guest okay we just ask that you cover your travel expenses and your accommodations and the rest is on us okay now let's go ahead Carlos to the next slide all right one more thing next slide so we are going to now give you our guarantee we call it the profit explosion performance promise okay and what this really says is that we guarantee you that if you come into this program that 90 percent of the concepts that you are exposed to will apply to your business and we know that that is the case because j's concepts his strategies pretty much everything that j teaches and uses to grow businesses every last bit of it is 100 proven to the tune of billions of dollars it's universally applicable it's timeless and evergreen and it works just about anywhere in the world for just about any type of business so unless your business is just really different this material
2:10:48will work for your business as long as you work it guaranteed okay now if you're not sure at this point after being exposed to j and hearing what everybody says about them and the research that you've done on your part and this is not good enough for you then unfortunately I have to say maybe this program is really not for you but if you come into it I guarantee you that almost all of what you learn will be applicable but we cannot be held responsible if you don't do the work okay you've got to do the heavy lifting once you're exposed to the content and that is the offer in a nutshell next slide Carlos I'm going to recap it real quick before I throw it back to Brian when you come into the program the profit explosion brain trust you're going to get the two-day virtual master course with j again he's going to hand you his entire system on a silver platter you'll be able to use it to immediately start growing the profits within your business you're going to get the six-week mastermind with the Abraham accelerators you're going to get the grand finale session with j you're going to get the how to program again they put over a quarter million bucks into creating that it's some of the best material that you will ever hear when it comes to j's fundamentals which
2:12:07is really the foundation that's what you really need to start growing your business and you stack and you build everything on top of that you're going to get the proprietary business profile questionnaire it's going to be some work but you're going to thank us when it's done you're going to get the private facebook group so that you can network with the rest of the community and then you've got the bonuses ladies and gentlemen 125 referrals and strategies and concepts and referral mastery you got the whole relational capital program you've got the five thousand dollar go forward credit and you've got the paid participation in the ultimate beyond exponential live event this coming up later this year and by the way if you're out of the country you can't or won't travel for any reason it's okay we got you covered you can also participate in that virtually your choice either virtually or in person this uh fifteen thousand dollar ticket i have to say that was um it was in the slide deck then it was out of the slide deck then it was in the slide deck and then it came back out of the slide deck there was some discussion about that like well we're giving them you know five times the value of their investment with just one bonus item um but i can tell you this it's in the slide deck
2:13:25and and i would get it while it's hot if you register you're going to be assured that ticket okay this whole entire package comes out to a value of more than thirty six thousand dollars but again it's yours today for a fraction of that carless next slide so again and in conclusion option number one you've got a single pay option of 2997 and i encourage you to jump all over that you'll probably never see a better value for working with jay and option number two you've got the three installments of twelve hundred dollars a month only choose option number two if you plan on honoring your commitment uh next slide carless and that ladies and gentlemen is the profit explosion uh offer uh i hope you can be part of this brain trust if you have any questions about it that are unanswered you're welcome to email me at the address you see on your screen call me text me or book a calendly call with me and i will answer your questions okay and that ladies and gentlemen is it i'm going to throw it now back to my colleague brian thank you so much rob and a couple of people were asking is this right for startups and product launches and i just wanted to let him know that yes that questionnaire alone can can guide you to making a better decision about
2:14:51this now jay is about to come back we're going to play a couple testimonials so that you can see it's not just rob people get a ton of value from engaging in programs like this and as soon as that's done we're going to go back to it so if you need to top off your water get a new cup of coffee and uh we're going to come right back into it so um uh we're going to stop sharing this screen and we're going to go right into the testimonials and then um it's just a few minutes so grab your coffees top off your waters and we're going to be right back into some massive value from jay abraham for 35 years and for four and a half decades he has been the go-to guy to optimize your business i first started studying jay abraham almost 20 years ago actually i just started my own my business and i was trying to figure out different ways to grow it tony also give him the credit of jay introducing to the concept of of the three simple ways to do business which i think if jay start with that concept it's a genius thing jay is one of the top people on the planet who knows how to maximize a business and it's reached to his customer remember there's only three ways to deal with the customer and jay taught me this it's acquired a new one upsell a current one
2:16:15and make one buy more frequently and jay knows how to do all of that jay is such a fountain of knowledge and when we started the uh the lines group with jay during covid um he was incredibly gracious uh to be able to provide a six months worth of uh six months worth of attention every other week and all the things that i started getting them in the mail and i started listening to them jay's the guy i've gone to for almost 35 years when i want to create a breakthrough the program from jay's ideas and concepts and deep deep thorough dive into his concepts has completely changed my schedule every day at work now i have expanded my referral network exponentially and i only see continued growth from this program but i wouldn't be where i am today without jay abraham his brilliant mind his brain all of the distinctions that he makes and i am so pleased and privileged to be part of his program that's happening right now i have no marketing experience whatsoever the best experience i have was from jay's book from the early 2000s from there i learned to fish for the big fish hour 11 years ago i first read getting everything you can out of all you've got well i guess you could say i've been a jaywalker ever since having been a student admire and
2:17:44a plier of jay's teachings over the past decade i'm always learning something new when i enroll in his programs where i am now focused i have a plan to scale and grow my business in ways that i never thought that would be done i always thought i could grow and scale my business because i knew the potential is out there but never in this way and one of the things that jay did is really have us reach and showed me how to enroll my team in creating an even bigger future his mind is able to see the situation turn on its side look at it from a different angle and see 10 times more opportunity than you'd ever think of many of his things i had to take time to really sit down and digest because it's just so much information but any little tidbits that you do take away can get you a head and shoulder advantage over your competition so let's come back into the room jay is about to go live with this well not live excuse me this we're going to about to run the recording so if you are topping off your coffee now's the time to come back and join us so let's get into it grab a fresh notepad and get ready for for some mind expanding content hold that the profile in this room is entrepreneurial so i thought i would try i mean i
2:19:52never want to be intellectual entertainment i always want to leave people fiercely shifted in their mindset different referral generating system strategies approaches that different companies are used to drive the majority if not all of their business you have to migrate gestate sequence process earn the trust to the point of purchase many stages whereas a referral generated buyer sales cycle is very very short buys more buys faster buys negotiates less buys more combinations buys longer is more enjoyable to deal with refers more people owe and costs nothing you got to learn how to discover hidden assets overlooked opportunities underperforming activities in the revenue side under utilized resources under valued relationships in your business and that's really well and good but you can't do it if you don't travel outside of the limitations of your industry because most people in an industry do pretty much by and large plus or minus twenty or thirty percent better or worse what everybody else in their industry does you're rewarded in your business also in your career for the amount of problems you solve the quality quantity consistency of problems you solve for others or opportunities you make possible you're rewarded in the form of money relevance raises promotions repeat buying
2:21:33referrals there are two kinds of leverage in business one is the leverage of buying an asset or expanding your business or committing to something where you are hoping that the cash flow will service the debt or the profit it generates will service the debt or the appreciation will service the risk and the debt if that happens great if not you're screwed then there's the other kind the kind where you basically the same effort the same activity the same investment the same access to market the same interaction the same resources the same capital the same add the same this the same that produces a higher yield for no more cost no more effort teaching people to think totally differently than anybody else they compete against and anybody else really in business to see opportunity to see possibility to see upside leverage to see reclamation to see things nobody else does home shopping network started a guy in florida had a little funky second rate radio station he couldn't sell major advertising but he could trade merchandise to merchants and every saturday and sunday he would have an auction and he would sell it out and he started buying weekend time on other radio stations and doing the same thing trading for advertising and auctioning and after a while he created the whole methodology
2:23:10before for home shopping there were two companies who bought every possible unsold time on lifetime on USA network and one more and they went to everybody who wanted to be in the infomercial business and they commanded 50 percent of all the revenue for letting him use their time it was like a lease deal it was very very very lucrative i was in the newsletter business when it first started nobody knew the value of inserts physical newsletters going out every month nobody knew the value of inserts i went i did an analysis people were renting each other's newsletter they were paying about 60 cents in the mail to mail a third class letter third classes jumped mail but they were breaking even on that at that rate and i realized if they were breaking even at 60 cents right mailing because it was very incestuous i'd rent your newsletter you'd rent my newsletter very weird business but if they were breaking even at 60 cents i thought well what would happen if i took that promotion reduced it down to a shorter piece smaller type and stuck it right inside the newsletter it would only cost about five cents to print it get a free ride but if it made 60 cents when it was mailed if i could basically get the same result for five cents everyone i printed i'd make 55 cents on and these
2:24:36newsletters were putting out millions and millions of subscriptions a month but then i realized just by being inside a newsletter it had the implication of endorsement which is a multiplier so i bought the rights to all the newsletters i could do and i went to all the other newsletters who were happy breaking even and i told them that i would give them the name of a subscriber and the hard cost of fulfillment which back then was only six or eight dollars for a two hundred dollar subscription i got to keep all the rest because that's what they were used to make they weren't used to making any money they were breaking even and making their money on renewal on upgrade services there's a man in northern california that dearly loved Porsche automobiles he always wished he could own a Porsche but he could never afford it then he found that was a small northern california Porsche dealership up for sale and curiously he went and he applied to get all the details and he studied diligently and painstakingly the dealer procedural manual and he found that dealers could make available back then uh low or not loners but demos and i can't remember it was three months or three thousand miles whichever came first and it got it got licensed as a regular car full brand new with that
2:25:56piece of information he ran ads all over northern california that said drive a brand new Porsche every year for life for a one-time investment of seventy five thousand dollars and he got hundreds of people to respond and he raised two or three million dollars and his whole plan was to let them use get you know get demos and they can basically circulate but the majority of them just bought them and they became the great referral source for him but the most interesting thing was it was a million dollars for the dealership he got twice that no stockholders no interest no debt so just a way of thinking differently is this interesting i'm just trying to show you a few ways you can think differently we're going to show you a series of principles then he and i are going to have you stand up and tell us your biggest challenge or your biggest opportunity of not executing and together we're going to give you feedback about ways to look at it but i want you to be thinking you're advanced based on the principles he's giving up big hand jay apron i adore him and he's got such a rapid mind that i have to work very very hard to keep up he's slightly that's true so to be in this room we're assuming that you have abilities beyond those of mortal men and women
2:27:11palm springs tourist bureau for years would collect this money from all the merchants and they would spend it but they spend it very interestingly they would go to magazines or they would go to national publications and they would buy technically advertising but they wouldn't give him a check they would give him credit that had to be spent with palm spring merchants so got recirculated back into the community i thought that was pretty clever years and years ago very fascinating uh a guy named bob allen and a guy named mark victor hanson bob allen i don't know if he's still around real estate mark victor hanson with jack canonfield did chicken soup for the soul they had a they came this came up with this cockamamie idea called cracking the millionaire code and they called me and said jay we want to teach people who have no money no product no idea no business how to make a million dollars in a year for the standing start for no investment no risk and we want you to come up with the idea you go through the the main categories on on uh a google search as many as you want and you find arbitrage you find somebody for example that sells uh a seminar but doesn't have a book or you find somebody that has a book and doesn't have
2:28:31a seminar or you find somebody that has a book and a seminar but doesn't have coaching or somebody else coaching it doesn't have a book or a seminar and you put them together you take a piece in the middle and i explained it i outlined it i gave examples and i'd done that myself in a different application and there were 400 people in that room and 399 didn't believe it was possible and to them it was right and one did and she made a million two in six months doing exactly that i had uh a gold brokerage dealer i had about five of them and we built we took them from 300,000 in annual service fees to 500 million in a year and a half for no cost by me going to all the newsletters out there that had a similar profile of of investor subscriber and us becoming the recommended dealer to the newsletter and we basically did an integrate today they do affiliate programs which are just a bunch of hypey superficial promotion every does the same thing we would go to each newsletter and we've become their recommended provider when somebody was a new subscriber they would get a welcome packet from the newsletter and one from us teaching them all about how to invest in hard assets giving them the outlook in reviewing a bunch of experts some of whom
2:29:48didn't even like hard assets it was balanced every quarter we would fund a special edition of the newsletter on hard assets every uh every six months we would do regional seminars we funded where our people uh iconic person in the head of the newsletter would speak and we gave them all the money because we got clients when their mailing piece stopped working we would fund it and i would build it up and make it more profitable and we split the profit when the mailing piece no longer was usable we would take the bonuses because most newsletter had bonuses and we used that for our other side for our broker side to get leads and it's just repurposing repurposing affinity marketing becoming a part an integral part of the other organization i've done billions of dollars in my life by figuring out how to get other companies organizations media associations to make their resources available to my client in lieu of fixed payment but paying on some kind of an exchange results reciprocal uh all kinds of other service provisions and originally we talked about it as relational capital but i i came to think about it and i realized that it's actually something very different it is ultimately the equivalent of the unlimited
2:31:18business checkbook in that you literally and truthfully can take any business that thinks it is resource impaired if you say well we don't have enough capital or enough expertise we don't we can't afford new offices we can't afford a sales force we can't afford technology we can't afford equipment we can't afford a personnel we can't afford this we can't afford that bs now if you take it figuratively you could write unlimited checks that only get cash when if and after they produce a profit for your business way and far above the cost that they are redeemable for and you can do years and years ago i figured out uh for for hvac companies that they could offer this is before they were doing this they could offer uh winterization tune-ups summarization for a lost leader and make a fortune just because statistically the majority of the people they were going to visit didn't maintain their equipment well and they would find you know thousand two thousand dollars worth of very ethical and needed repairs and i had one client in Dallas and we were killing it and we got so much business they couldn't even handle it but they were worried that it would stop and they did not want to to uh invest in more trucks or people but we could get
2:32:52a lot more uh redemptions on the offer and so instead i went to a bunch of quality but under performing hvac companies and we made a deal to put our magnetic signs on their truck and our shirts on their people and reward them for doing our our overflow and we did we killed it what else do they buy before during after and instead and if you either accessed companies that did those things and made partnerships with them or private label with them you could make more money on adding those different products or services or if you got control of buyers before they would buy your service you could eliminate totally the acquisition marketing cost that you're sinking right now to get a buyer the nine major benefits this is going to get into into really granularity that everybody can relate to so number one you can use it to achieve advantages of scale or scope or speed that aren't available you can be national international tomorrow without having to sink money in your own office your own staff your own you don't have to write checks for for leases you don't have to employ people you can just negotiate access and and financial sharing by using people's existing organizations resources and you can do things overnight that are unimaginable and the risk is
2:34:19almost zero you just have to fund uh a nominal cost and you've got to basically share the results you can increase market penetration I mean I when I was in the seminar business which I'm not anymore I do a little bit of a high end $25,000 small makeovers but we did a quarter billion dollars $250 million and something like two and a half years and my total out-of-pocket fixed was 300 grand because I went to every newsletter that had an entrepreneur profile I went to success magazine I went to the in flights went to Tony Robbins of the world I went to the seminar companies and they were all my promotional partners and I controlled benevolently the message and they were all unique to their audiences and we were getting we were getting sources from everyone and we were filling 900 people at 5,000 and we sold out every 25,000 and we had almost no downside you can enhance your competitiveness in local and national international markets because now you're in association with formidable people who have dominance so if you're going into a market cold you have to win the trust you got to spend a lot of money but if tomorrow morning you're partnering with somebody who's already got massive brand with a parallel universe overnight you can be incredible
2:35:43J.I.F. implemented your three ways to grow business and that's huge I run a sales training company so I'm a yoga teacher marketing sass company I'm the queen of hedge funds I started a non-profit conference calling I have a number of franchises patented technology private equity company I work with large beauty influencers corporate food service the led lighting 30 year old insurance agency in New York first of all I love you thank you I've been listening to you like every day for a month thank you for all the wisdom and the personal advice this is insane how much have you grown your business by implementing this we've grown our business year over year 25 percent 1.5 million dollars from 80,000 months to 500,000 dollars a month in one year we're at a 12 million dollar annual amount of money and then the top 5,000 hospitals in the world partnered with us it'd be so damn successful that you can put 10 20 million dollars in a foundation and challenge matching funds and I have them analyze which of the six needs did they meet for that individual cool if you need five or six you're gonna have a love slave a raving fan that's infuriated enough they're probably gonna first of all try to buy you over service under service markets you can make a billion dollars
2:36:55you ought to take a look away that might relate to you you can't help but go home and do something different do something different you can go in and you can have other people basically license to you their IP you can basically have people pull money to create things I had clients all the time who were professionals CPAs financial advisors state planners whatever you want and we would put together aggregated full day training programs and and evening dinner programs and we would basically have no sunk cost because we came up with the idea and we would get all them not only to fund everything not only to put their expertise in which made the richness of the theme much better but they would also access their own database and we get access to all them you could develop new business opportunities through products and services a company we helped in Australia right in the beginning of CRM and they were selling very expensive entrepreneur focused CRM systems they were running ads at every major trade magazine in Australia and they were getting about a thousand leads a month I can't remember what their CRM system was back then 50 80 it was a lot of money for a little entrepreneurs and they were only closing about 3 percent but it was profitable enough that
2:38:26they kept doing it and I pointed out to them they were spending you know a hundred two hundred thousand dollars a month that they were basically throwing if they were getting three percent closed they were basically losing ninety seven thousand dollars a month down the drain I said people didn't respond because they weren't interested in a CRM it's not a really exciting sexy thing to find out about they had the need either your your service or your product was too high the financing was too difficult too many bells and whistles I said why don't we see we can find someone out there who's got a great entry level but they can't mark it worth a crap and let's either take over their product or license a private label and put some of our bells and whistles and down sell that to everybody who can't afford our expensive one we did that we paid a five or seven percent royalty and we made more money on the people we originally didn't sell but it also made all the people we sold our expense and CRM pure profit just a different way of configuring it you can get control of tangible and intangible assets names endorsements rights books IP reapplication of something to a different market but I could only do 12 clients a year and most of them
2:39:53out there were too small for me I couldn't justify them they couldn't justify me but I knew I could teach tons of people who would love to make five grand a client instead of me wanting to make 2550 grand a client every month and we sold all these people I had an attorney he still does it in Los Angeles who was really masterful at marketing trust in the states but he only wanted to do Los Angeles he took all his methodology all his IP and he took outside of the Los Angeles metro he leased it and sold the usage of it to attorneys in 50 different states we had a guy who was a lumber mill operator this is very interesting anybody knows about lumber mill the biggest expense in a lumber mill is killed drying you know what killing drying is you get this green timber timber coming in so you got to cut it into into board and then you got to put it through a heating process that cures it and it's the biggest expense on energy it's the biggest danger because if you overdo it or underdo it it warps or it becomes substandard and the value of it is lessened or becomes scrap well he was great at three things producing the maximum amount of whatever double A grade the minimum amount of energy and he saved millions of dollars but the problem was he could
2:41:16give his lumber away to somebody who is outside of a certain geography and it wasn't cost effective so he circled the geography went to every lumber mill all over the world outside of that we charged 25 grand a year to use his methodology and every time he came up with another nuance it was another five grand and he made more money doing that with lifetime value marginal net worth yield most most entrepreneurs by the way are two-dimensional thinkers you think in terms of revenue less expense equal profit you don't think in terms of the yield that it keeps producing for you over and over and over again and when you don't think that way that's how a private equity firm thinks that's how you should think because your business should be looked at almost like an investment I get like a mutual fund and each each activity should be looked at almost like an asset class what's the yield you're getting on it every you know every whatever how long are you getting that yield is it appreciating or do you know what appreciating is by your ability to resell them more things different things more combination of things my guy analyzed that every time 10 people bought a first-time purchase of icy hot for three dollars eight of them bought again every month
2:42:32literally for life until there's some cure for arthritis, deritis, percitis because it was really good secondly of the eight forward buy something else third of the four approximately two would buy bulk twice a year bottom line was every time we got 10 buyers first time we made $50 a year profit for each one so my guy it cost us 55 cents back then to make it and ship it out very cheap just glob of gelatinous menthol, mental salve some other stuff very very inexpensive to make all right jay i'm here i'm only going to be on for about two minutes and we are going to return but i want to make an interventional positive comment so when you're trying to there's a very distinct and a very profound difference between looking for a short-term tactic and committing to growing the the asset of a business on a long-term very significant way what i'm trying to do in the segment you're watching now and what i will do very very clinically and in a very granular way in the third segment that we will do after a slight break that's about half the time allocation we did earlier with rob is show you what you can do then show you literally how you can do it then show you specifically where when you can do it and then finally answer the why why it makes such smart
2:44:29sense to do it when those different factors converge so as you're watching this don't go you know i mean it's very easy to get overwhelmed when you are introduced to do profoundly different forms of thinking than everybody else out there teaches and i understand that but if you allow yourself to do that you're going to go right back to status quo this will be intellectual entertainment whether you avail yourself of what rob has extended and he'll remind you of it again or not i did this to give back i did this to be able to first of all start by saying wow here's all you could do you won't understand at all but i want you to understand why this makes sense i think we did that now i'm saying let me tell you how people actually did it and half of them you know and they got started with the very kind of thinking we're trying to instill in you and now they're billion dollar company hundred million dollar company then let's take the concepts you learned about abstractly in the beginning and let's dissect them let's deconstruct them let's reconstruct them let's show you what drives them let's show you why they work let's show you how they can work for you so stay in the game for your benefit i already know this i don't do these that often it's not
2:45:55going to be replayed we're not going to give you that the power points i try to be very generous and give freely i try to give enough that those of you who are a shrewd and astute and bright enough to run with it yourself can the ones that i don't i try to open up so much that you know with certainty we really are the real thing but this is for you and you're going to get out of it what you invest in it for the rest of the next hour and a half or 45 that will happen so please stay focused but understand what i'm trying to do here because no one's trying to do this for you so please stay in the game for you not me let's go back all right so we're going to run a couple of testimonials and then we're going to launch right into it so if you need to top off your your water now's the time to do it it's powered my growth and it's allowed me to help as many people as i've helped the multiple millions in sales and even cooler than that is the lives that we've actually been able to change all of my metrics went through the roof experts expert like so who is the kind of the real deal on steroids lifetime value joint ventures education based marketing relationship capital strategy of preeminence the strategy of preeminence preeminence preeminence i am the creator of the
2:47:21vsl so it was naturally conducive to me to leverage preeminence it's the philosophy that i've lived my entire life it's made me millions upon millions of dollars to me it really is the value of the respect that i've gained in the industry the street cred that you need so that you can go on and do other things for money it not only allowed me to build a large following there but also i noticed that i was followed by other people like Russell Brunson, Shailene Johnson relational capital relational capital relational capital jace theory at relational capital is incredible relational capital is like the heart of everything matt and i have done in our business the stuff is so foundational it's so critical to building a successful business he's the one who came up with him pay attention to every word this man says he will change your life there's one thing you need to know about jay bram and that is you're likely about to experience epiphany jay is a legend the majority of the information is stemmed from jay himself he has stories to back it up jay has made a massive impact not only on my life but the lives of every single marketer that i've ever met when you hear jay speak drop everything and listen the gentleman that has inspired and taught most
2:48:41of the people whose books you've bought whose courses you've gone through whose programs you've joined he's just a wealth of knowledge that you cannot find from any single person on this planet jay you have done the work my man it's clocked and broke all right let's come back into the room and get ready for some great content so here we go has been based on the fact that i am hopelessly curious i want to know everything i can about everything i can i want to understand people i understand markets i want to understand motivation i want to understand hopes and fears i want to understand the motives the motivations of different categories of people i want you to understand what this is all about today is giving you a mind shift challenge i people say how have you engineered stimulated influenced all these enormously unbelievable seeming growth success profit explosions for client companies all over the world i've become very masterful at seeing correlations how things connect implications what that means as far as result quantification analyzing the dollars the sense the performance anomalies unusual things that happen that nobody recognizes i want you to throw out your current bucket list and replace it when at the end of
2:50:13this six hours with one far more audacious bold daring because you'll grasp how much more is possible reasonably possible readily possible possible safely possible without investing or going into debt possible without taking risks just by shifting how you use time effort opportunity positioning communication access to markets now you know a lot more is possible we want to see what will motivate you to take action so we're going to go beyond exponential for the rest of the day with your business and i'm going to show you how it's done i'm going to prove it's doable i'm going to give you plenty of examples case history stories that are all real so this is a quote that i love it's Socrates quote a life unexamined is a life not worth living and i'm going to give you j Abraham's entrepreneurial quote a business where you don't constantly examine and measure all the areas and impact points and how they perform and the values their worth is a business not worth on these if you're not looking at what actions are worth what what values prospects are worth buyers are worth how to get them worth more how to make sales advertising communications produce more yield you are leaving on the table an enormous amount
2:51:39and i'm going to show you prove you and share with you how to make all of that possible before the day is over and you keep working harder and harder for your business or you figure out pretty darn quick and permanently how to get your business to start working harder and smarter for you so the best way to get it is to learn how to work on the geometry of the business the geometry the business if that doesn't mean anything it will in a moment so to piffany i had really early in my life people in one industry do things one way people know that other industries aren't even aware of these strategies things that are commonplace in one industry but are not being used in another industry can give you the power the profitability of an atom bomb if you're the first the only one to do it and then if you if you multiply if you take combinations from many industries and introduce them to an industry where it's not known it's explosive in just a point of reference with the concept of best practices in my opinion is frequently flawed and optimization is highest and best use theory what it says is why do anything that's lowest and least if by understanding alternative realities you can find actions efforts opportunities ways to
2:52:58do things say things communicate things target audiences attract audiences convert audiences upsell audience resell audience monetize them when you have nothing else to sell in a much higher way but you can't make the most effective use of opportunity or resources until you first understand what options and opportunities are available you need to know the options available the alternatives available the combinations available possibilities available the upside downside risk reward they yield so you can choose the right combinations to add to replace or fortify what you are doing now I call this information trapping and gaining a knowledge asymmetry and asymmetry means if everybody's got you can see me if you can it's okay everyone's got this amount of knowledge and understanding of performance improvement and you've got this much it's not linear it's asymmetric it's almost a geometric advantage everything i'm teaching is exponential it's making everything you do outperform not in a linear way but in an asymmetric way so the first thing is how can you gain more knowledge understanding that you can apply knowledge without application I mean is the same as no knowledge there's a key to all this is pat is three piece passion purpose possibility
2:54:22if you don't have passion for who you do it for you don't have a sense of the implication the application the impact your product service company can make above and beyond the maddening crowd then you've got to rethink it if you don't have purpose if you're not on a crusade a mission to make an impact difference that's beside average or commodity you better rethink it if you don't have a real concept and context and construct in your mind of real possibility not airy fairy I want to make ten million dollars but I don't know how but of how to do things and the reality that lots of other people have demonstrated through their achievement through their success through their creation through their product service to their market creation that lots are possible you just have to reverse engineer it everything we do realize this right now in all aspects of our life and our personal life too everything we do has the capacity to grow exponentially we just don't know how to do it you should be committed to get a lot more yield for the same time or less same ever less same opportunity in the market same resources same access to the market same relationships you enjoy with buyers distributors media vendors same capital that you're spending
2:55:49intellectual capital human capital if you're not then you're underperforming so you want to operate always in the exponential zone not the incremental zone in everything you do in business and I would advocate everything you do in your life because it's much more exhilarating liberating fulfilling gratifying impactful satisfying enriching in monetary and intangible ways so why in the world would you want to do anything else so the things we're going to teach you in many of the areas we are going to visit you have for the same effort or less the same times they may investment all these things you have up to 21 times more upside performance leverage more performance and the powerful thing about this reality is it's not the totality of all of them combined it's each one so I learned multivariable testing and this is fascinating you do something one way it produces x you do it another it produces 3x5x so even if I have experience that certain things work in certain industries or markets or applications they may or may not work the same in other places so you test them variability says you could do things differently and get a much different result remember I said each element has leverage in it has exponential performance you can change the headline you can
2:57:17change the positioning you can change the credibility meaning the quotes or the testimonials you can test you can change the proof which can be comparability how it's made you can change the way you describe the application you can change focusing just on the moment we're focusing on what happens when the product or services at work in somebody's life you can change the bonus any one not combination of those changes can increase results and the worst thing you're competing against people think you're competing in life and in business against generic competitors alternative competitors the biggest competitor is contemplation procrastination equivocation uncertainty if you can overcome that you gain advantage so all right now we're going to get into 75 categories that have each represent exponential growth is attached to them okay so i'm going to prove to you I learned it's mathematically proven you can take performance beyond exponential it's called hyper operationalizing in mathematics it's a sequence of operations that just keep accounting and compounding beyond exponential beyond exponentiation there are five gradients look it up when we're done don't do it now because you won't hear what i'm saying it would be a
2:58:39travesty of my intention and your commitment and investment of this day but there are five gradients above exponential exponentiation titration, penetration, excitation, heptation, octation, the zeros take it out you know to infinity and beyond it's just unimaginable levers make your life easier they make the work easier they allow a little effort to produce a lot of result it allows you to do a lot more with a lot less when business you've always had you have and you will always have an enormous number of levers and they're always in your ones being uncovered but if you don't know that they exist and you don't know how to push and pull the gears that exist then you can't walk and you're going to be hopelessly and helplessly limited to following the herd and being mediocre or struggling or at very least sub-optimizing all the yield result the success the prosperity the impact the you know the contributions that you really want to make levers make your profits multiply even more the tactical people don't really say look let's concentrate on your bottom line first so then if you need to do things that are technology driven or very significant shifts you have the capital that has been self-generated to fund it you don't
3:00:11have to go and siphon it away from cash flow or take it and go into debt or anything else okay it's just a quote from our committees give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum on which to place it I'll move the earth I talked about headlines but I didn't go through all the implications headlines are there are equivalent headlines subject line in your email first first paragraph in a sales letter the headline on a landing page when we're in business conference and trade show mode when you have a booth what the sign says can have everything to do with the value of the investment in the booth if it just says the j-ram company it doesn't really connect can note the benefit to the audience it's x but if instead it said I can multiply your your sales explode your profits give you advantage the unknown and un-unimagine and do it all with no more investment or risk and explain how it's done in five minutes or less would you stop by it might get a lot more people than saying that you ever have company so all these actions in your business world can be multiplied with no more time effort by understanding the power of geometry exponentiation variability and the likes we're going to get into this later but almost everybody
3:01:45on this program this training I would hope can say that some portion of your business comes from referrals are word and mouth it can be a hundred percent sometimes it is it can be 10 sometimes it is if you add if you analyze what you think it is in your business and then you correlate it to what the dollars represented are annually and the repeat dollars those people will spend over and over again I'd like you to calculate this most people allow referrals to come intermittently episodically and reactive whereas of all the categories of buyers you have a referral generated by or buys more buys quicker or negotiates less buys more things buys longer is usually much more enjoyable and and collaborative to deal with cost you nothing to acquire and refers more people and yet most entrepreneurs business owners and professionals in practice do nothing formally strategically to generate referrals they just sort of wait and yet they'll spend a lot of time effort and and capital on Facebook or direct mail or salespeople or whatever cold calling a concept I believe you each are what I call a human hedge fund but you don't know it and you got to think of yourself and your business as a hedge fund the hedge fund as most of you know and it was a
3:03:14don't we'll learn right now hedge fund has a portfolio of assets that are invested they may be invested in a lot of different asset classes the hedge fund is investing with focus on a combination of risk and reward and their goal is to achieve what is called alpha which is performance adjusted to risk far beyond the normal rewards you could get for the same risk so I challenge you as we go through these to ask yourself if I'm and my business is a hedge fund I'm a human hedge fund as a CEO or a human being because it applies to your personal life and my business is a hedge fund do I even know how I'm allocating our our portfolio do I know the risks and the reward I'm getting are the rewards I'm getting even equal to let alone exceeding norm what do I know what the median yield I should be expecting is do I know what alpha looks like am I putting certain assets or or investments or opportunity costs into something that has an enormous yield and a very low I mean enormous risk and a low yield excuse me whereas I have a little bit or nothing invested in things that have low yield and high risk should I adjust my portfolio am I even close to getting alpha what do I have to do to get alpha that should be questions throughout ask yourself would you buy your
3:04:45business if it were for sale I mean would you buy it if it was on the market to you and if you would would you buy it because it really is making a lot of money for the investment of time effort opportunity is it making more than the norm when I talk about revenue system optimization that entails I just want to give you the macro who you're targeting how you're targeting what you're targeting what your value proposition what's the the way you're trying to evoke a response what you're trying to do once you get the response whether you're trying to nourish it nurture it close it resell it what you're doing on a sequential basis because every one of those questions can be enhanced everything you do can be made to do better every stage step element lever and when you realize this it's liberating and exciting it shouldn't be dawning because you divide and conquer you learn everything you could and then you isolate the ones that make the most sense for a second and third so asymmetric return thinking it's outside yields for far less risk it's how hedge funds get the 50 hundred to one yield it's knowing where to find greater performance enhancing knowledge advantage than anyone else hedge funds look for advantage they look for performance
3:06:05advantage but it stems first from asymmetric knowledge advantage understanding either elements correlations implications aberrations relationships associative connections better than other people so you want to disproportion it upside and alter reduce downside and everything you do and it's very doable when you understand the power that has always been available but until you know it you're sort of blindly groping and grappling and grasping without any understanding of the game you should be playing and you can't win the game if you don't know the rules and you don't know how to how to perform better than anyone else at each role running a company no difference of running a hedge fund about maximizing returns while minimizing risk in everything and I'm talking mostly revenue side but I've helped lots of people do management operations cash flow management risk management things that are more sophisticated that somebody smaller entrepreneurs and professionals wouldn't engage in but all these are the same it's just how you apply it the law of infinite returns is if all right jay wanted to break this up a little bit and jay if I can get you to turn on your camera yeah and everybody I want it's important to me to make three points one is
3:07:38the body of work that I've been privileged to be exposed to to discover to evolve refine perfect is in my opinion unlike what anyone else in the entrepreneurial business world has put together it's very different it's not one trick pony and it's very powerful I want you to know there's about an hour left of this but reciprocally I try to invest very generously in entrepreneurs and I ask in exchange very little but I would like you to listen to Rob for about 15 minutes read read discuss what I've tried to put together for smaller medium size companies that could know could not in any way shape or form afford me because I think it's in your best interest not ours and I live what I teach and preeminent one of the things about preeminent is that you have a you have a moral responsibility to do everything in your power to make sure the people that should be availing themselves of your product or service to not because you're going to profit your profit is a reward pardon me a reward you gain from making a humongous difference in someone else's life or success or financial well-being I believe that any of you that are legitimate businesses and not just play acting if you're just a promoter and you're just
3:09:20doing you know something very simplistic and there's no long-term goal in mind probably this is a waste and and I respect you it's your your title do you think you want but if you're real business and you want this to be something that survives and thrives and you wanted to keep going and growing I believe in my heart of hearts you couldn't make a better commitment to yourself and the business and your future than what Rob is going to one more time tell you about and then we're going to get deeply for the next hour and at the end he'll stay on and our team will be there to talk about any question to have not just about the the very modest offering we're making but anything that that seems interesting that you want to talk a little bit about we'd like to get impressions when we open the chat towards the end as I said it's about an hour or less left but Rob is going to respectfully ask you to listen one more time and when you learn preeminence which you should whether you ever do business with us or not it's about being seen as the most trusted advisor for life it's about being willing to tell everyone you deal with what you believe is in their best interest and why it's about not letting allowing them to deserve themselves and I believe if you have a
3:10:50business a product a service that deserves to be purchased used benefiting a lot more people but you don't have the wherewithal on your own to know how to do that your market is is deserved if you don't learn how I have the ability to help you I have a moral responsibility to do everything in my power to encourage you also preeminence has another side after you've explained to somebody exactly what you believe is in their best interest and why and how they should do it then they have the right to reject it they have the right to continue on status quo and I believe that but I would be remiss and deserve my moral responsibility to you if I didn't stop one more time ask Rob to spend about half the time just summarizing again and then we're going to get back to the depth and and and and expanse of explaining exactly the construct the drivers the science the applications behind the tenor so most important concepts you learned about in the first section so if you stay on for the duration you'll be a transformed person if you don't at least I've shared with you from my heart what I believe and Rob is going to ask of you respectfully a few minutes more of your time and then we'll go back okay all right hello again everybody Rob Colesanti here for those of you who
3:12:23don't know me I do handle all of Jay's private consulting services worldwide I operate his mastermind groups for him deal with speaking engagements some of his bartering gills and joint ventures and all kinds of things so I don't really do presentations like this necessarily for a living but I'm very well versed on all things Jay Abraham so when I was asked to do this I stepped up to the plate and said let's let's do it happy to contribute I want to talk to you very briefly once again about the the profit explosion brain trust offering but first I just wanted to say that you know after seeing what you've seen so far you've you've just learned first and an overview of about 30 of Jay's geometric growth categories and there's actually about 90 of them so you've really only got so far just a small sampling of of Jay's categories and what Jay has in his tool chest for growing businesses you've seen rather amazing highly detailed case study examples and just a few of the concepts that have been massively successfully applied to others and in a little while from now Jay is going to be basically giving you key concepts that drive the monster size profit explosions that he is known for creating and he's going to detail how they work why they work what's required to make them work
3:13:48and and show you how to make them work for your specific business now I introduce you to this profit explosion brain trust opportunity and I want to thank all of you who have so far registered for it and there's been a bunch of you thank you welcome aboard welcome aboard but I also want you now go into just a little bit about the benefits again I want to also mention that you know Jay's large group programs they usually average in the past 15 to 30 thousand dollars per participant participation in this profit explosion brain trust is about a 10th of that 30 thousand dollar program price point where he normally comes in at so he's tried very intentionally to make it ultra affordable for you profit explosion brain trust is going to transform you from a linear thinker to an exponential achiever it in not and it's going to do it in these four integrated ways that we talked about earlier we're going to add some explosive ways to generate dozens of no-cost referral sources and not just referrals but also let's look at those power partnerships those joint ventures the strategic alliances that Jay is famous for having architected and created and engineered he's going to show you how he does it in that relational capital mastery program so
3:15:10I want to now go into once again the key benefits of the profit explosion brain trust program Carlos can you put that slide presentation up one more time next slide and let's go to the the next slide please yeah so the first the first main element of this is the master course that Jay is going to be conducting and you know we talked about this but this is not a superficial fluff all hype under prominent under over promise under delivered type of a course I mean this is Jay Abraham he's basically going to give you all of his geometric growth category he's been in a way where it makes sense for you to be able to incorporate and implement him into your business and all of you have unique businesses I've seen from some of the chats the phone calls the text messages I'm getting you know some of you have larger businesses many of you have startups pre-startups your your wannabe entrepreneurs I want to make it clear that this master course is applicable to pretty much everybody and the reason for that is because it teaches you a system a system for generating profits in a business so if you're running a a ten million dollar company it'll have one meaning to you if you're running a startup business it'll have another meaning for you if you're
3:16:37stuck or marginally successful then this will have yet a different meaning to you but the content as I said earlier is universally applicable it's timeless evergreen and proven and if you do not make this content part of your entrepreneurial skill set then quite frankly you're just going to be at a bit of a disadvantage okay so that the master course it's taking place on the 17th and 18th of March mark your calendars and join us for that it'll be conducted by Jay you're looking at seven six seven eight hours per day of Jay giving you all he's got and teaching you his system but the real key benefit to it is that he's going to do it in such a way where you walk out of there with a custom action game plan and you'll be able to go right to work as soon as you're done with that master's course and begin making the necessary changes in your business so that you can up your profits and make the enhancements and make the improvements that have the highest and best potential to give you the quickest fastest and greatest growth okay next slide please all right then we're going to come into this right from the master's course we're going to go right into the mastermind group with the Abraham accelerators you know mastermind groups are just so
3:18:00powerful let me give you just one example off the cuff so about a week and a half ago Jay and I were in Virginia Jay operates numerous mastermind groups and in some cases he has partners and they co-host the groups together and in this one case our client who's a very very successful entrepreneur he has a 27 000 square foot mansion in Virginia okay so we hosted this mastermind group there I was part of it I saw the whole thing unfold and you would not believe the breakthroughs after breakthroughs after breakthroughs that occurred I mean I'll give you one example so this person was saying that they've never found a system for incentivizing their team members okay and they have they have a numerous team members at different levels never found a system and one other person in the group said that they've been through all the industry programs and the industry associations and the best practices and just everything and they have finally taken it all and distilled it down into one incentive system that works perfectly and gets phenomenal results and they shared it with the group and everybody's eyes brows were raising and Jay said would you mind sharing that system with all of your fellow group members and the person said with alacrity he said absolutely
3:19:25I'd be happy to and everybody in the group was like wow he's gonna share this with us and I'll tell you that one single idea that they're gonna get from this gentleman who's figured it out already is gonna more than pay for their membership in this very expensive elite exclusive mastermind group and that's just one example of many that I can give you from that one experience and our mastermind group here with the Abraham accelerators is going to be no different because everybody that comes into that group is going to have strengths and they're going to have weaknesses and the rising tide folks it lifts all the boats all right somebody has figured something out they're gonna share it just like you if you figured something out you share it all right and this one benefit of the program this mastermind group is worth way more than the price of admission when we do mastermind groups at the Abraham group they're usually forty eight thousand dollars Jay tells me the price is going to be going up so this is a deal and a half next slide and then we go into that end cap session with Jay it's going to be the Conclusory Masterful Thinking session you want to be part of that next slide and this how to get from where you are to where you want to be program is absolutely
3:20:45magnificent I've gone through it numerous times myself I've only heard accolades about it over the years it'll ground you and educate you on all of the foundational business building concepts that Jay Abraham is famous for and if you are not very well astute and adroit at these concepts you're leaving money on the table I'll guarantee it here's your chance to learn Jay Abraham's basic material at its finest in this program we want you to go through it before the master course so that during the master course Jay can focus on the advanced material and you're gonna love it next slide all right this business profile questionnaire we talked about it not much more to say other than I challenge you to go through it I hope you're sitting down and I'm not trying to scare you off but it's 77 pages long okay it is an exercise that when you get to the end of it you will be so glad that you did because it'll blow your mind you know what the end result is usually when you go through this questionnaire the end result is usually you say oh my goodness I have been leaving so much money on the table you will see very clearly why you're doing what you're doing in your business maybe you're doing 50 grand a year maybe you're doing 500,000 maybe you're doing 5 million
3:22:09this questionnaire will show you exactly why you're doing what you're doing and it'll show you exactly how much more is possible okay next slide please all right so we have a recap slide here obviously you can read it but it's the you're getting the two-day virtual master course with Jay you're getting the mastermind group you're getting the finale session with Jay you're getting the how-to program you're getting Jay's proprietary business profile questionnaire and of course you're going to be part of the Facebook community I think this $11,000 number here is way off but nonetheless I think you get the idea there's an immense an extraordinary amount of value here for a very modest 3,000 tax deductible dollars to get involved next slide please next slide and of course on this pay plan option and I do see that some of you have chosen that option as well we're happy to provide it as long as you honor your end of the bargain and folks you know frankly remember this phrase money follows mastery you know if you want to be a successful business owner a successful entrepreneur you've got to continuously invest in your skills and that's the one thing that knowing can ever take away from you they could take your car they could take your watch they could take your business they
3:23:30could take your dog they could take anything from you but they'll never be able to take your skills and you've got to keep strengthening and fortifying that skill set and the more you do that it's amazing the more money you'll make the more your business will grow okay so if you are someone that just can't afford to do the $29.97 offering we understand that choose this one you'll be glad you did and if this works out the way that we genuinely think it will you're going to make so much money from this profit explosion brain trust program so quickly that this will be completely and totally inconsequential for you this program this brain trust program is really about it's really for people I would say who understand yield okay what this means is that you're going to intelligently invest three grand in a program that could make you pick a number it could make you 300,000 it could make you 3 million but I think it would be almost impossible to go through this program and not get a very positive return on your investment as long as you do the work and follow the advice that's given to you so you got two pay plan you got a pay plan option and a pay and full option next slide all right next slide we're going to give you some very special bonuses here folks we talked about
3:24:51once before but very quickly here they are again Jay's referral mastery home study course I've seen in the chat and I've seen some comment conversation and comments about referrals you know I'm willing to bet just about anything that most of you that are listening to me right now do not have referral systems in place in your business I'm willing to bet that I'll bet you don't have them dialed in fine-tuned enhanced and and I'll bet you they're not automatic and I'll bet that if you're getting referrals right now I'll bet that they're coming to you probably just organically and you know for no other reason other than that people are just randomly randomly referring you what about if you took and figured out one or two or three very powerful automatic referral systems that make sense for your unique business situation you know I used to be president of a large company and we had referral systems in place for over 16 years while I was with this business and I'll tell you it made us millions of dollars and that is no lie millions of dollars we set them up on the front end when the business was launched and they just paid year after year after year just referral business from our referral partners and all we had to do is nurture and maintain the
3:26:10relationships with the referring partners so if you do not have referral systems in your business I don't know what to tell you other than you're just really missing out referral business it's the best it's the highest and best form in new business referrals close easier they buy more there's more trust in the relationship they stay longer they refer more people and on and on and on the more referral business that you get the less you really need to invest in risky and expensive marketing I talked to businesses from time to time where they'll tell me that 100% of their business is coming from referrals or 50% or 40% it's a topic that comes up frequently what about you how much of your business is coming from referrals and if you tell me a lot you know what I say great all the more reason why you need this referral mastery program because if you're already getting referrals now it's time to multiply it and this program will help you do it look there's over 125 concepts strategies techniques tactics presented by Jay you can't possibly go through this and not come up with more ideas and you can shake a stick out to test and trowel balloon and try in your business so this is a bonus that you want to have and if you can't do it we understand just go buy
3:27:22it later from our website for two grand next slide and then we have the relational capital mastery program this is as I said earlier the the best work I've ever seen from Jay on the subject of strategic alliances joint ventures barter triangulation endorsement deals co-branding deals this one category if you can figure out how to make this work for you this one category can literally catapult your business to a whole new level and I'm telling you that from experience what do I mean many years ago I was part of a startup business the the owner and founder was a big J Abraham fan studied him prolifically actually forced me to study Jay as well back when I didn't even really want to I was too young to appreciate it okay this man did one one strategic alliance aka relational capital deal just like Jay recommends I wonder where I got that idea from and it turned us into the world's largest association of our kind in our entire industry and the rest was history but it didn't come from 52 different deals it came from one just one so if you don't understand how to make this work to your advantage you're at a major disadvantage here's how you fix the problem you can pick this course up 12 hours of Jay teaching
3:28:48everything he knows on the subject and it's yours gratis with this offer next slide okay you get a five thousand dollar go-forward credit which you can apply toward any form of private consulting with Jay it's pretty self-explanatory overly generous but self-explanatory next slide all right and of course you get to come to the ultimate beyond exponential event with Jay you know I can't say anything other than this is I mean we're giving you a 15 thousand dollar ticket with a three thousand dollar purchase it's like overly generous and as I said earlier this slide has come in and out of this slide deck it's in now and if I were you I would jump all over this because you will likely never see another opportunity like this and people don't give away 15 thousand dollar tickets with a 13 or three thousand dollar purchase that's already replete with value so let's go ahead and go to the next slide and one more thing we should take that out Carlos and our performance guarantee here in conclusion is like pretty much everything that Jay shares with you will work for your business the the art though is to figure out which of the categories makes the most sense for your business right now and that's what Jay is going to cover
3:30:13in this very non superficial master's course that he'll be delivering that I hope that you are part of on the 17th and 18th of March you know Jay is in my view he's a lot of things to a lot of people but there's three things that I would say really shines through a Jay number one he's one of the top business growth or I'm sorry top business growth strategist in the world okay that's really his seat on the bus if you're looking for shiny objects and tactics and you know figuring out goals and culture and all that kind of stuff Jay is not your guy if you're looking for the pure effective strategy behind growing a business if any kind located anywhere in the world Jay is probably the best that there is in the world number two he is a marketing genius bar nine he will forever live in the pantheon of other great marketers who have come before him I'm talking about the David Oglebeez the Rosser Reeves you know these kind of guys that you've probably read their books okay anything to do with marketing Jay is your guy and this profit explosion brain trust program is going to be lush replete with marketing woven throughout the entire thing and that really is what's going to drive your business or businesses going forward you've got a chance here to learn
3:31:34from a true marketing legend arguably the greatest marketing mind that's still alive in the world today I hope you seize this opportunity because in in business it's all about sales and marketing and I'll tell you this Jay is very much an optimization expert and that's something that a lot of people don't know about Jay he is an optimization expert one of the big magazines called him a profit finding super detective because he's never come across a business yet where he can't look at it and find the hidden potential or the underutilized assets or relationships or the untapped profit potential he's all about first maximizing and then multiplying so if you're sitting on a business right now how much money are you leaving on the table it could be a lot it could be a little some people are aware some people are oblivious the bottom line is that this is a element of everything that is woven through Jay's system is this category called optimization and in this master's course and in the grounding materials that you get Jay is going to open your eyes to all kinds of ways that you can optimize what you're doing and get greater yield out of what you are currently doing instead of getting 2x his mission will be to show you how to get 3x 4x 5x 10x for the exact amount of time and effort
3:32:54and resources that you're currently putting into it and all of that extra profit goes straight to the bottom line in fact Jay will tell you it's easier for him to show you how to grow your bottom line than your top line but of course both happens when Jay gets his hands on your situation okay so you I'm telling you this because you're probably wondering is this stuff going to work for me absolutely no doubt it's undeniable about 90% of everything you see will work for you because it works pretty much anywhere in the world and we've seen that prove out and play out over the last 40 years next slide and finally you're seeing here a recap of everything it's $36,000 worth of value I think that's really kind of cutting it short you know I'm selling all the time for Jay literally 2-hour zoom sessions up to 2 hours for 18-5 people buy meetings with him for 25 grand like that I mean here you've got I mean just the rapid result master's course alone he's probably going to spend about 15 or 16 hours with you I mean what is that worth you know the event ticket 15 grand the bonus items you know just the the two mastery courses the referral mastery and the relational capital mastery that's $5,000 right there and you get it all for next slide Carlos you get it for $29.97 it's
3:34:24a tax deductible investment in your future do you know that most businesses out there I'm just going to be frank and candid here most businesses out there are very very average okay and they're run by very very mediocre average entrepreneurs who don't know what they don't know and that's why so many small businesses go out of business that's why such a massive percentage of startup businesses never even get off the ground and that's why so many business owners really are just stuck in creating some kind of a low paying job for themselves that's the truth you do not want to be in that category and the way that you make sure that you never get in that category and rise yourself above all the fray that's out there and break out from the pack the way you do that is by working on your skills it all comes back to that money follows mastery and this is an opportunity for you to dramatically increase your entrepreneurial skill set jay wants to take 40 years of knowledge literally billions of dollars of wealth creation everything he knows from being on the front lines of capitalism for decades and decades he wants to transfer this to you in this master's course and beyond and I recommend that you jump all over this opportunity because it's very likely you will
3:35:48never see another offer like this at least nothing with like a fifteen thousand dollar event ticket in it and if you can't choose option number one choose option number two you'll be glad that you did now the way to register for this program is you want to go to abraham.com forward slash brain trust abraham.com forward slash brain trust next slide and if you have questions you're welcome to schedule a phone call with me using my calendly link or email me or call me at the phone number you see on your screen right now okay I want you to make an informed decision about participating in this program I mean I think I've said mostly all there is to say about it but if there's still something that's unclear and you can't get that answered in the chat with our team and it's just something that's pivotal for you to say yeah I'm gonna do this or now I'm probably gonna pass then I want you to schedule a call with me I'll never try to sell you on this so to speak we don't operate that way here at the abraham group but what I will do is I will evaluate your situation and I will tell you in all honesty whether or not it makes sense for you to participate or pass okay and that's pretty much it I'm gonna throw it now back to Carlos and Brian and Jay.
3:37:14Thank you so much Rob and a really great job on getting all those details and thank you answered a lot of questions that I saw coming up in the chat and we still have an hour to go and this hour is is going to be chock full of 100% deeply detailed totally actionable fully executable knowledge so grab some fresh notes you know make sure you've got your water and a fresh mine and we'll hang around a little bit at the end to answer any kind of like little details that come out but focus on this focus on the content and get all you can out of it so let's start putting that up to roll team and get ready to have your mind expanded. I think in life when there are when it's breakthrough thinking they outperform I'm from Indianapolis and we have the 500 mile race there and it used to be that fast was 153 miles an hour now fast is like 240 when the first person broke the four minute mile all of a sudden now they do three minutes and change I remember about 30 years ago there was a forecast we were all gonna run out of food and a famous economist who I know Paul Pilser said we won't because when the opportunity arises technology will figure a way to get far more yield per acre and that's what happened and we never ran out of food. Once you see how you can break through
3:38:53barriers then there's all this growth and explosive increases that are easily possible but they're not possible till you break through your own mental you know mental miasma and that's what we're doing today. Ask yourself what kind of investor are you because you are an investor whether you recognize it or not you're risking time opportunity cost effort emotion fulfillment satisfaction security wealth creation or dissipation so you need to know the golden numbers what's something cost and what's the yield and you can't limit yield to a transaction it's what is it worth ongoing what is if you get ten leads how much they're going to be worth the first time they convert how many other conversions are they predictably going to get how much more can you add to it by knowing how to stimulate more purchases or larger purchases or more profitable purchases what else can you do with that buyer when you have nothing else to sell what else can you do with that prospect when you have nothing else to to when you can't convert them to what you're offering what else can you do to your knowledge of the media what else can you do to the distribution channel and the access to the market that you maintain what else can you do with the brand you've established what else can you do with your sales
3:40:12people if you don't understand all that then you're sub-optimizing the potential what is a buyer cost of our what what is what's the ltv now and then how much more can you make it because you can double triple re-triple redouble the ltv all of a sudden you can spend a lot more to bring in the prospect to bring in the the buyer to to pay the salesperson commission or variable what i will do is break the work we do together into two parts first is maximizing what you're already doing so we do that because the same effort if we can get it to produce 50 100 percent more profit and you've got all that profit to use to fund some of the multiplying activities or efforts or opportunities that might require a little bit of investment or test monies and i'd rather liberate it and find it within improving the performance of what you're already doing if you don't give people the reason why it's hard for them to believe it's hard for them to take action the more rational logical believable provable and validatable the reason why the more compelling the offer and the more inclined people are to move forward to make commitments to buy to do whatever you want and this goes in your personal life too and with your kids and everything else so reason why is a
3:41:35powerful concept that is a filament or a fiber or a thread that you're going through everything and i'll get into it a little bit but it gets into copyright and strategy positioning later but i want you to know what we're doing and i want to know when i utilize not use but utilize a universal principle not on you but with you i want us to do it out of body and tell you what's happening so you see empirically how it works so you can see the validation so now we're going to get into the first big concept that i'm known for it's called the strategy of preeminence and it's the ability to establish your company or product service if you're a personality in the company in a role as being seen as the only viable solution the most trusted advisor the only choice somebody can make in the category or for the problem or the opportunity they're trying to fill solve achieve and your ability to understand this power and incorporate it into your business gives you enormous advantage i did it for tony i did it for dave asprey i did it for the the number one candy company in china what do you stand for who do you stand for why do you stand for it what does standing for it look like how is that perceived how are you disseminating it how do you know it's being received the way you
3:43:02want and as a preeminent entrepreneur you have a more obligation a responsibility a a a requirement that you can never sell them more than they should buy or less than they should buy you can never sell them less quantity quality or consistency than they should buy because doing any of the wrong things will deserve them and their best interest has to be yours if you're trying to just to sell them all they can buy and it's not in their best interest then you are not preeminent you are really exploiting them negatively you want somebody you won't take your money to take your money you want somebody you won't let you do too little i talk about the fact that when big screens came out i went to buy one and let somebody sell me a basic one because it was cheaper when i got home and i started watching and i realized that one that had more pixels and better surround sound and a more uh deeper whatever the that would know technology would have made me 10 times happier but the guy tried to just get me to buy he didn't try to really understand what would serve my experiential if you're a bicycle sales man or woman and somebody comes to buy a bike for their five-year-old if you sell them a two thousand dollar bike other than the prestige value if they're
3:44:31really trying to blow the mind of their of their friends it's a waste you sell them a five hundred dollar bike first or four hundred or three hundred so they'll beat it up and then you tell them that as soon as they're ready you'll get them traded for the bigger and the bigger and you basically do what's in their best interest so that's being preeminent and the key to being preeminent is you live in awareness of your product or service deployed in the lives it's not static at the moment they they buy it's over the moment they buy your connection with and begins because you can see that product serving them if they're buying a computer it's not just a commodity that computer is helping them perform better be more efficient run their business you know their finances pay their bills you know you know enjoy connecting with people worldwide but you live in the world of awareness of the transactional implications of your product and service being deployed in their life you move your focus most people fall in love with their their they fall in love with either making money or they fall in love with their company and want to be the fastest or the most important but they fall in love with their product or service if you want to be preeminent you fall in love with
3:45:39the client you serve and and you use the word clients and not customers if you're a professional even if you call somebody a patient you should think in terms of clients and the reason is if you look up Webster's dictionary definition of a customer it is very mundane it's somebody who buys a commodity for a service if I call you a customer what I'm really saying between the lines is I'm no better than a commodity I'm a marginalized incomparable undistinguishable non-superior choice that I just for the luck of of the draw if I get your business I'm grateful but I have nothing to offer that should justify you favoring me other than just happenstance when you get time think about your own life current and past business and personal and all the people you've ever interacted with which just blow your mind impressive people you feel trust towards people that you know that just inspire you eye contact and phrase geology and then think about all those and then in the future think about how you can borrow adapt adopt some of those and incorporate them into your business and into your personal life people say Jay there must be a million ways to grow business there are many many tactics and very many applications of those tactics but there's only three major ways and
3:47:06three advanced ways number one you increase the number of clients buyers to you increase the average transaction value profit three you increase the frequency of repurchase or the utility value you get more usage more utilization of them most people concentrate all their time and attention on number one it's the most expensive the lowest yielding the longest the hardest the most expensive in the most challenging the second and the third of the easiest at the point of sale if you have a preeminent role and you have product service combinations or upgrades that are going to do a better service to the buyer it's not hard if they trust you that should be purchased in in in succession consistently ongoing where if you have other products or services that are extensions of the reason they came to you or what they do and they trust you it should not be hard either selling them the first time is expensive selling them again selling them more at that point of purchase cost nothing selling them ongoing cost nothing now let's look at the power of geometry manifest and i'm starting with a simplistic example that uses 10 equations to make a powerful geometric point so we've taken a hypothetical company that has a thousand buyers clients every time they purchase they spend the hundred dollars
3:48:30on analysis the average person buys two times a year the extension is a thousand people buying a hundred dollars twice so the business does two hundred thousand dollars most people don't even know how many active clients that got categorically they don't know what each one buys and usually different types of buyers different sources of buyers are worth more or less and if you don't know it you're going to treat them all the same which is very inefficient suboptable and certainly not being an exponential entrepreneur but first thing is let's take this example of a thousand one hundred two and see what happens when we increase it by a modest modest across the board amount in this example we've increased each one by a mere 10 percent the thousand becomes a hundred and ten the hundred dollars is increased just 10 percent to a hundred and ten the two is increased 10 percent if you just increased at 10 percent you can see that the increased total is not 10 percent oh my goodness it's geometric it's 33 percent and for many businesses that are marginal that increase could double or redouble profit because most of the expenses up to a certain level are fixed and there's only variable fulfillment expenses until you get to another level of revenues so that's
3:49:46pretty cool but let's look at it a little bit deeper this example the bottom one we increased a little more we increased a thousand to 1333 and by the way there's lots of ways to do it increase the number of referrals increase that 33 percent just a third increase the average size of order by 25 percent which can be easily achieved by many things a better package higher grade larger size purchases we call it the Costco or the you know the big box store that you know the Sam's Club concept increase the number of purchases one half more a year to three but look what that is none of those are more than 50 percent yet the total is 250 percent and if you took it to sublime and you doubled all those numbers if you double a thousand it was two and you doubled a hundred and it was 200 and you doubled two and it was four guess what it'd be 800 percent eight times for no more than a double of the numbers that's the power of geometry in just one simple application and there are as I said in each of those three categories between 10 and 20 different general ways to do it and there's more specific ways but easily 10 ways and if there are 10 ways and all you need is one way to get the power of geometry working it's pretty no brainer if you wish to take
3:51:17action in this example you see that if you increase that now you have a lot more you can afford to spend on the first sale because you're getting a lot more out of it so if right now you're only able to have a small advertising budget or a small commission to your salesperson or a small allocation per sale now you might be able to double it or triple it because every sale is worth a lot more to you the three advance ways are every year you penetrate one new market or niche every year you introduce at least one new product or service and you do not have to create it you do not have to inventory it you do not have to have a proprietary it doesn't have to be a product or service that is even absolutely congruent or consistent to your product category it can be a product or service that the category it by or by is in addition to yours because that influencer does a lot more it's just that once you have trust you can monetize the relationship a lot more the last is you purchase your competitors businesses or assets and you normally do it on and earn out with nothing up front where you either can consolidate functions and reduce overhead or you can you can either use their non-duplicated products or services or yours and expand dramatically the value of a buyer
3:52:39another thing you do is you buy you buy complementary businesses you ask what else do people buy before during after even instead what does instead mean well let's say you were selling a a supplement that people would take for weight loss you could buy another supplement company but guess what most people that buy weight loss supplements don't stick with it and they do other things either concurrently before or after they'll buy portion control food Jenny Craig Weight Watchers they'll buy equipment they'll buy personal either private or group training online or individual in person they'll buy recipes they'll buy books if you were selling all those things and competing against yourself it'd be pretty cool for some products and services that are very expensive and hard to get a buyer if you have a business that is much less expensive but it's something people would buy or do beforehand and you own that your cost of acquiring a prospect for your main business will be reduced dramatically and you would have advanced access before everybody else so there's lots of ways to do that but by doing each one of these you increase all those other three elements and it becomes exponential this is a concept that I want you to
3:54:08realize now most people in marketing or selling they allocate capital resources with no pragmatic strategic logic they'll say okay I'm going to spend five grand a month or I'm going to spend give you 10 percent commission and they don't understand the implication the correlation the association of action and reaction I have a bunch of clients one of them is a really really impressive woman in in the pacific rim that has a company that places people in temporary jobs and the market she serves has an almost infinite number of openings and her biggest problem is finding bodies to fill I ask her what she was spending and why and the why is very important on on advertising for for people and she didn't know she looked it up it was five thousand dollars a month and I ask her why and she had no real answer not be little in her they just are literally allocated five grand and I said okay well let's look at the yield you're getting let's look at it as an investor not as a spender she goes what do you mean I say well let's see how many how many applicants it's generating that you're able to place every month for the five grand and let's look at what they are worth to you in profit over what I'll call their use of a life
3:55:40the average duration they stay working at that company that you make profit from she'd never done it we did it it turns out that every time approximately five thousand is spent in a month on on advertising in the help wanted section or on the on the platforms they would be able to get enough applicants that they would place 50 of them five oh and each of those were worth approximately as I remember thirty five hundred dollars in profit during the you know the months or weeks that that person was working at that at that at that company that they place so I did the math I said so what you're saying is every time you spend five grand you get 50 people worth three thousand five hundred dollars in profit meaning a five thousand dollar investment produces for you a hundred and fifty thousand dollar return in approximately 30 days or less annualized that return would be off the charts and then I said why in the world are you only spending five grand if you spent 10 or 20 or whatever you could spend up to saturation even if it wasn't linear meaning if it wasn't asymmetric if it was symmetric or below if it only instead of yielding a say five into 150 a 30 time return in 30 days which times 12 is about 400 percent annual return
3:57:05you were getting only a hundred percent or 50 percent it's still pretty good I called the power parthanon strategy of geometric business growth most businesses operate in a way that I call the diving board theory of business the top would be the more the bottom would be the support mechanism the top is the revenue the board is the one primary approach or driver or mechanism or concept or whatever that most businesses depend on almost totally for business it could be different I put direct sales in there it's old I could have put Facebook I could have put word of mouth referral I could have put sales I could have put you know retail traffic it doesn't matter whatever it is most companies get the vast majority from one thing if anything happens to compromise that you know Facebook changes its algorithm or iPhone changes its algorithm or a sales person gets hired by somebody else or quits or cost of gas or flying it changes or you can no longer go to the trade shows because the conferences aren't happening or any of the number of things happen your business is compromised now let's look at the next one I try to get everybody I ever impact to build what I call a power parthanon and I call it a parthanon because it reminds me
3:58:30of the parthanon in Greece and if you think about it that has been around for eons it has survived wars it has survived the elements it's been beat up a bit but it still has most of the columns in place and it's hard to put it asunder it's hard to destroy it the more you build more revenue sources more access vehicles more ways to reach your market the more stable you are and if you remember the 10 10 10 and the 10 10 10 is 33 percent if you look at the left pillar being what was the majority of your business and you look at all the rest of them is being nothing more than a 10 10 10 10 it's even off the chart it's a whole different way to get geometry and exponential growth to your business and what happens is it has a duality of effect one is each one can add as a profit center more incremental profit new found windfall profit but then it also overlaps to people who maybe didn't buy from one of the other ones and it just keeps moving them forward and this stabilizes it solidifies it envelops the market it gives you competitive advantage it's very powerful and each one can be done very easily you can test it very conservatively safely when they work they become a profit center if you were getting 100 percent of
4:00:01your revenue from developing a back end whatever that would be doesn't matter and you added one two three four five six seven eight more and each one was only 10 percent more it would be more like probably three four hundred percent growth in your business and the impact it would make to your profit would be far and away larger this is really cool because each of these pillars presupposes one activity underneath each you can have sub pillars this is an example of referrals there's a say 125 ways you could do referrals we just put something there to show you you can have eight ten different referral strategies one at the point of sale one you know later on one seasonly one when new product services technology comes out one at anniversary you can have all kinds of different referral strategies and if you do that it's off the chart I studied highest and best use theory from the time I was young I was influenced by it at a very youthful age and I realized that why do the hardest and least yielding if you can do the fastest and the highest building with the least amount of downside so everything I focus on is designed to deliver that to my clients and when we apply it to our businesses do our businesses as well so the nine drivers of exponential profit
4:01:34are elements of impact in any business any business operative word any business that if you change the way you do it or you change your approach to doing it or you change the meaning behind doing it it changes the results remember I am not teaching you that doing all of these together is necessary to produce exponential bottom line growth I am telling you that any one of these categories properly applied can produce exponential multiplied profit so first of all you change your marketing you change your results you can change how you market who you market to what your marketing is all about your messaging how you you know how you form it what your your positioning is change your strategy change your results I change your business model if your business model is that all you're going to sell is one product and that product has a very low profit and the cost of buying a buyer on immediate is difficult then you're screwed if you decide that buying that model is only going to get you the first sale and you're going to find five other products that you can source that will you know that will be more lucrative that changes everything change your capital use of capital capital can mean money capital can mean intellectual capital capital can mean all kinds of things
4:03:06if you don't have a lot of money and you can move fixed cost of variable like icy hot that's cool if you can do barter that's cool if you can do delayed payments that's cool I've had clients buy businesses on earnout meaning you paid out a results and paid two or three or four times what somebody else would pay but pay it at the rate of 50% of the profit that business made my client so if I buy the business from you and let's say it's a million dollar business and the value that most people would pay is a million and I say I'll give you three million but I'll pay it at the rate of 50% of the profit I make by consolidating that business into my business but I'll pay it every month till you get your three million and I'll even get any interest every time I pay you I've made that same amount but it's a way of thinking differently on how you use capital barter which I'll get into later but I'll tell another story it's a pretty cool story DHL the competitor to FedEx and and UPS came to the United States from wherever they are I think they're in Europe and they wanted to penetrate the market and they used a friend of mine who was a marketing guy and he set up deals with every major radio television station and network in the
4:04:33country because DHL realized if they could get these stations to take the stations did tons of overnight packages if they could get these stations to replace federal express or UPS with DHL and they traded for it initially when the trade was over and they got used to using DHL they would be very comfortable continuing to use DHL and pay for it so DHL traded five million dollars of shipping to radio and television stations for advertising and they got all this exposure right away and they get paid users from that exposure but once the trade expired and they and and all the trade the five million dollars of trade was used by the stations the stations didn't stop using DHL they started paying cash so how you use your capital is different I have set up barter profit centers for car dealers how it would work is this a car dealer even a smaller one might spend in expenses twenty thirty million dollars in a year they do a lot of things and those are just purchases parts and and carpet and oil and all these other things and we would look at what they were spending on expenses and we would then look at alternative vendors who would like to have the business and then we would go to those alternative vendors and say if you want to provide your service
4:06:13we will trade you a car or a truck or cars or trucks for that service but we want to trade you at a multiple to our advantage meaning we want to trade you if we're going to buy fifty thousand dollars of oil from you or window cleaning or carpeting or whatever it is we want to trade you we want to get we'll trade you a fifty thousand dollar car for seventy five thousand dollars of cleaning or the other way if you're going to get fifty thousand dollars of cleaning we're only going to trade you a forty thousand dollar car what was accomplished was we took something they were paying cash for and we took a car that had let's call it a fifteen percent margin in it so initially we would reduce the cost of acquiring that that carpet or that cleaning by fifteen percent but when we gave a higher multiple to the car transaction we now gave the car dealer double the profit or the savings on it so they were reducing their cost for expenses they would normally pay cash for I'm going to go into this but for me I charge privately one hundred and twenty thousand dollars a day I very rarely do days anymore we do charge eighteen five for two hours and so if somebody wants to trade me something that I want and I would normally buy or wouldn't buy and I have to give them a day of my time and the
4:07:48time's available I can break it into segments it cost me very little to get something great if I don't want it but it has value I can trade for something that's worth one hundred and twenty thousand and if I sell it tomorrow for something worth ninety thousand I may not get as much for my time but I just made ninety thousand dollars for an hour a very day of my time Barra is very powerful but different ways of using capital you change your relationships relationships can mean how you use endorsers partners how you use vendors to give you intelligence or I've gotten vendors to pay for marketing I've gotten vendors to either existing vendors or people that want to do our vendors if we were only doing one kind of marketing and we wish we could do another but we didn't have a budget I would go to a vendor that wanted our business and say if you'll fund our test for Facebook or our our one three month draw for a salesperson we'll give you all the business that salesperson generates and all the business that ever comes from that salesperson and any other salespeople we ever hire and gotten them to fund it I've got to be able to fund space advertising radio advertising billboards hiring people she might look within your buyer base and see that unbeknownst to you
4:09:15a lot of people in one category are buying maybe a lot of doctors or a lot of people who are who are triathletes but you've never gone after that audience even though there's something about product service company your positioning that attracts them when you realize that you can leverage it change your distribution distribution channels and markets mean how do you sell right now if you sell just through Amazon and you don't sell through partnerships or you don't sell through consignment with other stores or you don't sell by having independent salespeople take it out or you don't sell it by packaging it with people that sell different complimentary products you're probably losing a ton change your product and services you can add one or two products to what you sell and package it and double re-double your profit you can find a lesser priced entry product and get a lot more people to start a relationship you can add more products at the end you can have alter your products that are different that you can offer people that don't buy your main product you can have expanded products to your audience that are not within the tight realm of what you sell but are within the realm of what those people buy and if you have trust but I can
4:10:40just go on and on and every one of these one can explode your bottom line you change your ideology you change your results you decide what I'm teaching is real and that you can do it and you're going to pick the ones that apply and you're going to doom on your own or you decide you're going to learn it from me either privately or in group then you get a different result you decide it's bull you decide it's not for you decide that it's just another bunch of superficial rhetoric you're right they say whatever you believe you're right so you're right a change your belief system you change your results change how you get your people to believe you change your results change how you get you know partners to believe you get them to do things where you change how you get advertising sources you get them to take risk for you change how you get vendors to believe they start funding you start introducing you to companies that are in trouble you can buy for no money they start introducing you to salespeople that want to quit they start introducing you to new sources of buyers that inquire all kind new sources of products you could add but if you don't change your ideology and you keep doing things the same way Einstein said it's
4:11:52the definition of insanity if you think you're going to get any different result change your process is procedure systems I mean there's leverage in what you do how you do it who you do it for you can change how you manage you know if you have a different way of attracting people different way of converting people different way of monetizing people different way of of inventory management different way of utilizing capital any of those changes brings profound impact positive or negative to what you do and if you don't know a lot you learn what other people are doing and you borrow it or you license it or you join venture it so testing leaves to success different ways of doing things saying things pricing things I've seen change in the headliner I told you change results as much as 21 times that one change I've seen changing the positioning change results 300 percent I've seen changing the price I've seen in some things 19 dollars out produce 15 by 300 percent sometimes I see the opposite so I you have to experiment I've seen 49 99 out produce 5 yeah 5 000 by 60 percent I've seen a different risk reversal out produce another one by 50 percent I've seen different kinds of credibility or proof or endorsements or testimonials increase sales conversions average sale by as
4:13:28much as 30 percent I've seen different packages double or redouble the average sale I've seen different bonuses increase sales by 300 percent I've seen a ps increase sales sometimes by 25 percent I've seen sometimes three choices bigger better best whatever increase the average sale by 40 percent I can go on and on but if you're not testing different variable ways of doing things different media different positions and then you're not testing the value of different kinds of prospects and buyers different sources different types different products because then I always you're going to basically be eliminating so much profit opportunity that has always been there but no one has ever opened your eyes and illuminated with a halogen watt light the possibilities but all of these things are things you can test if you're not testing constantly all those kinds of variables you are making a terrible terrible disservice to yourself because you're leaving enormous profitability out of your bank account and into the the vapor so it's there it's there I work for the largest strategic litigation consulting firm also and they tested different mock jury different ways of presenting a case to a jury they tested different ways of selecting venue when they had that choice
4:15:13they tested different ways of depicting pain and suffering if their client was the planted they tested different ways of graphically depicting less pain and suffering if their client was the defendant and they found enormous variation when there's enormous variability and one approach is x and another approach can be two x and one approach that produces x produces more buyers that can repurchase and one approach gets buyers to buy more at the point of sale and buy again and again and another approach doesn't and you're not trying to figure out what those approaches are and no one's helping you you better start doing it because if you're if you're going to I mean here's the here's the reality if you're going to operate in a competitive world you have to decide you want to compete and win you want to just place you want to show or you want to basically be left at the gate mistake people make is they try to test multiple variables at the same time and even if it works better you don't know what really drove it now you can argue well if it works better that's good and it is but if you want to really take this to supply you test one variable of time and the most important is they headline the next is the positioning the next is the proposition
4:16:40the next is the proof the next is the risk reversal the next is you know you know the specific offer articulated the bonus and you test those but all these other factors I talked about you test also and please respect the fact that from my heart I can do hours on any one of these and they deserve it because everyone separately can multiply your profitability by orders of magnitude but I'm trying to teach you today as I promised as many of the 75 ways to do it and in many of the levers within those as time allows a change headline subject line proposition positioning source credibility proof benefit when you go to the hardware store to buy a drill you don't really want to drill you want a hole and you really don't even want a hole you want to fasten something and you really don't want to fasten something you want to be able to watch your big screen tv on a Netflix tonight or you want the new the new basin you bought to have running water in in the fixtures or you want the new door you're putting up to latch and lock so people want the end result they want the benefit they don't really care about the feature people don't buy features you change your creatives your testimonials your endorsements future pacing means and I did this
4:18:01for Tony and one of the things that just kicked but we took people on a journey and he calls it a Dickens pattern those of you who know Christmas Carol that was written by Charles Dickens it talks about Ebenezer Scrooge this angry man and he was visited in his sleep by the ghosts of Christmas past present and future and they showed what it was like in the past and they got him to realize his misery or his meanness they showed what it was like right now and they got him to realize where he was at and they showed him two variations of where to be in the future what would happen if he didn't change and what would happen if he did and that's what Tony calls a Dickens pattern you take people you go backwards and say here's what you've been struggling with here's what you've been trying to accomplish in heaven here's what your life is like right now here's what it can be so I would say to you if I'm trying to sell you and I am but it's it's illustrative an example so you've been you've been naively and unknowingly allowing yourself to get a fraction of the sales the buyers the profit you can you've been competing in a very disadvantageous way you've been allowing your effort your opportunity your investment to produce a fraction of the yield
4:19:25and you'll continue doing that it'll be eroding if you don't really grow because competition will come more acute or you can rally and mobilize multiples of access vehicles quantum amounts of more sources you can make the ad you run payoff more a lucrative upfront and over time and you tell what it would be like this is a philosophical concept that I want you to wrap your mindset around and I'm just going to go light on it but I want it to haunt you so I call it access tonight the concept here is if you're not achieving different elements aspect facets of the outcomes you are after the probability is you're being denied access can be accessed to your market's attention because you don't really have a worthy enough message or vehicle or breach or distinction can be accessed to their interest because even if you get their attention what you're offering is boring can be not getting access to enough of their trust because you don't know how to establish it or prove it or demonstrate it or convey it you understand what they value versus what you mean you can make access to enough of their awareness of the relevancy of what you represent how it's it's critical or valuable or essential or lucrative in their life it can be access to
4:21:06enough of their willingness to be vulnerable to you know to reach out and start a relationship can be accessed to enough of their they can see it all but not willing to make a commitment because either they don't see the value or what we have found in the years that I used to do seminars that the value of what I represented was usually pretty clear the proof of its merit was clearly evident because I would give them enough examples in my life and enough that they'd seen in their own metaphorically simile case study that that wasn't it they didn't have a commitment in themselves they didn't want they had been operating in in a world of mediocrity so long that they didn't think they had to wear with law to extricate themselves to rise above it to go the distance and and I'm saying that not covertly trying to resonate to yourself image but to give you a reference to what your market might be maybe they just don't see themselves being able to do it or if the choice is which of these various things should I choose to put time effort money emotion passion belief in yours is is not high on the relevancy so you got it and all of these each of these have different different manifesting I guess presenting symptoms that need to be addressed differently depending on again the uniqueness
4:22:41of your product service market and whether your product is entertainment whether it's tertiary whether it's critical whether it's money making money saving life threatening health threatening romance love whatever it is but any of these combinations can be denying you access if you're getting denied access you're not getting the result you want and that's lost torque torque for those if you don't know it is is forward engaging motion that's not slipping and if you're not getting the traction you deserve you got to figure out why it's very rarely ever the fault of the market you're not getting the results you're after it's your fault you're not conveying you know if you're not getting their attention you better figure out why and what will do it if if if anything you're not getting their interest in you getting their attention why what do you have to change you're getting their interest but you're not getting their trust how can you convey that you deserve to be trusted because you're real you're viable your statements claims the future you pay is real and achievable how do you get them aware that that's what they want or what they're existing in now is what they don't want how do you get them willing to to take a risk
4:24:04on you even if you give them risk for person how do you give them to go to the last mile if you're not getting the results you want besides access tonight it could be because you need to do a power pivot and a power pivot is a small turn with a big yield small shift big yield sort of the variation of the levers variation of the gears so you can have a business model pivot we've already talked about that change the model you can have a product or service pivot change all the things you sell the package you sell the entry you sell could be subscription based it can be packaged the larger volume larger quantity better quantity you can do an R&D pivot means you're researching and developing you're researching new markets you're researching new offers you're researching new products you're researching new marketing you're researching new advertising you're researching new ways to distribute your researching new partners you're researching new vendors you're researching new collaborations you're researching new ways to depict or present you're researching new ways to take away risk you're always researching and then the D is developing not just new ways there but of developing new product services, propositions.
4:25:33Because if you're not constantly doing that, then whatever is working will either marginalized or be replicated and knocked off by somebody else. There's a great quote from one of the greatest business consultants that ever lived, Peter Drucker, and I'm not gonna do it justice, I'll paraphrase. If you're not committed to constantly make your product service, marketing, offer, business, obsolete, you can rest assured that your competitors are committed to do it to you and for you. So if you're not gonna do it, you can be ostrich like and say, I don't need to, but it's a matter of time. One of the guiding forces that I learned earlier in my life was that everything is physics, quantum physics. You expand, you can try. There's no such thing as staying constant, never. Never. You're eroding or you're progressing and you can't progress without fueling it. It's not accidental. It's not just a phenomenon that just happens. Perpetual motion is a very admirable concept, but it really, rarely happens in a competitive and a ruthless competitive business environment. A supply chain pivot. Who else can supply you? Who can partner with you instead of you having to stop? Who can partner and share the market?
4:27:08Who would partner and fund new access vehicles? Who will partner in just in time? Who will inventory for you? Who can you negotiate with to change the dynamics of your business model? Preeminence should become the strategic philosophy, the philosophical strategy that drives everything in your business, your culture, what you're seen as, your mission, your advertising, your marketing, your selling approach, how you deal, preeminence applies to everything, but you should be questioning, am I preeminent in how we are seen, are we preeminent in how we treat people, we commemorate our marketing. Someone has to take the first step and make the first investment in the relationship. Believe your company, your product or service has merit, will make a profound impact, the difference above and beyond, the alternatives available, directed and direct competition. You should be the one investing first in the election, if you should believe in your heart and in your soul, if you do it right, that it is only a matter of time, if you invest qualitatively and your investment is valuable and resonates in terms of what they, not you, define value as being, that it's only a matter of time before the people that should be dealing with you will.
4:28:39And it's only a matter of compound dividends building up. That's how we believe, because we believe those of you that don't do business with us, will tell others who will and you'll apply something to learn unless you're brain dead, if it makes you a profit, you'll realize if you invested a portion back, it would pay off more and more. But we live pre-evidence and I hope that you will from this point forward. Target market refocusing, you might be going after the market totally inefficiently, you might be spending money for a huge portion of non-prospects that you're paying for when only a small portion are viable. And you might be even reaching those people, but it's a very, very superficial reach, whereas if you partner with somebody that has the trust and the credibility of the market, a strategic alliance and try to venture a power partner, as I call it, it might give you direct and much more qualitative and higher yielding access. A positioning pivot. So how is your business, product, service, position? How is it positioned in the target audience you want? How is it positioned against your direct competition? How is it positioned against indirect competition? How is it positioned against alternative choices
4:29:58people have outside of that? Because if they only have a finite amount of the time, attention and capital and they're gonna spend it on something if it's entertainment, if it's clothes, if it's travel, if it's hobby, how are you positioned against the alternative? Tell me what you know about your competition. Tell me their strengths, their weakness, what's their positioning? How do they reach the market? What do people, why do they buy them? What is their value prop? Where are they stronger than you? Where are they weaker than you? What do they do you don't do? And when I asked those questions, it boggles my mind, that was loud, wasn't it? Because almost nobody knows anything about their competition. They've never seen their ads, they never look at the data that's available through some of the tools online, they never try to buy from them, they never talk to people that don't buy from them and buy from their competitors, they don't have any intelligence and then they wanna win the game and they don't even know what the offense or defense are doing differently, they don't scout them, they don't really watch the movie films, they don't do anything and then they're appalled when other people outperform them, they don't have an out market,
4:31:15they don't think them, out strategize them, advertise them, out compete them, lead generating pivot. There's so many ways to get leads. Most people don't even have a lead generator, they don't have a lead generation system that's congruent, sustaining, they don't have a lead conversion system, they don't have a lead follow up system, they don't have a systematic approach, they don't have what I guess you call a funnel. Partnering, join venture strategic alliance pivot. 43 ways of time allows will teach you today, at least some of them on how to structure them. I have generated, we did a quarter billion dollars, $250 million of seminars when I was in the seminar business, the average seminar was about 15 to 25, thousand was some of them being 30 and most of them were in those price ranges. This is 20 years ago and we did 95% without risking a penny. I used financial newsletters, I used Tony Robbins, Success Magazine, Entrepreneur Magazine, The In-flight Magazines, seminar companies that dealt with entrepreneurs, business booksellers that sold direct, consultants, platforms all to endorse, recommend, promote me to their audiences and we just paid them on the results. There's all kinds of things you can do if you can identify who already has the trust,
4:32:36the credibility, the direct access to your market and its complimentary. We've even gone to people who are competitive and after they sold everything they had to sell because people keep buying more things. So Chad Holmes was selling a totally different form of marketing training than I was and I liked it, it was different than mine but I thought it still had value and after I'd sold everything I had, I would sell chats because they're gonna buy more marketing. So you can do partnering to back both ways, other people's product services to your audience, and then you can do a lot of different features to theirs. LTV expansion, you find an easier, less threatening way to get people to start a buying, then you're gonna get more buyers that are gonna be worth a lot. You figure a way to make each sale more profitable, your LTV goes up, you get a way to extend the number of times, ways and amounts they spend, your LTV goes up, each of those can be expanded. I'm gonna teach every one of you to be a research genius, a copywriting genius, a sales script genius, a email writing genius, a landing page genius, a competitive positioning genius, and I'm gonna do it in seven minutes or less. And I discovered this about five years ago
4:34:00and I've kept evolving it. So okay, so if you go back to one of the throwaways I gave you when I told you about being preeminent, it was being able to put into words in a way nobody ever has before at a depth that resonates impactfully better than ever before, verbalizing what the person wants or doesn't want and why in ways that just resonate and grip them. That stated, I'm gonna tell you how to do it. I call it the Amazon.com School of Marketing, but it also, it should be a slash research, advertising, sales scripting, et cetera, intelligence gathering, and it'll give you the ability to know the mind of your market better than anyone and better than any copywriter, better than every researcher, better than anything. So you start by taking the category of business you are in and if appropriate, you go to Amazon.com and you look up books on the direct subject and any related subject for the last three years you can look up the best selling 20 or so. And when I say related, let's say you were selling, I'll give you an example. I have a client that sells essential oils and we would look up essential, well it looks on essential oils, but also the related spirituality, yoga, all the things that where people who use them do them
4:35:22are related and we would look at the titles and the subtitles and the best selling books and the chapter titles. And the reason we would do that first is because many books sell because of the promise and the premise, more so believe it or not than the quality of the editorial. If somebody kneels the premise or the positioning or the title on the front of the book and the subtitle and the chapter titles, we wanna know that because that's what drives people to buy that book and tell other people about it, not as much really the content, although the content is important. The next thing and important thing, we go to the reviews of the book. If you've ever noticed this, human beings when we are passionate, positively passionate, happy, thrilled, deliriously happy or angry, our subconscious overrides our conscious and it goes into enormously articulate and vividly graphic. And when it's not vulgar, amazingly dimensional mode of expression in ways we normally don't talk, it's crisp, it's clear, it's contrasting, it's emotion evoking. And if you take the positives and the negatives and you scrape them and put them into two categories and you do it for the top 20 books in each category and then you just look at the negatives for lesser books
4:36:53and put those in the categories, that's the first thing you do. So you've got three categories so far, titles, subtitles, the bestsellers and chapter titles in one, positives and negatives in another, then you go to the worst books and you do the negatives only. Now you go to discussion groups and you look at positives and negatives, they're commented about people, things, experts. You go to your competitors and you look at their positives and negatives and then you go to your own. So now you have this collection, one category is just the titles of bestselling books and their subtitles and chapter titles. Then you have all these cumulative collections of positives and negatives. So you start with the positives and negatives and you allocate on a prioritized basis on a descending order, what the most common ones are, the second most common and the third and the fourth, because what you are doing is identifying what people want the most of and the least of in their own powerful words, which I promise will be better than any copywriter, any scriptwriter, any email writer, any landing page writer can possibly do. So when you're done with all this, now you can craft landing pages ads where you can start with the most powerful first,
4:38:18it could be the headline, the key sub-headlines, then you can say, I know what you want, you want this and this, we know what you don't want and you can speak to their subconscious. They are also telling you things they want that could be benefits, ingredients, additives, accessories, benefits, bonuses that you can add to your selling proposition, you understand the mindset of the market, you understand your competition, I mean, it's just so revealing in all ways to start with the end of mine, Stephen Archvie said that and I had a client one time and I learned from them more than I probably taught them. But one thing I learned from them, they grew at a continuous compounding level that was totally exponential. And they did it by every year spending weeks planning what their growth was gonna be by product, by service, by market, by media, month to month and how they were gonna do it. And they had weekly targets by all those denominators, they had hedges in place if they didn't achieve it, they had positive hedges in place if they over achieved it to grow beyond that and reset it. And they never missed their mark, but they never missed their mark because they had it and they reverse engineered what their goals were
4:39:55by every contributing component that had to occur and every alternative hedge that could compensate if anything went wrong. That stated here's a daunting and a saddening reality. There's research that says that 95% of all small, medium entrepreneurs never reached their goals. And the reason is they don't really have goals, they have abstract hopes, dreams and aspirations. I wanna make a million dollars, I wanna be retire, secure, I wanna be able to pay off my mortgage, I wanna be able to buy a sailboat, I wanna be able to buy a second home in Florida, but they don't understand how to give their vision concreteness and how to decide what is needs to happen, how is that going to occur, what has to happen differently, when, where and how many contributing factors have to come together geometrically to make it reality and not dreamy, delusionary, hallucinatory aspiration. I did a program one time and I had Brian Tracy, the very brilliant man speak on strategy and he spoke on one other topic. He said, if you are making $100,000 a year right now and you wanna make five, first thing you have to do is understand what are you being paid an hour? X, I don't know what 100 divided by 40 divided by 50 weeks is, somebody can do the math, but he said,
4:41:29if you're making X and you wanna make five X, you gotta figure out how you're gonna make your time more valuable, what are you gonna do? And if you don't know, how are you gonna get it? I'm giving you reality check 101. So start with the end in mind and know where you're gonna get there and know what has to happen and have it laid out and have it well-hedged and have it really set up so that you are in striking range to win, not lose. This is called the private equity playbook. The more earnings you have from a broad diverse and I, buyer based, sourcing based, the less risky your business is. Axiomatic, obvious, but very rarely followed by most people on the diversity of markets you penetrate, the more your edge, the more new people you bring in, the constant flow of new business, you migrate through your system, the better you are. This is true, you have to be beating the market or you shouldn't be in business. And beating the market means beating your competitor market, beating what you could earn from the money if you took it out of your business, what you could earn if you're working for somebody else, what you could earn if you deployed it in a different media. I mean, if you're not looking at all these questions,
4:42:37you're underperforming your commitment to yourself, your business, your family, your future, your finances, your fulfillment, you're not being a human edge fund, you're being a underperforming asset. And if you think about it, if you had all your investment assets with a, and with a wealth manager who was giving you a very low yield or a zero yield or a negative yield, would you keep it with him or her? Probably not. This is getting you to understand my mind and the mind of people like myself and to correlate and comparatively evaluate it against how you are thinking right now. The most important one for your purpose today is to question, are you a 2D thinker or a 3D thinker? Very big difference. A 2D thinker is what the majority of people in business, small business, medium business, professional practices are. They think in terms of revenue minus cost, equal profit. Very static. A 3D thinker is what a private equity fund manager does. They think in terms of yield. What is the asset going to earn me continuously, not just in one transaction? How could I make that asset even make me more? If I get control of it, what's gonna earn me if I do nothing different, but how much more outsized alpha could I be generating
4:44:07from that asset if I got control of it and leveraged up its performance capability exponentially? 2D, 3D. What I hope I'm getting you to realize is that you've always had, you haven't, you always will have the ability to crush the glass ceiling, you may have unknowingly or knowingly placed on your own limitations because you thought you had lack of knowledge, lack of money, lack of technology, lack of this, lack of that, lack of capability, competency. And you don't, I call it the profit piñata. And I like metaphors that will haunt you. And the concept is most people give up prematurely in their communication effort. I told you earlier about being exponential and we use phone messaging and hand shaking. And I talked about communication needing to be provocative and evocative, provocative meaning it got your attention evocative meaning the attention was compelling enough to evoke you to contact you, want more, continue receiving, reading emails, whatever it is. But the profit piñata is a variation on how to penetrate people who maybe don't respond initially. And it's based on research. So research, the last time I saw it, it's probably much worse today, was citing the fact that if you're selling a high ticket intangible product or service,
4:45:40intangible and only be a service, it takes sometimes 11 touches, call, visit, email, letter, information, exchanges, before people even buy. And if you're trying to reach me by email and reach me doesn't mean get, connect with me, it means you evoke a response that will ultimately convert to a purchase, which may ultimately convert to a repurchase or many repurchases. Most people either give up too soon or don't recognize that the communication they're sending has no value. But I am very good at something that most people don't do. I understand consequential thinking. I understanding the moving parade. I understand dynamism and that people's reality changes all the time. And for example, we used to do a study of why people stopped dealing with you. And there were three major reasons. One, they had an interruption in their life that had nothing to do with wanting to stop doing business. But something happened, they got too much product, they had to leave, they got sick. Whatever happened, they stopped and they never started again just because they fell off the wagon. And it wasn't a primary purchase. The second is they had a bad experience, they never reported and it was never corrected. And if you basically contact them
4:47:13and extended them a positioning message and the positioning messages, if something went wrong, if you had a bad experience, I never would have intended our company wouldn't allow it. It's important to us that the last transaction you do with our company, our business is a satisfying one. So I have to make it up even if I saw you something at a loss and you start the relationship again. And most people will tell you or they'll give you the benefit of the doubt. The third is that a lot of people outgrew it. Maybe I had my kid in something and he outgrew it. But they had a great experience and they're a perfect person to be a referral source. But there are other people that are interested but it's just not on the priority. If I look in my house, I have two homes, one is a beach house, one is a very large residence. And at any given point, there's lots of things I wanna do. I was talking to my wife about getting eight more video security cameras. I was talking about getting someone to paint all the walls cause we've owned it for 30 years. I've talked to her about redoing the pool because it's wearing out, it's ugly and I'd like to see a black bottom pool. I've talked to her about fixing a bump. We have a lot of clay tile roots
4:48:33and we have big heavy peacocks that land on it and crush it. I've talked about fixing that. I've talked about getting a service to improve the gutters. But I've never taken action because they're things I wanna do but I'm not urgent. If somebody moves me, I probably would cause I got the money. I could say, yes, I just, I'm not gonna search anyone out unless I get a wild motivation. I don't take action and never happen but even if somebody called me and didn't, nothing will happen. Many, many craftsmen, people would sell carp and tree or plumbing, they'll get a call and they never call back in time and that person is waiting. And follow through and follow up is almost guaranteed if you have good value in the communication to get you more business. You have two kinds of gaps, performance gaps and yield gaps. And both of them are critical and most people don't look at it. Performance gaps are the front end. Those things that evoke the first stages of a relationship. Leads, opt-ins, prospects, visitors, calls for a quote, messages to call back, business cards, put in a, given to you at a conference booth. And there are ways to dramatically increase those front end yields. Profit gaps are the first thing you need to look at
4:50:05because most people are very weak in it and there's so much more you can do. How you reach the market, how you close the sale, how you elevate your stature, maximize all of the things like that. Yield gaps are the bottom line. That's the conversion, the monetization, the back end, the LTV, the upsell, the resell. And believe it or not, every one of these lines is a lever. Every one of these lines is geometric growth, combination, combination. Combining these is beyond exponential growth. You can take anything you've got and license it. But if you're in any business that you're not playing on an international level, you can find anyone else who's playing outside of your market, contact them and ask them to share with you anything they do in that business that gives them advantage. Marketing, selling, pricing, business model, product service offer, hiring, talent pool, offshore, cash flow. And if they've got anything, you can offer to have them teach it to you and pay them a usage fee, a percentage of the saving, a percentage of the upsell, I mean, excuse me, of the profit it makes. And if you wanna take it to sublime, if you're only one of maybe hundreds of other people that could use it, you could offer to sub-licence it
4:51:34or re-licence it to other people and share in that with them as well and turn that opportunity into a huge revenue stream that's passive for you and could dwarf what your business makes. So when we have the 10, 10, 10 and the things, every one of these is the equivalent of the 10, 10, 10, three ways, except for it to be 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10. And I hope you realize that I'm giving you the keys to your kingdom. So the profit prison is challenging you to look at the entirety of possibilities within and outside your business for more revenue opportunities. Sources, product service possibilities, market opportunities. So when you diversify all the ways you look at your business and you realize that your competitors don't do any of that, it gives you the one thing you're after, which is maximum advantage. Where do you create profits now? Where do most profits come from? Where do the profits come in? Where could they come from? Who can create more profits for you? What generates your current profits? What could generate more profits? The cancelary profits, additional extended profits, profits from people you can't sell to now, that you could find a product or service to enter with that would make them viable, people that don't buy now,
4:52:50but did, that you could reactivate if you had something else to sell in five ways to create business well. This is what you all need to think about. There's five ways you should think about. One is how can you multiply your current income? Number two, how do you create far greater, predictable and sustainable future income that should flow off of the front end of what you're doing now? Number three, how do you find windfall incomes? And they are there, you just have to know where to find them. Four, how do you achieve emotional wealth, which is satisfaction, fulfillment, certainty, the joy of knowing that your business is impacting people to high level, that the people you're working with, are high grade and you're doing something meaningful and your value is recognized and that you are proud of what you're doing, who you're doing it for, what it's doing for them and you're getting the rewards economically as well as intangible. And then how do you use all of that to create an asset that people will buy? Most businesses don't sell. They don't have systems that have procedures, they don't have sustainability, they don't have any of those top four. And then they're going to buy them and they give their clothes or go bankrupt.
4:54:04You don't want that to happen if you're going to invest your life. The same effort time or less properly reposition can give you all five of these. These are what I call the 12 pillars of strategic business growth and I'm going to go through them rapidly. One, you continuously identify and discover hidden assets, overlooked opportunities. I should add underperforming revenue activities, underutilized relationships, under monetized resources inside and outside your business and you harvest them to the maximum ethical advantage. Number two, you mine windfalls each and every month from your business. And when you understand this every month, if your business is small, it should make you thousands of dollars, if it's medium, it should make you tens of thousands, if it's large, hundreds of experts, thousands of dollars a month. Everybody has windfalls in their business, they can tap on a regular basis. Maybe yours isn't a million dollars, maybe it's a thousand or 10,000 or a hundred thousand, but you have them. And if you didn't go after them, shame on you. Number three is very interesting. Engineering success into every action you take or decision, you're going to say, come on Jay, that's axiomatic. That is obvious.
4:55:25And I'd say, of course it is building your business on multiple profit sources, that's the power parthenon. That's the profit piñata. That's the force multiplier of that. Being different, special advantages in the eyes of your clients, creating real value for your clients and employees for maximum loyalty and results. And this goes towards the strategy of preeminence. This goes towards positioning. This goes towards risk reversal, all these things I've talked about. Real value, you have to know what value means to them. And there's a segment I may or may not do today. It's in one of the categories. But there's a disconnect often that CEOs, entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals, what you think is value, your audience may not. And the adage of value is in the eyes of the beholder means a lot more than people think. You got to figure out what do I value and why? And that can't happen until you get back to the beginning of my explanation about preeminence where you have to look at literally questions like, what is their reality? You have to understand their life, their goals, their hopes, their fears, what they're trying to get closer to away from, why do the Amazon school of business to understand what rocks their boat
4:56:50and what turns them off? So eight, networking master running brainstorm with like-minded success driven people who share like-minded experience in shortcuts. Turning you into an idea generator, a recognized innovator within your industry or market. It's your ability to use all this is going to determine your ability to translate it to your application. Now, if you do it yourself, then you really need to extrapolate. If you do it in the group, then you're gonna see how people do it. If you do it with me, then I'll do it for you in many ways. But the key to it is seeing how to think differently, how to see applications differently, how to expand your scope of understanding of implication, of application, of possibility, a reality. Cause there's all kinds of different realities going on. Making growth, thinking, and natural part of everyday business. Every day you should be making progress. You should learn more, you should try more, you should test more, you should research more, you should understand humanity more. And when you do that on a continuous basis in a controlled environment, so you don't just waste time and go, and go rogue on yourself, the combined effect. Cause everything I'm doing is exponential.
4:58:09It's exponential in marketing, it's exponential mentally, it's exponential in operation, it's exponential in leadership, it's exponential in money making. And it's just all congeals using small, safe tests to eliminate dangerous risk and adopting funnel vision and set of tunnel vision. Literally, you can test a lot of hypothesis, very inexpensively, sometimes for nothing. Most people spend too much money or they're afraid to spend any, and that's done both ways. One is why would you waste spend 10 times if you can get the same answer with one tenth or less? Why would you do nothing because you're afraid and limit the amount of breakthroughs you could be engineering on a continuous basis? So there's always windows of opportunities. There are a number of opportunities, and I'll give you a couple real quick. And they came out of COVID. Some of the windows are closing, but middle of COVID, there were so many companies that were doing so poorly that they were open and eager to do all kinds of joint ventures. Everybody would let you do things to their list, they would partner with you. Advertising people would let you run ads and pay for results or so much a lead. They would, I did all kinds of things. There are people whose businesses right now
4:59:23are very marginal and you can really get control of businesses, you can buy assets on earn-out, you can partner with them. There's all kinds of things going on. It's getting, it's changed, but in the middle of COVID, a lot of skill-worces is very interesting. A lot of skilled workers that were high paid got either furloughed or terminated because either the role wasn't needed right then or they were making too much money and they were in the unemployment line. And I had my clients find them on LinkedIn from their past job and what people didn't realize when they fired them are these people spent their whole careers working with key decision makers that a lot of smaller entrepreneurs could never get access to if they tried. And these people that had all these relationships but they got fired and weren't using them anymore were thrilled when my clients called them and offered them a profit share for making introductions that these people who were fired had spent had hard won at lots of years and working for larger companies and they were able to introduce my clients in all of a week to maybe 20 to 100 people that could buy millions of dollars that my clients would never in a million years have gotten access to.
5:00:35So those things, salespeople at the time probably different now, but there were tons of salespeople you could have engaged to make deals for you, open up new revenue streams for you, source partnerships for you, they still are available. Options trading is a different concept. It's not the concept that you think of an investment. It's getting the rights to things and flipping them. Now we're getting into one of them. Yeah. All right. Well, we realized that we are over our time budget and we wanna thank all of you for investing in this. I do wanna make some announcements, but before I do, I wanna bring on Jay to summarize back in year. Highlight and thank all of you for being with us on this incredible journey. Take your way, Jay. Yes, first of all, I agree. I share Brian sentiments and the sentiments of everyone on our team. When we do, we don't do things like this at the level or frequency of most people because it's not really my main business. It's sort of a give back when we do something like what Rob is offering. It's my attempt to make my knowledge base profitably available, not profitable. Well, I mean, we make somebody, but not a big deal, but profitably for people that can't afford me. But I get the biggest kick out of seeing
5:02:03how many people stay the distance. I'm known for being very critical of people who register for something and don't show up or show up and don't stay. And my criticism is twofold. It's one that they don't have good integrity and that they're actually, their lack of integrity is more to themselves than to others because they don't have the courage of their own conviction and they just abandon commitment. But the second really interesting concern I have is that most people will lament. I mean, I don't know anybody in business, particularly SMB, small, medium businesses, like I think most of you run or startups or pre-startups who don't lament all the time. I wish I could figure how to get more money. I wish I could be more successful. I wish my ads work better. I wish I close more people. I wish I could generate more leads. I wish I could get more people to recommend me. And yet when they are given the chance to learn that, if you looked at the numbers and I do, as I do experiments like this, typically about half the people abandoned in the very beginning because they would rather, you know, do all the other things and there's research that have the people are on Facebook and doing wasteful things. And there's all this measurement of how people
5:03:30misuse time, opportunity, and how if you chronicle how most people use a day, a week, a month, it's very unproductive. So I laud you for being on. I will laud you more for doing something with this knowledge that I think we very uniquely made available in ways that I frankly doubt. Most people would be willing to do gratas. I would like to hope that some of you will pick up the gauntlet and appreciate what Rob is offering. He's gonna come back one more time and review. And one of the things I need to say, because I was just talking to my daughter who runs our operations, is that we have, you know, we're like, there was a commercial years ago and it said, I wanna buy the world a Coke. And the essence of it was this generosity and this very, very benevolent desire to, you see the whole world enjoy themselves and be better off. When we do anything, we wanna give so darn much, it can be overwhelming. And the reason we wanna give it is that we've studied how people perform or don't. And we know that the first thing is getting them to commit themselves, the next is getting them to show up, the next is getting them to keenly pay attention. I mean, even when I watch those of you talking, internally on the chat, I cringe a little
5:05:01because I want you staying focused in the room, not just, you know, reiterating something, but I want you to be able to grasp the totality. I've done this for many, many decades. I've worked with lots of people. I know what it takes to see people utilize, execute, apply and sustain this kind of knowledge. I also know what this knowledge properly applied and utilized can do to transform a business. So before I turn you over to Rob and after Rob, they're gonna be open. If you guys wanna talk about anything, questions, answers, number one, I really believe in my heart of hearts that if you have a business and that business is generating any revenue and you don't enroll in what Rob is offering, you should really never, ever, ever, three others say to anyone, loved one, colleague, friend, partner. I wish our business were more successful because we're offering to give you more ways to achieve it with no investment or risk other than the nominal few thousand dollars. Number two, I want you to know that I do not do this as a big money maker. It's not BS, it's my businesses working with clients who pay me profit shares and we do a lot of deep things. But we create these because we wanna help people who are, do they know and self be true,
5:06:29who have enough congruity that what they say is what they really mean. That if they knew how to do it, they would take advantage of it. So you have to decide, am I basically looking for intellectual entertainment? Do I wanna be somebody sitting on the bench lamenting? Do I wanna be somebody learning but not applying? Do I wanna be someone learning and being forced through benevolent push pull, cajole, inspiration and multifaceted support systems to be compelled to achieve the growth success that I want. And number last, I guess, whatever the number is, is what I do pre-evident enough and how I do it and who I do it for, do we deserve more business? It's a very interesting question. Do you really deliver something valuable enough, distinctive enough that you are deserving your market by not having more ways to reach them, more ways to attract them, more ways to convert them, more ways to support them, enrich them, enhance them, reward them, entertain them or whatever, protect them depending on what your product or service does. I don't know. I'm going to turn you over to Rob. You can leave and it's your prerogative. You can listen one more time and reflect on whether or not the few thousand dollars relative to whatever your business is making today is worth it.
5:07:52And whether you are really gonna do anything with it and whether you, I mean, I always try to sell people not on my stuff because I already know it. I sell them on whether or not what they say is what they want and what they say they want is what they'll do and whether they really have whatever it takes to achieve it. And I don't really know, but I do know that I'm always tickled when people stay the distance. That's one denominator. The next is whether they take advantage or say, well, I can't afford it. I already know too much or I'm pretty busy with this. And the next is if they take advantage are they going to really participate? Are they gonna get involved? Are they gonna every time they learn something, go out and try it out and if it works, share it with everybody, how they apply it, if it doesn't work openly and bonerably share so that Brian and Scott can work with you to get you course corrected. Are you gonna find the three to five categories amongst the 50 or so that apply to your business first and foremost, easiest, fastest so you can get windfall profits and then use those profits to do more and more. Are you gonna commit to growing a true sustainable business? Are you going to prefer being tactical episodic?
5:09:11I don't know, my life stands for working with people that wanna be preeminent, strategic, proactive and ever continuously growing and compounding. And if we're talking on a similar wavelength, then please do listen one more time to Rob and consider it. And if we're not, thank you. I've appreciated tell people that we add value even when we don't ask for anything in return. And I actually am sad about the people that decided they had better things to do today than to stay on this. But for you all, congratulations and Rob's gonna come back. I don't think he'll be too long but he's gonna review it one more time because repetition does sell and you have to do a, I would do a self-diagnostic. How badly do you really want more business? How good is your current proactive strategic revenue generating approach or approaches? Do you have one? Do you have one? Do you have none? How effective is your positioning? How many ways are you generating business? If you get referrals, how many referral strategies do you have? If you had double the referrals, how much would that be worth? Not just in terms of quantitatively but dollars today, over the next few years, if they kept multiplying, what's the value that you are getting out of the investment
5:10:40you are making in your life? Because I'm not the one who is invested or investing if you're a startup or pre-startup, the rest of your life and the entity that you've got business practice, corporation or just a lifestyle. I'm not the one who's expecting it to produce for you the fulfillment, the income, the lifestyle, material and the investment opportunities, the security. You are, I'm just the one trying to show you how to do it at a level way, way, way above what you would normally achieve on your own. And I can say this with certainty before I say goodbye and welcome Rob back, is the people that sell one trick, Tony tactics, they have value. But you have to understand that the value they have is more significant early in the game when you're one of the first, not late in the game when everybody and their brother is using the same funnel or the same Facebook approach or the same this or the same that because then it becomes marginalized and it becomes standard operating procedure and you're gonna find the next tactic and the next. And a tactic is not going to grow and build a sustaining business, particularly when that tactic is what everyone else is learning. So think about it, listen to Rob one more time
5:12:04and if $3,000 is something you don't think is a worthwhile investment, I still appreciate you being on this, I hope it challenged your current mental model. I hope it expanded dramatically your sense of what's truly possible. And I hope we put into context how, why and that it really is easier to grow your bottom line than your top and you can grow profits beyond exponential. Rob, please take over and thank you all. All right Jay, here we go, round number three. First of all, I think this has just been an amazing webinar and I really truly mean that. I mean, what knowledge, what information, I wanna thank all of you for coming out here today and being part of this. What a great use of your time. I hope you got a ton out of it. We've already gone over the offerings two times and I'm gonna make this really brief and I'm also gonna go without the slide presentation. And so first of all, we do have a profit partnership opportunity with Jay, where you can literally bring him on board for at least three years where he works with you, mainly on performance. There's a modest upfront retainer and that is considered a draw against the eventual profit share compensation. He's gonna want about 10 to 20% of the new profits
5:13:33he brings to the table, but after that, it is all yours. What a sweetheart deal. That is the profit partnership. And if you're interested in exploring that further and you're a large enough company to afford that and you think that Jay would be a great fit for you, then please do book a call on my calendar. If the team will please put that one more time into the chat and we will have a discussion. The second offering today was the profit explosion brain trust. What a great offering and I'll encapsulate it very quickly. It was essentially a three phase program. The first phase is a two day master course taught by Jay. He's gonna go six, seven, maybe even eight hours per day. And he's gonna share with you his entire system for how to grow businesses geometrically and how to create profit explosions in your business. This master course will be live. I saw a couple of you ask that and I forget if it was the chat or my email or my text, everything's blowing up here. But yes, it will be live and yes, it will also be interactive. You can bet that Jay's gonna ask for your feedback and input along the way. He'll probably do some hot seats and he's going to try to tailor this information as much as he can to each of the participants.
5:14:51Cause remember, we're gonna create with you a custom action game plan so that you can hit the ground running right after the master course. You then got a six week mastermind group with Brian and Scott, our Abraham accelerators. This is an actual mastermind group that's gonna help you on the implementation phase of this journey. And then at the end Jay, he'll come back in and do a grand finale session where he kind of ties it all together for you. He'll probably do more hot seats. He'll do interventions. He'll provide you with wisdom and insights and find out how everybody in the group did. And that is something that you don't wanna miss. And that's really effectively the core of the program. You're gonna get some great grounding materials. You're gonna get some incredible bonus items. I mean, the bonus items alone, if you think about it, the referral mastery bonus program, that's a full 12 hour home study course. That's a $2,000 product. The relational capital mastery program, that's a $3,000 product. And these are two products that no matter what you do, they will benefit you. Let me ask you now, you know what you do for a living. You know what your business is. Do you think that you could benefit from having more referral business?
5:16:10Yes or no? Do you think that you could improve your present referral systems? What do you think? I bet you probably can. Do you even have any referral systems? If you're like most people, the answer is no. If you do have one, how would you like another one? I mean, there's a lot of potential here folks. Do not leave this money on the table. Strategic alliances, joint ventures. It's very rare that we ever come across a business that can't benefit from power partnerships. It's one of the quickest, fastest, easiest, and best ways to grow a business. And Jay's got a 12 hour product on that that you're gonna get as a bonus. You're also getting the ticket to the live, extreme and ultimate beyond exponential event. You come as Jay's guest. You're gonna get the business profile questionnaire. I mean, there's just an enormous amount of value here. But if I have to encapsulate it, what it really is is that we as a team are gonna take you under our wing for this journey. Everybody's gonna put forth best efforts to help you get a substantial return on your investment for your involvement in this program. And I truly do, as Jay said, we hope you evaluate yourself of it because if you're a business owner and you truly wanna grow,
5:17:21I mean, this is a great opportunity. If you don't do this, I'm really not sure actually what you would do because the value here is so strong in fact. I'll leave you with just a couple other things that are fresh on my mind that I kind of get excited about when I think, working with Jay, you just hear one success story right after the next. And we live in this world and it's such a delight. The other day, a client sent me an email. He had purchased a $18,500 phone or Zoom session, whatever it was with Jay. Jay gave him some great ideas and the gentleman, his name is Thomas, he implemented them and he wrote this email saying that idea that Jay gave him on that two hour session just made him $600,000 in one day, one day, 600 grand. And he says that it's almost all entirely profit because it's an online program. And that, ladies and gentlemen, he exemplifies and illustrates the power of working with Jay Abraham. We've got another private client that Jay's helped recently and Jay made him so much money so fast with his ideas and strategies that he just happened to ship Jay a beautiful, absolutely stunning maserati last week. And I mean, it is a stunner and that was in grateful appreciation for the ideas that Jay gave him.
5:18:54We have another client who runs actually a car dealership by happenstance and Jay has recently added over $700,000 per month in profit to their bottom line with an elegant and simplistic idea that nobody else saw, nobody else could come up with, but Jay being the geometric 3D thinker that he is, saw their situation, came up with the idea, they tested it, it worked, and boom, 700 grand a month in extra profit. And I can go on and on and on and on because we've got a worldwide portfolio of clients that Jay works with. And we're constantly hearing about the breakthroughs and the success stories and the revenue and profit explosions in this client base. So I'm telling you this because I don't know if you truly do grasp the magnitude and the power and genius that Jay Abraham brings to your table. For a $3,000 investment, I mean, how long would it take you to get that money back? I mean, let's say you run a roofing business. What's the average cost of a roof? What, 15, 20, 30 grand? I mean, if everything you taught you helped you get one new client, you're not just in the green, but you're in the green by many, many multiples of it. So this offering, this profit explosion brain trust is what I would classify as a very, very low risk opportunity
5:20:22with very, very high upside potential. And if you're a person that understands return on investment and yield, then this program should be for you. I want you to be the type of person that maybe buys a $20 book and actually reads the thing and then says, okay, how do I pull $20,000 out of this book? All right? And if you're a bigger company, how do I pull $200,000 out of this book? See, that's a mindset. And I wrote a column in a magazine many years ago. I still remember it. It was called, How to Win Big at the Information Game. And the essence of it really was that, you know, you come through a program like profit explosion formula and you're gonna get exposed to just a myriad of proven strategies and concepts, things that you've probably never considered, things that you may not know even exist right now. If you take just one of those golden nuggets and implement it and incorporate it into your business situation, either now or in the future, guess what? You, you're probably gonna make back many, many multiples of your investment, okay? With just one single golden nugget. And these are skills that you will carry with you for the rest of your entrepreneurial journey, whether it's in the current company or with a future company, multiple businesses
5:21:36or if you're a startup or if you're a pre-startup looking to start a business, this is knowledge that you'll carry with you forever. So this profit explosion formula is a very powerful opportunity. You can get involved for just $29.97 or three installments of $1,200. You can go to the link. If I remember it was Abraham.com forward slash brain trust. Yep, there it is right there. And evaluate yourself of it. This is a phenomenal opportunity and I hope that you can participate. And that's a little bit off the cuff here. I'm gonna now go ahead and turn it over to my colleague, Brian, Brian Oni, the Abraham accelerator. And I'm gonna bring on Scott Sylvan Bell here with me because we tend to be the team, the dynamic duo, as some call us on this to really engage people. And that's the fun of being in a mastermind is that it's not a one way download. We're not trying to download Jay's mind into yours. What we're trying to do is to have you realize that the wisdom and insight is already inside of you and that we can pull out Jay's mastery from your own understanding, from the insights and workings of your business, we can find some of the cogs, some of the moving parts that Jay would utilize to create massive profits.
5:23:03So I know that Scott has a few questions for you Rob and I know that you probably have maybe one or two questions for us, but I wanted to say something. There was a, we were supposed to have this edited out, but it was in there. So because you've stayed so long, we've gotten approval to share, Jay mentioned a book and a couple of you asked for it. And I know that Jay over delivers and we weren't planning on sharing anything, but I believe that we are going to share this with all of you who stayed to this very end and thank you for going so long. Another little announcement is you are all winners and the way that you pick up your winnings is you take action on one thing that you learn from today. And I would be shocked and appalled if it didn't produce profits for you. And if it doesn't give it a tweak or two, a test or two and make an adjustment and you might find that it is producing massive profits. And if one insight doesn't do it for you, try three because that's where you start moving to that geometric zone where you actually apply three. Now, there were several of you who were really engaged in the chat and I want to congratulate the recivers for being we considered the most engaged. So congratulations, Scott and I are going to spend some time
5:24:24with you one-on-one to get you launched into this program in an amazing way. But for all of you, please send Laura your physical address. We want to kind of send you something physical tangible so that you can have a little bit of Jay on your desk or on your wall to inspire you to think bigger, to grow your business. So for the 10 of you that were super engaged in the chat, talking about the commitments you're going to make and the dimensions that you pulled out from this, there's Steffi Baker, there's, I have a different spelling here. I think I transpose something. There's Tasso's, Penapolis, Henry, Loyoomba. And if I mispronounce your name, I apologize. They're Stephen Hicks, Tyris Shivers, Sharif, Gafar, Mark Bestian and Valley Urban. And then I think it's GG Nobel. If you could email LauraLAURA at Abraham.com, your physical, like mail with stamps, address that we can, Jay could send something to you to thank you for being so engaged in this. So I'm gonna leave it to you, Scott. I know that you had a question or two for Robin. Let's make it a back and forth, maybe a one to one. So you asked me what was, Rob can ask us one. Yeah, absolutely. Hey, Rob, you get to talk with people a lot about Jay's products and services.
5:25:59Are there any industries that can't use Jay's content? Oh my goodness. You know, I would say that it is so rare that I can actually only think of really one instance that came up recently. So it's kind of top of mind. And that would be organizations that maybe deal mainly with government contracting. Because they're kind of in a race to bid against other government contractors. And there's very little that you can do there. Short of that, I actually cannot think right now of another industry where Jay can't add immense value. Because if you think about it, you know, pretty much any business in any industry needs marketing. They need sales. They need preeminence. Who wouldn't want to be preeminent, right? How about risk reversal propositions or referral strategies or partnership deals? How many of them do marketing? All of them. Do they have sunk costs in their marketing? Absolutely. Could Jay figure out ways to help them liberate those sunk costs that they've already got? Definitely. Are there ways to grow in different verticals and be more strategic and on and on and on? So it's very rare. Pretty much I can't think of another one actually right now other than that. Hey, I actually want to speak to that real quick
5:27:18because we just want to celebrate one of the people that made a choice to invest in this program. It's Robert Anderson. Robert Anderson. We love Robert. He runs a nonprofit. And many people think that, you know, how could Jay help a nonprofit? And Robert has been in many of our programs and he's actually in a program right now that is a little bit tiny bit of a duplication of what he's about to hear. And he sent us a note. We're like, are you sure Robert? He's like, absolutely. Any chance to spend time with Jay? You know, he gave Scott and I a mention which always warms my heart. But he's found ways to not only improve the community he reaches and, you know, improving the benefits, statements, improving his risk reversals. He's actually found ways to profit as a nonprofit, even more. So he's had some windfall profits from listing to Jay. So if a nonprofit can generate windfall profits, I think pretty much any business can really benefit from this. Along with even startups or people that have like a business, it's kind of, you know, just barely making it and want to launch a new product or add a new service. This program can dimensionalize that new addition in a very specific way so that you can get maximum value out of it.
5:28:41So, Greg, you want to ask you guys a question now. How about this one? Are there any industries that you can't help with considering you guys are the gentlemen that will be hosting this mastermind group that is forthcoming? I'll take a quick intro and then I'm going to turn it over to my mastermind, Mr. Scott Sylvan Bell. The only industry that I don't see us being able to help is the one that doesn't show up. If you're not willing to be a little bit vulnerable and to expose where your pain points are, then we can't help you. If you aren't willing to be vulnerable and say, this is where my business is hurting, this is what I think the causes are and be willing to explore and lay it out on the table, then we can't help you. But if you're willing to invest who you are and how you show up, then I don't have any recollection of us not being able to help someone. How about you, Scott? I can't think of an industry or service that couldn't be fulfilled. It comes down to what is the vision that you want to have and what are the options that are out there. There's plenty of options for every service, business, category and anything that I can think of, Brian, we've been doing these accelerators for a while and I can't think of a time where you and I have been stumped
5:30:05and we have covered a lot of different services, products, industries, I can't think of a time. Well, I remember maybe two times in the beginning where we were paused and we're more than happy to get paused, which means, you know what? I don't know right now, but Scott and I are gonna meld our heads together and if we get stumped, guess what? We have a resource that we can go to that can pretty much break through anything and that's we could talk to Jay Abraham and tap his brain to have the breakthrough. So, I mean, I'm not issuing this as a challenge, but try and stump us. Sounds like a challenge to me and one that you'll probably win. So, Scott, what's your next question? For me? Rob, I was gonna ask you this and I think it's important, is the content that Jay teaches Evergreen, meaning it's good for just about any amount of time or is it based upon what's working now? Hmm, a very good question, actually. It's really a hybrid blend of both and I'll explain why. So, the main business that we are in is, as Jay said, profit partner, private one-on-one consulting. And we have a worldwide portfolio of profit partner clients. They're all over the world. They are pretty large businesses. I will tell you that their problems are
5:31:32probably more complex than ever before because we're in a pretty complex world, right? These clients are usually bigger than any other clients we've dealt with previously. And this is how Jay spends his days working with them in real world current problems that they're experiencing right now, okay? And for that reason, Jay is very much on top of what's working right now in today's world, like today. So, when he gives advice, like let's say in this upcoming master's course, he's obviously gonna be pulling from that because that's all in his current knowledge foundation, all right? But what he uses as the base to be able to create the results that he creates for our clients is these foundational principles, like the kind that are talked about in how to get from where you are to where you want to be. And the kind of geometric growth categories that he'll be revealing in this master's course. So that's the foundation. Those principles are timeless. They are absolutely evergreen and they're universally applicable. I mean, what business couldn't benefit from being preeminent? It's just one of many examples, right? So it's really a combination of both. I'll add to this that as Jay has evolved over the years, his content has also evolved with him.
5:32:58Does that make sense? Okay, so when he gives you the advice, it's a combination of evergreen plus current and that's a very potent combination. Now can I ask you guys a question? Absolutely. All right, since you're again, the gentleman hosting this elite profit explosion mastermind here, but I'd like to know what specifically you guys are gonna do for the participants to make sure that they have an absolutely stellar outcome. What are you gonna do? Scott, take the lead on this one. Absolutely. So like anytime that Brian and I put course together or are in charge of instructions or masterminds, one, the thing to know that there's always a lesson plan, there's always content that's pre-planned. It's not just show up and we hope that something's gonna work. We do put a lot of effort into the time that it takes to plan. Now the thing with that is a mastermind or a brain trust, the original idea was to bring a group of people together and ask ideas and contents and strategies from them as well. So what you can expect is it's gonna be highly interactive. What you can expect is there's gonna be content that's taught, plus there's gonna be a lot of questions, but then there's also the implementation on your side as an individual, as a business owner,
5:34:17as an entrepreneur, as a practitioner. So there's going to be things that you're going to have to do when the session is over for you to fulfill on your end as well. It's not just sitting here and listening, you're gonna have to take some action. The other thing is one of the things we're gonna do is we're gonna review your answers. We're gonna give you access to Jay's questionnaire and we're probably going to limit it. We're not gonna review the entire questionnaire. We're probably gonna highlight a section of it that is most applicable to what we will be focusing on. And we want you to submit that before we go into the event so that we can review who you are with Jay because we have found that by giving Jay just a little bit of data about who's in the room, he's able to masterfully implement and integrate who's in the room into the content. It is a wonderful thing. But here's the thing. The, again, the only way that we can create stellar outcomes is to have stellar input. And that means you doing the work ahead of time and us having enough time to actually interact with it. So we're gonna make a date that's before Jay does this two day to give us enough time to go through your answers and synthesize it so that we can share that with Jay.
5:35:38So we need at least a week to review your answers before that event. So we'll send out a reminder email and we'll send it your questionnaires do. And after that, it's kind of, you missed your opportunity. So the moment you get this questionnaire, start filling it out. I tell you it will create insights and clarity you wouldn't believe. The other thing is, is if you don't understand something, stop us and we will facilitate your understanding. And the last thing we will do is we will engage our creative minds and we will also mastermind with Jay in how we can maximize the results you get. We will allow hot seats to happen so that not only do you hear how this can apply, we'll show how one person can actually implement this in your business. So we're gonna do trade-offs in how we engage. Sometimes there might be a round robin so we can get a 360 degree view on a particular implementation issue. And sometimes we'll take a strategic depth view of one business and how we can hot seat a solution so that everyone can see how this translates into a real business and that brass tax kind of implementation allows people to see the genius of these strategies in a real business. And it really opens up people's minds to see how they can apply it in theirs.
5:37:11So Scott, do you have any more questions for Rob or Rob, do you have any more questions for us? I got time for one more. If you got one, throw it at me. Well, let me pull up my list here. Ah. Yeah. For someone who's just getting started in business, does it make sense for them to join Rob? Well, do you mean if they've already launched a startup or if they're a pre-startup? Pre-startup, launch, we're just talking ground, breaking stage of a business. I got you. Yeah, you know, I mean, the short answer is yes, definitely. We've got plenty of programs where it wouldn't make sense for that. As I said, we've got this breakthroughs event coming up in two weeks. It's a $25,000 per ticket event. It's sold out. You gotta kind of have a pretty substantial business to qualify to come into that room, okay? When we do mastermind groups, sometimes we say you gotta be taken home a million dollars a year in profit in order to qualify to be in that group, right? You know, if you're gonna do private consulting with Jay, you gotta kind of have a pretty substantial business. Otherwise, it just makes no sense for either side. But this program is very different. This program, you know, it's not about the size of your business, it's about the size of your attitude.
5:38:27It's about the size of your ambition and your willingness to learn. That's really what we're looking for. I'll tell you this, if you're gonna start out a business, you probably already know that the odds are stacked against you. Most startups fail. I forget what the number is, but it's something like 90%. It's like real high. And so many businesses go out of business in the first couple of years. That number is enormous also. It's like 80% or something like that, okay? So the odds are stacked against you. My advice to you, if you're a startup or a pre-startup or even somebody I was just emailing with Emma, who's in the Canary Islands right now, hi Emma, if you're still listening, you know, she doesn't have a business, okay? But she's very experienced in business, but one day she wants to start a business. She was inquiring, you know, doesn't make sense for me to get involved in this program. And the answer is, if you're gonna start a business one day, this is a skill set that you wanna have. I mean, don't you want to learn Jay Abraham's entire system for learning how to create a profitable, sustainable, preeminent, sellable business? How could you answer no to that question? I mean, you know, so if you aren't going to start a business,
5:39:45this program, and I mean this very much from the heart, this program will give you a serious advantage, okay? It'll give you a much greater odds of success. Now, of course, a lot of it's gonna have to do with what kind of business have you chosen? Is it a good idea? How would right are you at marketing and selling and positioning and branding and all these many, many factors, but this program will be like a real shot in the arm for you that gives you a major increase in your success rate and your success possibility, I should say. So yes, you're a startup, you're a pre-startup, you're a small business. I can't think of a better program for you than this one. You know, it's not a college course where this is theory. And I'll add that Jay, for those of you, I don't think he'll mind me telling you, he has no secondary education, okay? Jay went to high school. But anybody that I know that's ever met Jay, I'll tell you he's the smartest person that they ever met in their life. And his stuff works on the street, okay? It's real world entrepreneurial content that really makes money, okay? And if you're gonna start up a business, that's the kind of stuff that you need to know. It's not the kind of stuff that they teach you
5:41:05when you're getting a business MBA or something. And I'm not knocking that, I think that's great too. But I can't tell you how many MBAs I've talked to you that said they spent all this money on college, they came out into the real world, they got their butt kicked in business and now they follow Jay, Bram and Tony Roberts and other experts that are their contemporaries. I have heard that over and over and over again. So what does that mean for you? Doesn't matter what size business that you have, if it's a startup, a pre-startup, a successful business, a successful business that's stuck, a successful business on the rise, a business that's going up, but you wanna be preemptive, preemptive, doesn't matter. This course will basically benefit everybody. And that's my response and I mean it, it's the truth. Awesome, big problem. Sure. And I'm gonna ask you guys one final question as well. So what is it that you are going to be expecting from your mastermind group participants? In other words, how do they get an A plus from you guys? So first off, showing up is a pre-requisite. And I understand that everybody's got offset schedules and there's courses that I take that I can't make it live. But showing up and being present
5:42:23and being willing to engage and ask questions. Look, I make on average between four and five mistakes a day. And the mastermind isn't a place where people have to be perfect and have to say like everything in my life is working out. Cause then it won't make sense to work with a mastermind. The people who are gonna get an A plus or the people who show up engage ask questions, admit that they've got weaknesses in business that we can help out with and then go and implement and then come back and report. Yeah, that's a great point. And take action on these things. So here's what an A plus looks like. It's I made $10,000 from implementing J a referral strategy. I have more time to spend with my family now that I understand the value of delegation. I've gotten to take a trip because I've been able to instill my brand identity and all of my team so that I trust them with the decisions that they make. So I'm out here in Tahiti enjoying tacos and just loving life because, you know, I have changed how I do business. So that's an A plus plus is someone that dimensionally wins from applying what this is. And honestly, it's not that hard to do. It's simple. It's easy. It's doable. I've heard people say this is so obvious.
5:43:53I can't believe I didn't think of this myself. And that is great. We find ways and here's the other thing is we want to protect you from getting it out. So by showing up to this, Scott and I will caution people and say, look, if you're thinking about throwing down a huge amount of money on this, let's look for a low to no cost way. You can get the same results. If you're looking, I need to take a big loan to get this thing started. Scott and I will say, you know, let's explore and see if there's a way that you could leverage your relational capital to get access to something or maybe barter in some way to, you know, create a solution for you. So we really engage in ways to make decisions safer, less risky with huge massive upside. And we want to see everyone do that within the six weeks that we get to work with them. And then we teach you a method to do it on repeat, how you can go back and review the recordings and get your next win and your next win and make this an evergreen system. But we do want you to focus on one thing to get one win right now. So you can start building the momentum so that you create win after win after win as a strategic longterm strategy to grow and yes, exit your business with profit.
5:45:16It's awesome. I love it. Thank you, Rob. I love it. All right, guys. There were a couple of people else. Deep detail questions that I can help out with. Some people are like, well, wait, wait, when's this happening? And so on March 17th and 18th. And we're talking Pacific time. We're thinking it's going to start at about 8 a.m. And it's going to go that day. And then on the 18th, it's going to start at eight and go. And then the following week on Wednesday, Scott and I are going to get together and get you watched on a six week mastermind. Now, they're typically going to be at 9 a.m. on Wednesdays. We may have to change it slightly because Jay sometimes steals Scott and I for other things. But for the most part, we will make sure that we give you six. There may be a gap or two in there and we'll just extend the program or do it on another day. And of the program, everything will be recorded and you will have access to that to make it evergreen. For this day today, just a couple of people have asked, are there recordings of today because there's so much value? The one that you have in your mind is the most important recording because your memory will remember the key insights that you can take action on. Trust in your ability to retain the key insights
5:46:45that you can take action on and dimensionalize what you remember because we don't want you to get overwhelmed with too much. So trust that you will remember the details that you took down in your notes to take action on and that's the place to start. That's one of the reasons why we don't share a recording of days like today because we know people get overwhelmed and they get lost in trying to learn it all. Stop trying to learn it all. Start taking action on one thing that will grow your business. So even if you don't decide to join us on the inside of this program, you can get results from Jay Abraham and start growing your business. So the next time you come across an offer like this, you can say, yeah, that's a no-brainer. Like the people that have already joined us, they realize, yes, this will not only make me profits, but it will improve my life. I'll have more time with my family, my relationships will get better. I will probably drive a vehicle that I enjoy. I will be able to maybe donate money in a way that inspires me. I'll be able to create a legacy that will leave a lasting value. So this is the kind of thing that Jay creates for this program. So we want you on the inside. We understand if this is not,
5:47:53if you don't see your way through this, but it is, I hope that you can find a relationship or see the time value that this could create for you so that it becomes an easy yes. I want it to be a heck yes. Like there's no better thing to be doing with your time and investment capital because of the upside that you can get from this program. But I want to appreciate all of you for joining us on an epic day and truly investing more than what most people do because you engaged and you got something now a client and win from it. And I hope to see you all on the inside of this program. Any last words from either of you gentlemen? Looking forward to taking this program to the next level. It's just been a pleasure. What a great experience. I thought you guys did a great job and I thank everybody for coming out to this today. It's been awesome and I hope it's just the beginning of a lot more that is yet to come. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. All right. And we appreciate you all. Thanks for making a great investment. Thanks everybody.
